I have a contract with them. I spend $63 every two months. They always call and inform that the technician is coming. They call when they are coming or when they are here to make sure that someone is around. They don’t surprise us by showing up and walking around the house. They are very professional about it. We don’t have any bugs or anything like that.

There is a good reason why Blue Sky Pest Control is rated so high on Angie's List. From the initial call to the actual service they were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to deal with. The service technician thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. He inspected all areas of the home and went about his work. Within 3 days after the service the cockroaches were for the most part eradicated (as the technician explained). Within 7 days we have not seen any cockroaches. We have scheduled Blue Sky to do follow up service to make sure the cockroaches are gone. We have also signed up for traditional pest control with Blue Sky based on our experience with the cockroach infestation. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of superior customer service and delivering results. Blue Sky gets high marks on both and we are looking forward to working with them in the future. Blue Sky Pest Control lives up to their reputation and is awesome at what they do.

He explained each and every thing that was done as part of the Initial flush out and answered all our questions very patiently. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Went with Blue Sky because of their high ratings with Angie's list and was very pleased with them. They did a initial pest control treatment and i signed up for the bi-monthly program. Luke came to my house on time and explained what he was going to do and why. Moving from Chicago to Phoenix pest control was all new to me but after talking to him i had a better understanding of it. I would recommend them, very professional.

I called them to look at termite masks that covered some of my Queen Palm trees. The told me what it was and how to remedy the problem. The estimator recommended inspection of the house for termites. He found them. Their price seemed high to me, but it is waranteed for 5 years and includes another free inspection in 2 years. They also eliminated the termites in the palm tree.

Came and did initial flush out. Signed up for regular service and he was on time, we were running late and he patiently waited. He explained everything that was going to happen and addressed any questions we have. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very glad I went with this company.

The work is standard. They do a good job and the price is reasonable.

They were here on the date they promised. The tec was very freindly and professional. They were very thorough and treated the entire foundation and garage. They also did the patio and when finished, put landscaping back in its original place. Very pleased with this company and would give them a high rating.

Great experience! Fair price, punctual and professional! I contacted Blue Sky to sign up for monthly pest control services. Their pricing (very competitive) and service schedules were explained to me in detail. The first service was great. Very professional, explained every step of the process.

The technician was very professional; he explained everything he was going to do & made sure I didn't have any questions. He went over the procedures for pets (making sure my dog stayed away from the ant bait until it dissipated, etc.) & any other issues there may have been. Technician went over the fee structure, etc. in detail as well as any "attach plans" for any pests that were found and any activity I could expect from insects, etc. over the following few months. It was very helpful to have the expectations laid out for me. We have been very happy with the service as well as the performance of the product.

The representative showed up toward the start of the time window I was quoted which I appreciated. He was very friendly and dressed nicely in their company attire. He got an idea of what we'd seen around the house and did an in-house walk through with me. He then proceeded to inspect the exterior and pointed out of couple of things I hadn't noticed. At the end of it, he explained their services top to bottom and answered several questions my wife had. He then provided a quote for termites and regular pest control. A one time treatment or bi-monthly. I thought the prices were fair. He suggested we had time to wait on a termite treatment and did not pressure us at all. He did recommend we treat/flush out any insects in the house which I agree with. We will be calling to set up this treatment and possibly sign up for the bi-monthly treatment in the very near future. I appreciate his honesty and did not feel like we were pressured to buy anything at the time of inspection. I respect that and would be willing to pay more a bit more for that type of service.

I called Blue Sky for an estimate on what it would cost to have our home treated for pests. The gentleman I spoke with was very courteous and professional and patiently answered every question I asked. The person I spoke with even offered to send me an email detailing everything we talked about (price, what the treatment consisted of, what to expect, etc.) A personal email arrived by the end of the day. I had contacted another pest control service just to compare prices, but Blue Sky won out based on how professionally I was treated on the phone. When the technician arrived to treat our home, he was equally as courteous and professional. He arrived on time (actually, ahead of schedule - after calling to verify it was ok to arrive early). The technician even wore booties over his shoes when he came into the home for the interior treatment. I appreciated that VERY much. We have set up a service agreement with Blue Sky to treat our home every two months.

The experience with Blue Sky started out great, got a little shaky, but then finished very strong. I called Blue Sky due to a scorpion problem my family had been experiencing that our previous pest control company could not control. The gentleman that answered the phone was very professional, and listened to all of my needs (which kept growing as the conversation continued). He put several notes on file, and walked me through the process of the initial and bi-monthly services. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the services, and what I should expect for my initial services. Here is where the shaky part started. The initial service technician did not seem to know anything about the notes that were prepared, or even about some of the services that should be performed during the initial service as was described to me. On top of that, he had an equipment problem, and had to leave before completing the service. I called Blue Sky (while the tech was onsite), and spoke to a very nice lady who acted very professional and listened to my concerns. She looked up my account, and identified the notes that were taken by the previous gentleman. She asked me to allow her to talk to some individuals and call me back. I was contacted after a short time later. She was very apologetic, and laid out exactly what Blue Sky was going to do to correct the issues I had experienced, all of which were acceptable to me. As part of the correction, Blue Sky sent out a different technician to complete an initial service. The experience was night and day. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable around the services, as well as the notes on our account. I was very pleased with the service provided. It has been a little under one month since our initial service, and my family has not seen any pest issues we listed on our account, which was more than I could say with any of our previous pest control companies. I know we had a small hiccup with a technician, but I understand people may have bad days, or things may happen. What matters is how the company responds to the issues, and Blue Sky was very professional, understanding, and responsive. I would highly recommend Blue Sky pest control.

Very well - he was detailed, informative and obviously quite experienced in his field.

I was able to have them come out six or seven times for treatments every other month. They were very dependable, and the people in the office kept me informed since I was communicating with them from long distance. The sprayed the inside and outside with eco-friendly liquids and powders.

Called for service on an ant problem. Charged my credit card but did not take care of the problem. Called back and said voice mail box is full. Poor communication. This is not a company I would recommend!

The representative from Bluesky who answered the phone and who scheduled my appointment was friendly and helpful. He clearly explained the service I was to receive on the first visit, and how future visits would work. The technician who came to our house was punctual, friendly and easy to talk to. The service was quick and painless (for me, not the bugs), and our house is cricket and ant free now for the first time in years! They also applied several coupons to my total, making my bill quite low! I signed up for a year of service, and I would recommend them to anyone with pests!

In less than 24 hours I went from a very detailed quote and description of service to having a highly professional technician on the doorstep taking care of every critter known to the desert. This company was kind, courteous, and highly professional. The price cannot be beat (I called multiple companies and nobody could come close).
