Great so far. They did an initial more comprehensive treatment, and they now do maintenance treatments every 2 months. I've been pleased so far.

They were great. They worked with me on scheduling and would ALWAYS let me know when they were coming. I loved working with them because they were absolutely reliable, flexible and just a pleasure to do business with. I was sad to say goodbye but moved out of state.

They set traps in my attic to help eliminate the rodents. They even inspected around the home to find the access points so I can get them fixed! It was a very good experience.

Excellent, scedulers worked around my schedule. Agent was prompt and professional. We have a yearly termite control contract.

As I sit here watching the new Blue Sky technician complete his responsibilities, I am totally amazed. From the moment he knocked on the door the experience was exceptional . He went over the details of the service contract and after learning that we had been misquoted he immediately reached his company on his cell phone checked into the situation and corrected the amount to what was originally quoted. He then proceeded to provide the service to the inside of our home using extreme effort to check every area and spray all areas where pests may come in to the home. He then proceeded to spray the outside of the home including the patio area, the walls, the windows, the undercarriage of the barbecue, the outside cement walls, the garages using a multitude of different powders and sprays. Blue Sky Pest Control came out and assessed our pest control situation, determined the type of pests/roaches that we had, and developed and implemented a treatment plan to eliminate the pests. Our technician Craig took the time to understand and discuss the problem in detail and inspect the home to determine the best way to treat the problem. Craig was very knowledgeable about the problem and took into consideration our needs with pets in our home. We had just 1 treatment but have already seen the pets are being eliminated as the treatment plan was designed to do. We couldn't be happier with the service and products used and will continue to use Blue Sky Pest Control in the future.

They are polite, professional and very thorough. They always give me a call when they're about 5 minutes away, which is always appreciated. They spray with a fine mist inside and out that does not harm pets or humans but it does hurt the scorpion food supply.

They could be probably cheaper. The gentleman that showed up was on time, and he did what he was supposed to and was a very nice guy. We probably used them before for another rental property so I guess it was just repeat business.

. I spoke with Troy to set the appt. He explained the process to my satisfaction & he was patient as well as pleasant. Jeremiah was the technician who carried out the thorough inspection. He has a positive, pleasant, professional demeanor. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. My father was U.S.N. 'do it all' carpenter who taught me lot. I'm a senior citizen. Blue Sky Pest Control positively impressed me.

Did a thorough job, spraying, removing, fogging and applying powder to prevent reinfestation.

He is very good about notifying me. But then he asked for my tenant's apartments phone numbers. I give it to them but somehow they don't transmit it to the person who's going to make the call's. So, quite a bit of time went by. I think their whole office needs to run tighter. They did quite a good job. My tenants see roaches and they call back. He came back twice. I live in Hawaii and my tenants are my eyes but I ask each vendor to notify me when the job is done by email or by text. Once they do the job they have to invoice me and they did not send me an invoice for the latest job they did but I paid them. When other vendors do the job they invoice me and these people did not send me an invoice. The technician is very knowledgeable and the chemicals used were good. A part of the job to be professional is to educate. I told them that I am dis-satisfied with their work. They are not all together because they said they would be there on a certain day and went there the following week. The only issue with them is letting me know, setting an appointment and keeping that appointment.

Nate was very knowledgeable about wasps and was successful at removing several nests from bushes around my pool area -- he wore a bee suit. He also educated me on how to treat the bushes in the future to prevent them from returning.

Good job = no further problems

I contacted Blue Sky Pest Control due to what we thought was a bee hive in our back yard. I was referred to their bee specialist (Matt) and he asked me questions about what I thought was a hive, if I thought anyone in immediate danger, how high the hive was up, how long it had been since we noticed the bees/hive in our back yard, etc. He explained to me that during this time of year, not uncommon for bees to travel and rest 1-2 days in a tree and form the shape of a football/basketball which may look like a hive but not actually be one. Advised that could be at my house right away if requested and/or if I thought emergency or high risk for children to be stung but also stated that generally the bees will move on in next day or two. We decided I would schedule appt for following afternoon to see if bees were still there, as he wanted to save me the cost of the trip ($125 which could be used towards treatment, if needed.) He gave me his cell phone number to call back if I had any additional questions/concerns. He then called me the following morning to check on situation and still kept afternoon appt, just in case needed. Bees left and I did not need their services so cancelled afternoon appt. The information he gave me on the phone and his follow up assistance was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Will definitely be using their services should we run into any future bee/pest issues & highly recommend them to others.

Total Scam. On my initial call fielded by "Matt" - we set up services and all was well. The service tech showed up and wanted me to sign a 12 month agreement for service with a $50 cancellation fee. This was never discussed in the initial consultation. This is a typical bait and switch type of deal they are offering right now with the $50 coupon both on Angie's List and their website. PAY ATTENTION - you are paying the "cancellation fee" up front. THERE REALLY IS NO DISCOUNT. They are counting on you to miss this in their contract. Unfortunately for them - my wife is a lawyer and she immediately noticed this after reading the entire contract. This is extremely poor business practice and makes them look untrustworthy. They apparently tried to pull one over on us. Sorry - didn't happen here. Move on to the next sucker! Hint - they aren't the only pest control company around. Matt tried to hard sell me anyway on their services. Just pathetic. Oh - I should mention the technician that showed up was actually very nice and apologized for the "12 month contract issue". He said this happens frequently. I didn't blame him - just the company and "Matt's" forgetfulness. If your looking for integrity - move along - this isn't the company for you.

I am very pleased with what a great job this company does. The technicians are considerate and do excellent work, and the company is very flexible with scheduling maintenance. I also like that they do not use any chemicals.

We found them on Angie’s List. We have an ongoing bi-monthly service with them. I do not think there is anything we dislike about them. Their price seems reasonable.

They treat the exterior routinely and will treat the interior if needed. They claim their system prevents any pests from coming inside the home. We have been using them for about eight years since they took over the company we were previously using. They seem to be pretty good.

We have used this provided on a bi-monthly basis for about a year. They are prompt, polite and do a great job at keeping the bugs away!

A Blue Sky pest man came out on a periodic visit and scattered some pesticide granules on the lawn. When I called them and told them it was my understanding they were not to put granules inside the wall, they said someone would get back to me. When someone called he said he didn’t have all his paperwork handy but would look into it and get back to me. That was one month ago. I then wrote them a letter asking about the situation but heard nothing. A couple of weeks ago I sent them an e-mail telling them to please cancel our service. My wife called them on another matter and was told that they had not gotten the e-mail.

They have been prompt and courteous, and we do not have issues with pests.

They were really good. They do all kinds of pest control. They checked for termites, and I had them pest control the whole house. They were on time, and very nice and courteous. I signed a year long contract with them.

I have a contract with them. They come every two months and they do a good job.

They're great and will make sure you're happy with the results. They're great about letting you know when they're coming out, and we've since recommended them. We're on a contract with them and we'll definitely stay with them.

I really appreciated this, as we were not familiar with some of the Arizona bugs! They now come every two months, make contact with us and ask for any input or concerns we might have. We are very pleased with their service and THEIR concern about OURS!
