Blue Sky Pest Control

Started out great. Blue Sky seems like they do a good job. The problems started when they started auto withdrawals from our bank account when we asked them not to do that. We had been paying with manual checks on time for a few months when I noticed that there were also duplicate charges that were auto withdrawals. The accountant at Blue Sky said it was not happening, but my bank said they didn't see any other way for someone else to withdraw money using the Blue Sky name that showed up on my bank statements. I stopped paying since we had basically prepaid for additional months, but Blue Sky never followed up and sent the account to collections. Unfortunately this billing problem seems like a weakness in their overall pretty good business.

I have used them for over a year and they have always exceeded my expectations. They came on a saturday and sent a manager to ensure everything was done right and worked. They then came back for a follow up treatment 2 weeks later. They are very knowledgeable, thorough at explaining the process and how everything works. I had called multiple companies about this issue and had been told they could not help but Blue Sky had no problem with the mites. They are absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

The service was not good. They charged me $75 for a service fee. The technician was pleasant but he did not know what the bugs were and made no effort to call anyone to find out. So as he did not know what the bugs were he did not treat them. I spoke to the manager and he made no effort to further look into the type of bugs and did not refund my money.

Excellent. Brian came a couple days before the actual treatment to determine what needed to be done. I paid at the time of his inspection. The technician came out a couple of days later. A very courteous gentleman and it took him a couple of hours to complete the treatment, I was very happy with the service. The product seems to be working well as I have not had no recurring problems with termites.

The salesman showed up on time and was very professional. He gave me several options and quotes and told me what to expect in the way of service. Once I chose Ble Sky it only took a couple days to get the service scheduled. When the technicians arrived to perform the service they were on time and professional. They took the time to verify all the information they had was correct and that I was still happy with my decisions. Afterwards they told me what to expect and gave me their numbers to call if I had any issues or questions that came up later. I was so impressed that I decided to contract with them for regular pest control service.

It was awesome, we always met the same guy, he was friendly, very professional, he was always on time, he's really good and he's a great example how customer service should be.

My husband and I are very happy with the service we receive from Blue Sky Pest Control. We are on contract with them to provide pest control service every other month for our home. The treatments are primarily outside maintenance treatments; however, if we ever see evidence of any pests inside the home, we simply contact Blue Sky and they send someone out to complete an inspection and in-home treatment. We have not had to have an in-home treatment for one year. Their service providers are prompt, very polite and professional, dressed in uniforms with names prominently displayed and complete the service is a very efficient manner. We are notified by email one day prior to the scheduled visit (per our request) and if we have a need to reschedule there is never an issue. We could not be more pleased and will continue to use them as our pest control service.

The job went just as expected. Prompt, courteous, good clean-up

Called yesterday, they were here this morning, found some termite tubes in the garage behind some shelving. Set up 5 year plan for just under $1,100 after the Angie's discount. Allowing us to make 3 payments over the next three months to make it more affordable for us :D Remediation in 2 business days, can't get better than that! Very happy and satisfied with the service thus far.

The one we used was Blue Sky Pest Control. We have a bi-monthly and I think that it is about 60 bucks. I have had to call them back frequently because of Ants. They can't get rid of everything totally but we have had an ant problem. They are okay. The exterminators are for the most part pretty prompt. I have had to call them back. I possibly will continue using this provider in the future.

They were great and they came the same day. The gentleman that came was very professional and polite. He just got to business and got the job done; overall it was a good experience. I have already recommended them to someone.

Get job and people. Very professional. On time. Explained everything. They will be doing my pest control every other month.

Excellent. I contacted them via the AngiesList messaging system, and received a response back the same day. Within 24 hours I had the inspection appointment set up. The tech who arrived at my property had the correct instructions, but my tenants had different information which caused confusion. Rather than guess and do something other than intended, Blue Sky's tech called me to get clarification, and then promptly and professionally accomplished the work. Every aspect of Blue Sky's communication, promptness, attention to detail, work promised vs work performed was superb.

These guys are awesome, they are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are good at explaining what they've seen and what you should keep an eye on. I signed up for their service contract and have been happy and bug free ever since!

GREAT! WE USED TO HAVE 4-5 SCORPIONS A MONTH. NOW WE HAVE NONE. AND WE HAD BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS IN OUR BACK YARD, BUT NO MORE.

They are outstanding. When I first moved to Arizona, I was terrified of scorpions, black widows and bees in my yard because I have young grandchildren who come to visit me all the time. I have never seen a scorpion in my yard. The technician, Dennis, found evidence of termites. They did an outstanding job. It was a major job, there were holes all the way around your house and concrete and the dirt and the garage and you can't even tell where they did it. They were very professional. They call and warn me which day would be good for you, we have these days available. They show up on time. They're really outstanding. I was moving in and they were servicing the house next door. I was so impressed with the quality of their work. They've been servicing this house for the same three years that I've been living here. They're really excellent.

Scheduled maintenance. My pest problem is getting better with each treatment. Small bugs and large pests alike.

They are phenomenal. They come every other month and they are extremely professional. They call the day before they come out to confirm the appointment. I have never have to worry about the billing. They are the most polite and sincerely kind technicians I have ever dealt with.The customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Blue Sky is very prompt and performs the service in an efficient manner. They provide a detailed explanation of what they find, which I appreciate.

Overall it has been a good experience. I pay them every quarter. I had used them before for a termite issue that they took care of; I think I found them on Angie’s List. I liked the person that came out and gave me the estimate. He did a really good job on the termite issue so that is why I hired him for my quarterly pest control.

It was the first time I've used them, but it went really well. They were very easy to work with to schedule the service.

I've used Blue Sky for my general pest control for over a year and have been very happy with their performance. A few months ago, I saw termite activity so they were my natural choice to call. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Their pricing is competitive with other firms and their warranty is longer than others. From the visit to explain the process to the visit for the treatment, Blue Sky was professional and thorough. They answered every question I had and provided great explanations for their services and what I could expect. Just a great company with which to do business.

The service was very good. I chose them due to their ratings on Angie's List. They were professional, did the job in a timely manner, and they called ahead of schedule. The technician was very informative and I have seen no scorpions since that visit.
