Everything has gone well and we have had no problems at all since they have been coming out. Communication is excellent via email. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Trenched perimeter of the garage, drilled some small holes in the concrete & infused Termadore termite killer into the ground. The holes were filled in so well, they were practically invisible. The termites are gone. Great job!

Description of Work: Termite pretreat for add on construction. They were punctual and performed the agreed upon service professionally. This is my fourth experience with Blue Sky. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I recommend them to everyone. They even helped my friend get rid of her bedbugs after the first company she hired failed to solve the problem.

Description of Work: Blue Sky has taken care of my roof rats, my scorpions, and even advised me on the bees. They cleaned up all the rat poop in the attics, set poison and provided a trap, which lead to a dead rat! They advised me on how to cover my roof T-pipes, cut back trees near the house, and where to lay the poison trap. They have treated my yard for scorpions fairly successfully for the past year, every other month. I recently had a swarm of bees in my front yard and some were coming through the ceiling lite. A call was returned by Matt who encouraged me to try to wait them out to see if they left and about an hour later they were gone. I killed more than 12 bees in my home, before I figured out where they were coming in from the ceiling light. I came up with the idea to cover the light area with glad pressure seal wrap and that worked to keep bees out of my house. I will continue to use Blue Sky.

Description of Work: Checked bed for bed bugs & didn't find any. Identified the bugs we "captured" from the bed as carpet beetles. Told us a little about carpet beetles, what they feed on, etc so we could manage them ourselves. No further service needed. I rated the price a "B" only because it seems a bit steep just to look over 1 mattress. I don't know if $125 is an average service call or not but after finding no bed bugs in the mattress of concern, he said there was no need to check the rest of the house - made sense. I had him check the other 2 mattresses in the house just because he was here & I felt I should get more for my money. Was very impressed with how quickly he identified the bugs we had & knew what we should do about it. No attempt to sell additional service.

Description of Work: Blue Sky's technician explained everything that he would do, patiently answered all my questions, and was very quick in getting the actual spraying done. I've contracted with them for ongoing services.

Description of Work: These guys did a great job. I would use them on other homes for sure! supper nice and did a great job. They included things the other companies had as hidden fees.
