This is the second time they have come out. They are coming out tomorrow because we are still having problems with bugs. We've had two different people out from the same company. If you decide that you don't want the contract, you have to pay a $45 fee. Otherwise, they call about every other month to let you know they're coming out. There haven't been any particular problems, and I don't have any complaints. They have done what they said they would do.

They are good but I have no comparison to anyone else. It works, we do not see any bugs in the house except occasionally and they are usually dead or dying, they come as scheduled every 2 months. Price is OK but they just spray on the outside takes 30 min to 1 hour and they leave. I think it should cost less because I don't see the justification for almost $100. I am not going to be very enthusiastic about them because I don't like pest control period! I am against any chemicals so I really don't like it when they come but I have no choice because I live in AZ. If I didn't I would never ever ever use pest control! They will tell you this stuff is safe WELL IT IS NOT! NO pesticide is safe they all get into our food and water, cause cancer and many other health problems. So in the winter I make them come every 3 months they do not like it and charge you more. That's one part I don't like they have an agreement so you have to pay them every 2 months which I think is wrong you should be able to tell them how often and that should not change the cost they use the same amount of stuff every time. They will tell you they have to use more chemicals if they come less often that is NOT TRUE! It is the same amount and procedure every time no matter how often they come unless they come inside but I would never recommend any chemicals inside EVER you are just increasing your chances of cancer and other health problems. They are dangerous to kids and pets and no matter what anyone says there is NOT ONE PESTICIDE THAT IS SAFE!

I was not at home, however, they cambe by and sprayed. They call head of time to announce when they'll be there and do just find with my dog. Everything was professionally completed, and left as it was.

We scheduled the service for a couple weeks later and the 2 technicians showed up on time and quickly got to work. The were professionally dressed and very nice. As a woman, I felt safe to be at home by myself with them there. They were there for about 3-4 hours and we haven't seen any signs of termites since. But since we have the warranty, even if we did we would be covered

After moving some things in our garage, we found a few termite tunnels. We got quotes from several companies, and although Blue Sky's price quote appeared to be higher than their competitors ($1050 vs $600-$700), we decided on Blue Sky for several reasons: 1. They use Termidor rather than Premise (although they offered to quote us for Premise as well, which would have been less expensive). From the research I did, although Premise is a high quality and effective product, Termidor appears to be more effective for a longer period of time (even though it takes a little longer to start killing termites). 2. Their competitors wanted to charge $100-$150 per year after their initial service... so even through their competitors initial quote of $600 seems like less, after adding in $100-150 per year for annual "warranty", after a few years, they become more expensive (even while using a less expensive chemical (Premise). 3. Blue Sky's initial inspection of the property was by far the most thorough. They identified 2 issues that neither of the other companies noticed. We scheduled our service with them, and they were right on time. I was able to check on them a few times while they did their work, and they performed the job just as promised. They were very good about replacing the dirt and gravel whereever they dug, and the yard looked perfect when they were done. They patched the concrete they drilled, and it looked great. I guess we won't know for a little while if the termite boundry is working, but so far, I have been extremely happy with their work, their service, and their professionalism.

We spend $41 a month. They are always efficient, friendly and thorough. A lot of times they find things before we do. Whenever we need re-treatment, they are very prompt about it. We have never had a problem. They have changed names a couple of times, but they are the only service we have used since we have been here for about 7 years now. Their price is a little higher than some other companies. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

I spent $75 for the start of the season and then the price drops a little. I don?t have any problems with them.

We have been through plenty of pest control companies. Blue Sky has been able to control our pests after we purchased a neglected yard of a foreclosed house. Not an easy task! They are also willing to come out for a "touch up" service free of charge between services, and will come within a few days of your request. I think that is good service. And, they are nice and professional.

The person who came was very young, cordial and nice.

I specifically chose them because we wanted natural products on the inside of the house. The products that they use are effective and safe for people to be around. Overall, I'm very happy with them. They are always punctual and they always look professional.

They're really good. My parents had used them & recommended them to me. I used them & had no problems. I haven't seen any bugs since and it's been almost two months.

They are very conscientious. I've been very impressed with them so far. They are very willing to work with my schedule and if something comes up they are very nice about it. He really listens to what I think the problems are and addresses my concerns.

This company has been doing a good job. They call ahead to tell us when they are coming. They are reliable and professional. They have been coming for a year and I have no complaints.
