Description of Work: I called for pest control service because I saw a scorpion. The customer service associate discussed details of offered services clearly, offered me a variety of service appointment dates and times, and was cheerful and polite. The day of service, the service technician called about one hour before our scheduled appointment and asked if he could come early since he had finished his other job early. He arrived within ten minutes, described in detail what he would be doing, what chemicals he would be using, how long it would take, and reviewed the paperwork with me. Once I had all the information and signed my agreement to start the work, he began. Everything went smoothly. I did interrupt him a couple of times to ask questions. He was polite and informative each time he answered my questions. Note: The price of $50.00 was promotional for an initial inside/outside treatment with a year long contract.

Description of Work: We have wood beatles slowly eating through the pillars of our patio. We have been members for a while so went right to Angies List. Blue Sky was Angies highest rated pest control in our area so we called them. The office was very helpful in arranging our consult appointment as we need late morning, early afternoon. Randy came over, did a thorough exam of our property and explained their program options. We decided to have the outside sprayed, and the home entry ways. We don't have inside pests so no inside spraying was scheduled. The initial treatment was $75. After that, they come every other month for $36. We get a discount for automatic payments to our credit card. Today, Nathan came over. He called first and was on time. He came in and went over everything he would do, and make sure he covered everything we wanted. He was very professional and helpful. We were concerned with residue and tracking. Nathan explained that after this drys it does not track. Water (or rain) helps it go into the ground which is great to get rid of ants. Before he started he went around and got any cobwebs away from the overhangs, gutters and eve's troughs. Then, for the next 45 minuets he covered the entire permitter of our property, around the house and every place in the yard(s) that could harbor insects. He also laid powders for scorpions (our neighborhood is known for them) and gave us some mouse traps...just in case. Afterwards he came back in, explained what he found, and what he did to take care of it. We were impressed at the time he took, how thorough, helpful and professional he was. Nathan also explained that after the initial treatment has a chance to settle in, they will come out free of charge between treatments if there are any problems. We have thought about a pest control service for a while. We are very glad we called Blue Sky.

Description of Work: I had a couple of scorpions that showed up in our house after all of the wind/dust storms that have come through the valley over the past few weeks.......I have zero knowledge on how to get rid of these types of pests......which are harmful to your small pets. Long story short I contacted not only Blue Sky but a couple of other pest control companies on your list but all were the same.....horrible.....first would not acknowledge any type of Angies List discount unless I went with a full year contract......no one time treatment. All 3 companies especially Blue Sky were outrageously priced !!! I am not going to spend @ $500 to $600 dollars for scorpion treatment....do not have that type of money !!! I know termites and treatment for termites is expensive......I see paying 600 to 800 dollars for that treatment.......but to kill scorpions.......SORRY !!!! Also no one comes out for just one treatment !!!! I had to use other resources being that 3 companies that were on your list could have cared less that I was a "Angies" List person......meant zero to them !!! So I used a local neighborhood guy that has done some surrounding neighbors......he was all of 50 bucks ! So Angies list did not work this time........I had great luck with our Air conditioner but bad luck with pest control !!!

Description of Work: We just completed a new build on a 1/4 acre, yard install in progress. I called Bluesky after reviewing recommendations on Angies List. I spoke to a live person, who just from her knowledge alone convinced me to start service immediately. Dennis arrived promptly on Saturday, professionally attired, pleasant personality, kind with my dogs and performed his work thoroughly. When leaving Dennis went over what was done, tips etc.....I was very impressed.
