"***STAY AWAY*** They should remove the word "Solutions" from their name. That is far from what they provide. I started the process with Arizona Foundation "solutions" back in May of 2021 to fix a retaining wall/foundation. After meeting with the sales person they did let me know that they can proceed with engineering the "solution". After about 30 days I met with the sales person again so he could present the "solution" and take a deposit. I agreed to the option they offered and they stated I would be on the calendar to be completed before December 2021. During the permitting process there were items that came up that were needed from me directly by the county. These items were provided. After these items were provided I had not been contacted by anyone at the company to schedule the repair. At at the same time I was told by the county that Arizona Foundation "Solutions" was needing more engineering from me to complete the job. Obviously this was concerning as I should have heard about this directly from the company I was spending ten's of thousands of dollars with. However it was crickets. After reaching out to the sales person by call, text, email with no response before the holidays, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until after the holidays and tried again with no avail. I then was put in contact with the "Area Sales Manager" whom after a week reviewed everything and let me now that the project they had in their hands for 7-8 months now was unfortunately out of scope for their company to complete and said they would be refunding me my deposit. I questioned how was this job reviewed and drawn out by an engineer and yet its somehow not able to be completed by them? Another week went by and the same manager contacting me and let me know that the owner reviewed and said they would solve this and get the job completed. I mistrustfully agreed for them to continue. After waiting another 2 weeks with no communication, I reached back out only to find out they were wrong and actually could not come up with a "solution" and would be refunding me my deposit (again). I waited another 2 weeks for my check to come in the mail and then called again to now find out they sent the check to a wrong address and would need to cancel that check and send out another. I asked for them overnight the check for my inconvenience and the refused to as this was an "additional cost that had to be approved". Throughout the most recent 2 months I tried to get the owners (Bob Brown) attention by phone/email to discuss my entire situation and was told he was in "meetings" 10/10 times I called. I was FINALLY able to get him to call back once I called every hour on the hour same day. As I expressed to the owner, the incompetency and ignorance starts at the top at his company. Not only was the communication poor at best during my dealings, the fact that an apologize nor any remorse was expressed on how my customer service experience was. A few key items to any contracting/construction work is setting expectations, communication, and follow through. NONE of which was provided by Arizona Foundation "Solutions". This type of work is extremely costly and any company completing it should be handling their customers with at least some respect while they spend a price of a new car or part of a college tuition on."

"What started out as a bathroom remodel turned out to be an entire house remodel. I am so very pleased with the end product. New England Upgrades surpassed my expectations. They were easy to work with, reliable, helpful in the design and offered much assistance with their artistic views. I have no regrets that I chose them for this project. Their professionalism and care for the outcome of the work they performed was encouraging throughout this project. I have a new kitchen, new flooring throughout, an updated fireplace. New bathrooms. New walls and clean and painted walls, and many other updates they helped to provide or coordinate. They helped to design my landscaping, coordinated services to achieve that design. I feel they were cost effective and cost conscious in their suggestions. Thank you New England Upgrades. I feel like I am living in a “new house” now! I give a hearty recommendation for their services and will certainly use them again as future projects arise."

Leonel LeBaron, the owner was so understanding and worked with us on what we needed done. He and his crew are excellent in what they do and made everything so easy. "It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

I worked with Jeff Cook and from our initial meeting, to his estimate, and all the way through construction I felt that he was listening to what I wanted while also sharing his expertise. Everyone that worked at my house, both Cook Remodeling employees and their subcontractors, were professional and treated me with respect. They always were considerate of my needs and they cleaned up at the end of every day. I would definitely work with Cook Remodeling again."

"First project that was worked on was done very well. This was related to the second project where our problem occurred. He was drunk during time of service in my house. A witness bears also as soon as I confronted him, he immediately ordered his men to stop and leave I asked him if he would finish the job. He left an exhaust fan completely out of my master bedroom bathroom and just capped a hole And did not do the remainder of the installation."

"If I could give negative stars I would. ABA was the most dishonest and worst company I have ever worked with. Their work is pure garbage. We had to hire a different company to come in and fix all their mistakes including plumbing and electrical (leaking shower into the garage, body sprayers not working, water leaking under sinks, had to rewire the kitchen, lights placed in the wrong location, wrong gauged wire used for electrical, toilets not mounted correctly, tiles cracking in the showers, grounds not used for electrical components, overloading breaker and the list goes on. It has been a complete nightmare. They have horrible organizational skills and could never keep track of what was going on or who was coming on what day. Joe does a great job at showing up to collect money, but not to make sure the work is being done correctly. My advise: save yourself the headache, time, and horrible workmanship and go with a different company. We had to get the ROC involved. "
