Description of Work: Everything started out professional. Matt the owner came by and took the measurements for the shutters and gave us a discount, went over everything in detail. It took 8 weeks for shutters to be done opposed to the 4-6 weeks that was stated. We had to pay half of $5000.00 down. Which was $2500.00. After the initial appointment, there were no follow up calls to let us know the status. I had to call to make contact. Technician arrived early to put in shutters- a good sign. But just one person. Husband had to assist. The shutters were installed but the measurements were slightly off. From the inside they look great. Fom the outside you can see all the nails they used and the measurement differences. They were to come back to put up last two shutters. We were having the two front windows changed from block glass to regular. He never came back as he said he would. I have called 5 times and left messages to inform of the measurement differences, and some of the shutters not closing properly. My husband put up the last two shutters since no one came. You would think the company has gone out of business. To date he has not returned my calls. Now we will have to call another shutter company to do some adjustments. Now i can say i like the way the shutters look, the colors are great. But we do need the adjustments done. I have stopped calling as no one has called back. I am really surprised as the process started out good but who would know the end results.

Description of Work: An estimate was given for shutters on alll windows. Measurements were taken and an estimate was calculated including matching kitchen cabinet finish for some of the shutters. Samples were brought so we could get an idea of what we are buying. The owner also described the production and installtion part of the process. We were happy to hear that the shutters are built here and not imported. We agreed to the estimate and put down 1/2 the total price, the balance due after installation. It will be approximately 3 more weeks until the shutters are finished and installed. Can't wait!
