Spots has always been on time, prompt, professional and they do an excellent job on everything they do. We have used their services a number of times and continue to use them. I have nothing but great things to say about Spots!

Scheduled an estimate and was impressed from the start. Leslie (office manager) was always courteous and helpful in setting the appointment. When Nate (owner) was a few minutes late for the estimate, Leslie called to inform me that he'd been held up and would be arriving shortly. This was less than five minutes after the scheduled time. I had scheduled the work to be done, then had to reschedule. Again, very courteous service from Leslie in helping me set up another appointment time. On the day of work, Nate arrived a few minutes early, came in and asked if there were any changes, and set right to work. He explained everything he'd be doing and made a point of informing me as work was done how it was coming along. The pet odors took extra care but he kept at it until it was removed to his satisfaction. He even removed a paint stain from our carpet! All work was done for exactly the amount of the estimate, and all in a completely professional and courteous manner. Very impressed with this company - A+ from start to finish.

I called the company that installed my carpet 6 years ago to ask who they would recommend for cleaning it. I also asked my property manager. Both gave me the same reference. I called Spots on Tuesday and the scheduler set an appointment.. It turned out that the estimator was able to come sooner and they called to ask if that would be ok. The estimator came, reviewed the job, offered me a couple of cleaning options with differing prices. The technician came exactly on time. He was professional, friendly, extremely careful, and very thorough. My carpets look new and I'm extremely impressed with the service. While it is true that this service was a little more than the last one I had done,it was totally worth it. I will definitely use them again.

Two young men arrived for the service call, gave us an estimate and then vacuumed, raked and steam-cleaned our carpet for us. They worked hard the entire time, were professional in their demeanor, and gave us several pricing options for the cleaning and re-stretching. We were impressed with the results and would definitely hire them again in the future. Our carpet (which is about 10 years old) looked nearly new when they were finished. We were very impressed.

They provide a soap free cleaning which I prefer. I use them once a year. They are realiable and thorough. I don't have to be here when they service my home. Very trustworthy.

They did carpet cleaning for the whole house. They are excellent, they are extremely thorough, they moved all the furniture, and they got every spot out of my carpet and made it look brand new. They are efficient, they are on time and they are hard works. I would recommend them highly. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They are the best carpet cleaners in town. I do not think Nathan Denne (the owner) needs my recommendation because he wins the best position in the local paper every year. They are really reputed in the area.

They did a great job. I chose Spots because my mother has used them before with good results. Came over to measure and give me an estimate on Monday, and were able to schedule cleaning for Tuesday. The employees were friendly and professional. The guy who gave me the estimate told me what they would and would not move for me (e.g. furniture), and advised me to get all the carpets cleaned at once instead of splitting it up into two visits because it would be less expensive that way. The appointment was for noon, but the dispatcher called me at ten and told me they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier. I said okay. As a result, I didn't have the floors vacuumed before they arrived, but they did it for me with no extra charge ( I don't know if that's standard or not). The whole process took less than two hours and the guy even helped me move my desk back into the living room from where I had stashed it on the front porch. Got all the stains out of the carpet and pointed out the one spot he couldn't get (it was a bleach stain). He didn't move the bed in the master bedroom like he said he was going to, but I think it was just an oversight. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I wasn't sure how clean they would be able to get the carpets and was pleasantly surprised! Considering how much dirt was in my carpets, the cleaning went quickly. I also had them spray a scotch-guard protectant to help with future cleanup. It did take longer to dry than the 4 hours estimated, but I attribuute that to the numerous times needed to go over extremely dirty areas to get them clean. The area rugs were rolled up and taken back to the business where they clean rugs once a week and were then delivered back to me in a very timely fashion.
