Couldn't have been a better experience. From the secretary answering the phone with some humor till we picked it up all clean as new. Price is competitive with Phoenix pricing. You can save a chunk of change if you can drop off and pick up the carpet. I can recommend without hesitation. Went here because of positive reviews on Angie's list. I was not disappointed.

Everything went well. Rug was picked up at the promised time and dropped off at the promised time -- and looking like new. I was genuinely shocked how clean they were able to get this rug. Would not hesitate to use again.

This was a very positive experience from start to finish. The office manager was extremely nice and when we told her we were having unexpected out of town company, had the owner change his schedule to give us an estimate within an hour of our call. She then rescheduled someone else with their permission to get our work scheduled at the beginning of the following week. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness, The owner came out, told us exactly what he would do, broke down the estimate so we could decide exactly how much we wanted done. He was extremely honest with us. Today, Trevor came out and did the work. He was extremely friendly and respectful, (and bonded with our dog right away.) Trevor worked non-stop for 4 1/2 hours and the house looks wonderful. He did an excellent job. I am only sorry we waited so long to get this done. Highly recommended and no chemical after-smell.

I couldn't be more pleased ! I bought a home that I had no idea had had cats in it. There was no smell until the monsoon hit, then, apparently, the moisture in the air activated the urine crystals and the smell started. I was super sad, because this smell was coming from the carpet in, and in front of, the closet in the master bed room. The owner (Nathan, I think ?) of the company came out to give me an estimate, and spent a ton of time with me helping me see, with the help of a UV light, see where the stains were on both the wall and in the carpet. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest in admitting that he couldn't guarantee he could get the smell out (cat urine is apparently particularly difficult) and even offered some alternatives to cleaning, such as replacing the closet carpet with cedar flooring. I was impressed that he was willing to admit the limitations of carpet cleaning technology and even risked losing my business by suggesting alternatives. I also admitted to him that I'd have the carpets cleaned by another company in town right before I'd moved in (2 months prior), and I was curious why that didn't take care of the smell. Nathan, again, was extremely professional and didn't talk down the other company in town, but was apparently familiar with their techniques and why what they had done wouldn't have taken care of the problem. When it came time to do the work, he did an excellent job and the room looked and smelled great. I've intentionally waited a month to write this review to see if the smell would come back. It has not ! I am thrilled with the results and would recommend this company to anyone ! I wouldn't call anyone else for any of my future carpet cleaning needs. This company is the best !

These folks were great ! They were able to fit me in next day, and did a great job. They were very communicative so working out a last minute scheduling worked very smoothly. The guy who came did a great job. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use this company in the future.

Spots employees were very professional and courteous. Because I rent my home as a vacation rental, they had to let themselves in via a lock box with a code. They were able to get in, get the job done well, and get everything back in place with no hassles or problems. I would definitely use them again.

Since we live in the Village of Oak Creek, they have to line up other appointments in the area the same day. They went out of their way to come on the only day I had available. I really appreciated all of that. The owner does the work himself, and the carpet looks great afterward.

Great service. This was the second time I'd used this service and could not be more pleased. I had planned to have the entire sofa cleaned but they offered to just treat the one area that needed it. Great company. NOTE: I'm not sure about the cost, but do believe whatever I paid I was very satisfied with the value.

When we moved into our new house, we found that our master bedroom carpet reeked of pet urine. I called Spots, and they came to our house and cleaned the carpet the same day I called. They treated the carpet with an enzyme to remove the pet urine odor, cleaned it, and then left an industrial fan for a few hours to dry it. They stopped by later after another job in the area to pickup the fan. I believe they gave exceptional customer service, and they removed the horrible pet urine odors. I will use their services again if needed.

Nathan came to save the day on a holiday weekend in the evening. He was honest, kind, compassionate, helpful. He did a wonderful jo and even made my daughter laugh through the crisis. He was very professional.

I had not had my carpets cleaned in 4 years with a dog and a wood stove so things were grimy. The representative was polite and helpful with questions. He was also very honest informing me that the carpet pile would not bounce back to new, but it did look pretty darn good. Even my husband noticed how nice the floors looked. Many thanks!

Excellent, timely, professional, friendly staff , no obnoxious odors of cleaning fluid, used steam cleaning, furniture looks almost new ( sofa is cream colored)..have used this company in the past to clean carpets and my review is the same. Will use them again and again.

well! I just moved into a house that had nasty carpet due to a dog and they were able to remove the smell and a majority of the stains. Also, the service was done on a weekend when they were overbooked. I explained to them that I was moving in that weekend and would prefer to give them my business if they can fit me in.

Great! They got my appointment scheduled quickly - this is my 3rd time using Spots as they do a great job. They moved all my fairly heavy furniture, and moved it back into place on styrofoam blocks so as not to damage the newly cleaned carpet. I was amazed how perfectly they reset all the furniture where it belonged, because I wasn't home at the time. The carpets look great and have held up really well even with a number of dogs in the house. Would highly recommend them!

They were nice and professional but they couldn't get there the day when I needed them.

They were excellent. They are always rated #1. They go the extra mile for me. They are very personable.

Good service. Very friendly technicians. I felt they could have done a little better of a cleaning job. After they left, I used a black light to check a bedroom carpet and noticed that there still were some pet stains that showed under black light. Also, they didn't solve problem of pet urine odor.
