Description of Work: Painted our deck. They did an excellent job, moved all the furniture, BBQ, etc off, power-washed and sanded where necessary, replaced a weak board, then painted. It looks great and has lasted as well as can be expected with this sun and a dog that runs like mad up and down the stairs all the time :)

Description of Work: I had peeling elastomeric paint, they scraped and sealed the fence, top and sides, also the house areas that needed it. Painted it to my specifications and cleaned up every day. Very good company, good people to work with.

Description of Work: Prep-ed & painted. The job would have received A all around except that there was a relatively minor fix-up/touch-up that would have probably taken 1 person less than 2 hours to fix that was never done even though it was promised several times. I do not consider that professional, dependable, or desirable. It would have been preferable to just have been told they weren't going to fix it...I'd have graded them higher. I might use them again, but the initial contract would certainly be written different....money with held until completely satisfied. I think they can do a good job and if they had kept their word, I would have been a fan.

Description of Work: We had an issue with the paint firm, not CertaPro. We found that the paint rubbed off, but CertaPro made good and repainted at no cost.
