All I can say is "Wow". Daniel and Jose were phenomenal. They were friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They painted the exterior of the house, stained the deck and repaired/stained the fence. The house looks amazing. I have to admit I miss having their smiling faces around. Highly recommend this company.

German and his Crew were top notch. They exceeded our expectations in staining our deck, barn, posts and beams. Their attention to detail was excellent and they were very easy to work with. They showed up on time every day at the time promised. The way in which they interacted was very professional. They kept their work equipment perfectly tidy. Arturo, the estimator, kept everything on track. Kelsey helped us pick paint colors for inside. You will appreciate her gift. We will want to use Certa Pro for all future painting needs.

They refused to honor the "price match guarantee" contained in their bid. I obtained multiple bids from licensed painting contractors using the identical scope of work. I requested that they match a lower bid (not even the lowest) and they refused. I had used CertaPro Painters successfully in the past but will not use them again.

I love these guys, they did an excellent job. Always on time, cleaned up every day. Jon even talked me through a little 'meltdown' when I thought the paint color I had chosen after much trial and error was not going to be what I wanted - we decided to paint the trim and garage doors (which we had not originally planned to do) and the color we chose made all the difference. Now I love it! They are not cheap, but are definitely competitive with other professional painting contractors, and "you get what you pay for" is always true. We hired them to paint our deck 2 years ago, and now our house. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall well. We dithered on paint color for a week or more, and they were very patient. A few areas were less than perfect, and they redid those with a smile. I would say that we are demanding customers and they did an excellent job of taking care of us.

The job supervisor was awesome. He explained everything in detail before the job and then did a very thorough walk-through at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Each morning the workers arrived on schedule and they always picked up all of their tools and supplies when they were done for the day.

Our experience with them turned out very well. We're satisfied. It was reasonable. We had a few estimates and they came in not the highest and not the lowest, but somewhere in the middle. They left some cigarette butts and a tool on the roof. So they were a little careless that way. They could have been a little more courteous with that. But their job was thorough and we're happy with it.

It turned out pretty good. Overall, I was satisfied. They weren't as attuned to some of the details as they may have needed to be. But overall, I was satisfied. On the positive side, the painter was very experienced and helpful. They just missed some of the finer details and when I asked them to redo stuff, they still forgot and had to make additional trips out to get that done. They forgot to paint certain sections. I reminded them twice and the third time, they got it done.

Have used them before. Always outstanding results.

FIRST TIME NOT SO WELL 6 MONTHS LATER , BETTER, SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE

Everything went very smoothly. We scheduled a time, they showed up on time and finished on time and on budget. It was a good value. They paid attention to detail and asked me questions about how I wanted things done. I especially liked working with Hebert. He did a nice job! I would definitely use them again!

I didn't use them. They were a little high in their estimate. They didn't charge me for the estimate. They're fine to work with. They will start the work out a lot longer than what we had hoped. It could have gotten started within a month. We wanted something sooner than that.

Svcs performed 2008-2009; took forever to finish job, many calls to get them to come back and finish detail work. Driveway coating was improperly applied and eventually flaked off( started within 6 mos). Painter blamed product mfr.

They did good work. The only hitch was they underestimated the amount of paint/stain they'd need, and when they ran out, the local supplier was also out of stock, so the job took a bit longer than expected. But the workers were competent and the result looked good. They perhaps could have done a little better on the cleanup afterward (maybe scraped a few more bits of wayward paint off the windows and rounded up a few stray pieces of tape), but the overall quality was good and I would use them again.

Had this company provided follow up on bid service, I might have used them. But after numerous calls and emails trying to get a solid bid, I give up. At first, we only wanted some interior painting done. After two weeks we got an initial estimate that was very high and had errors. We live pretty rurally, and companies sometimes charge a premium for travel here to a small job. So we added the entire exterior to see if a larger job would create a better value for them and accomplish several projects at once. After an email, call (to them) and numerous excuses, it's apparent they don't need or want the work as we have never received the revised bid. We went with a different Angie's List A-rated provider.

They are okay but are a bit expensive.

They did an excellent job and provided excellent service at a good price.

Jay Bowers, the owner of the local Certa-pro was a pleasure to work with, even though the only contact we had with him was before the job. He did the estimating and the explanation of what would occur and the amount of time it would take. We decided to add the 1/2 bath after the job was estimated and then during the job and the color of the bathroom during the job and they were very accommodating to both requests. For the most apart everything was done with care and quality. There were a few (3) drops of paint on the carpet and a couple of areas that needed some touch-up due to the fact they were covering dark red and brown paint with a light yellow and white in 2 coats w/o primer, but it was minimal. The crew that actually did the painting were always punctual and professional. They took pride in their work and did their best to make certain that everything was done to high standards while doing their best to finish within the timeline provided. I would definitely consider using them again as they did hit the mark between price/quality and professionalism. They were in the middle of the three proposed bids we received and based upon the proposal met 99% of our expectations.

IWent fine, though indecion on our part, along with a healthy dose of perfectionism, sometimes strained relationships. They were always patient and really tried hard to give excellent customer service. They did.

The guy seemed really nice. The estimate is sitting on my desk I just haven't talked to him yet. He came right out. He was very good. He seemed like a very thorough and knowledgeable guy. Update August, 2011: I called them and tried to arrange for the paint job to proceed. I had several telephone conversations with the girl in the office and she said they would call me back to set up the job. Never got a telephone call back and I went with another painter due to their unresponsiveness.

Project was delayed beyond our deadline so we cancelled the contract.

I had an appointment (made a week in advance) that he cancelled because he was feeling under the weather but going on vacation the next week. I tried to explain to him what we wanted so he could come over and check it out before leaving. I then had a cold call by the corporate ppl and made another appt. The time of the appt got mixed up but we worked it out. He then was late, ended up at another house (gave them an estimate), and stayed only 10-15 minutes to discuss the work. Said he was going to get me a quote by the end of the week. I have yet to see one and it's been about a month. Other people recommended them but I didn't have any luck.

My wife and I won a $500.00 gift certificate for CertaPro through a benefit event, and had heard positive comments about the company after we won. Apparently CertaPro frequently donates these certificates to various charities. We were very impressed, from start to finish with our experience. The Owner/Manager (Jay) came to our house for our first meeting with complete color schemes and provided good professional advice. He provided a timeline and an estimate, that ended up being spot-on. (The total cost was just over $1000,00 before the gift certificate.) In our consultation, Jay had us fill out a very specific survey, asking what times/days were best for the painting, and even requested instructions for how/where the cleanup should occur. The painters were clean, very professional and courteous, and did very professional work with the painting. The thing that most impressed us, however, was their flexibility. When we had to make a last-minute change in our move-in date with our moving company, Jay and his team agreed to come in early and finished the job ahead of schedule. We plan to use this company in the future for our entertainment room.

Certa Pro was extremely professional from start to finish. Our estimate was thorough and detailed, and all of our questions were answered. They were patient (and generous with samples) as we decided on colors; once we did decide, the job was scheduled quickly and to our needs. The painters were punctual, polite, highly skilled and prompt; they cleaned up after themselves every day and were very accommodating to our needs and schedules. We couldn't have been happier with the results.
