SRP offered a rebate if you would put sunscreens on your windows. They said it could lower your bills by an average of 25%. I called SRP to find out if this company was on their list. it was. I chose them because their web site said leaving the sunscreens up permanently could help with winter bills also by keeping the wind out and the heat inside. They came and measured and 2 weeks later they put up the screens. The screens are on the outside of the frame not the inside close to the window. There were big gaps around the edges. I called about that and she (forgot her name) came out and caulked. The gaps are still there. I don't know where the caulk went. This company suggested the darkest screens for maximum effeciency. I chose the dark brown. My home is now very dark. I have to either open the doors or put on the lamps even in the daytime. My electric bill continues to rise every month about the same amount compared to last year. It is almost like SRP knows I put the screens on so they can raise my bill. Anyway I just want the public to know what they are getting and that not all of these money savers work. I am thinking of taking them off and trashing them. Perhaps I can save more money by not having to have my lamps on all the time. If you had a place for over all satisfaction I would put lousy.

I called this company after reading all the great reviews it got on this list. It was close to my house and it seemed perfect. i called and spoke to the owner and she made my appointment right away and I was very pleased with their ability to come right out and give me an estimate. it was for 4pm on a Monday. They never showed up. They never called. I called them at 5pm and left a message, no return call. 4pm on Tues I called back spoke to a lady that sounded like she was running a daycare/sun screen business. She was unorganized, out of breath, frazzled and had no idea what I was talking about. She looked in her appointment book and then told me that there was no appointment for me. When I told her my full name and the time she then said oh no wait there it is, must have been an over site, oops. She fumbled around some more, and then said that she would reschedule. I just hung up, if they cant even bother to return a new customers call when they don't show up. Its not a place i want to spend my money. Customer service is worth more then they realize, I was going to have my whole house re-screened with sun screens. I guess I will have to go to someone else, wish me luck!

Angie's List does not have a category for Sunscreens, but CC Sunscreens installed new sunscreens to every window in my house and to my patio door.I chose the 90% dark brown, after much discussion with Christan about what would be best and most durable in the Arizona sun/heat. Christan came to measure and quote, and despite her delay in arriving due to her obviously busy schedule, I placed my order immediately, and the sunscreens were installed within 7 days. I enjoyed Christan's honesty and integrity; her continued communication was excellent and her installer was efficient and polite.I had received 2 quotes prior to this, several months ago, and whilst Christan's was the most competitive, I chose her company immediately because I trusted her to deliver as promised.I highly recommend the services of CC Sunscreens.

They put a few sunscreens at a lesser price. They came on an Angie’s List deal where for a certain feet and amount of money. I found that reasonable and I needed a screen and so I went with it. They did a good job. They were a little slow to get back to me with the actual job but once the man was here he put them on in less than an hour or so. They put four screens in the front of the house covering four windows. They did a decent job but I guess the man was running all over town doing his job so he was a bit slow. After making the order he was a bit slow. Once they measured and after the measuring it took some time for him to bring the screens in. He sounded like a polite guy and he knew his business. First he said he was going to send out his son but he came himself finally. The screens are still there and they are still doing a good job. The quality was good. Once he called up and said he was coming he came punctually. He answered my questions professionally.

I would definatley use this company again. Kristen was warm and professional form the moment she picked up the phone to her visit to my home. I asked for some optional items to be put on my screen door and she did not hestitate to make sure they got done. She noticed our lock jammed and said she would make sure and put a new one on for us. An eye for detail I like and appreciate.

My experience was great! I will never use another Sunscreen company other than CC Sunscreens. The people were honest, reliable, and friendly. The price was lower than any other estimate I received. The product came out beautiful and my house is cooler and I have so much privacy now with the Sunscreens on my windows. My shutters are now protected from the heat and my house looks great with the Sunscreens now installed.
