They were great. They matched the new screens to some I had done the year prior and even filed my SRP rebate for me. The screens look great and instantly made a noticeable cooling difference.

Christan was super nice and professional. Installer Devin was also super nice and professional. Christan helped a lot with the rebate and I would recommend this company to anybody who needs screens. Their prices are competitive and the company offer great services. Since then I had Christan come back and give me another quote for some more screens on a second home we have. She has been again professional and a pleasure to work with. This is a family owned company and I was happy to have used them. Hopefully more customers will hire and give this company their trust. It went very well. They advised they would arrive between 11:00AM and 12:00PM. They arrived promptly at 11:00AM and the screens were installed within an hour.

The price was fair, they were on time polite, courteous, and effecient, and give well informed advice. Even helped us fill out the SRP rebate form. We originally were only looking for a single screen to be created and they were one of the only companies willing to come out and measure and install for such a small order. I also liked that they traveled to anywhere in the Valley. We ended up deciding to replace some screens that were deteriorating and also provide additional sun protection via screens with the higher 90% density than what we had before. Everything from the consultation to the installation went smoothly and all the screens were perfect, just what we had asked for. The only thing that wasn't clear is how to initiate the rebate with the energy company. I called the screen company and left a message about this but never heard back. I called back a week or so later and got easy instructions to download a form and email it to CC Sunscreens to fill out the remainder and send into the energy company. So just a little glitch there - would have been better if they had provided printed instructions with the receipt on what to do. We did receive our energy company rebate last week so that all ended up going smoothly.

I visited the booth for CC Sunscreens at the Maricopa County Home Show on Friday, October 2nd. I gave them my information so that they could contact me to set up an appointment to come out to my house and provide me with an estimate to have sunscreens installed. On Monday, October 5th, Jodi called me to set up the appointment. We scheduled it for Monday, October 12th, between 8:00am-9:00am. Nobody showed up during the scheduled timeframe on Monday, October 12th. At 9:30am (30 minutes after our scheduled appointment window), Kristen called and stated that Jodi had double booked the appointment window and asked to reschedule. We rescheduled the appointment for the following day (Tuesday, October 13th) between 8:00-9:30am. At 9:20am on Tuesday, October 13th, Kristen called and said that she was about 45 minutes away but was headed over to provide me with an estimate. She called back around 10:30am asking for directions. She called again at 11:30am, stated that she was lost, and explained that somebody else normally handles appointments in Phoenix's East Valley. She requested we reschedule the appointment again. I agreed and rescheduled it for 2pm on Wednesday, October 14th. She assured me that she would get her phone / GPS fixed and that I would see her at 2pm on Wednesday. Strike three occurred today (Wednesday, October 14th), when again nobody called or showed up at our schedule appointment time. At 2:30pm, I called their office and talked to Jodi. I asked if Kristen was available. Jodi stated that she was not. I explained the situation to Jodi and that this was the third time they had messed up their scheduled appointment time. Jodi said I was not in their system for having an appointment today, even though Kristen clearly stated when I talked to her yesterday that it was today at 2pm. I have no idea what this company's problem is. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I can understand maybe accidentally double booking an appointment. However, messing up three times in three days in almost unbelievable. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as you can and give your money to a company that actually values their potential customers.

I read the reviews of others with the F ratings and I had EXACTLY the same experience with CC Sunscreens. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It does NOT surprise me at all that I'm not the only one who experienced poor customer service from CC Sunscreens. They may be reasonably priced but the hassle of dealing with CC Sunscreens and Christian Coates is not worth the hassle. Take your business elsewhere. READ THE F RATINGS AND YOU WILL SEE A PATTERN. And watch Christian will always have a come back for the horrible experience you had with her company instead of just owning it.

They did a great job on the windows they completed (95%) but two windows on the back of the house were missed. When I called Kristin to mention this she said they would take a look when they were "in my area" again. Still waiting to hear from them. No issues with the quality or workmanship of the screens they installed -- they look great. They came out yesterday and installed the final two screens (on one of the hottest days of the year). I appreciate that they finished the job.

I had my sunscreens installed a few years back with CC Sunscreens. They did an EXCELLENT job! After a bad monsoon storm we had damage to a screen. CC Sunscreens came out and was able to repair it at a low price. I also had them install another sunscreen on a another window. I have had multiple neighbors comment on the quality of our screens. They hold up well with the intense heat we have with the east/west exposure. I would highly recommend CC Sunscreens!

Christan is great! This is the second time I used her and her company. Other companies wanted to charge 25-40% more but I went with her and I'm glad I did. The turnaround was 1 week. Would highly recommend Christan for sun/bug screens.

I did my due diligence by getting 4 quotes. I had wanted to hire CC Sunscreens because I noted how many people on Angies List gave the company high praise. It was well deserved. First Cristin came to our house and evaluated which screens needed to be replaced. Our North side of the house had sunscreens which were still in good shape. Cristen confirmed that. We also had some sunscreens that were partially covered by foliage and were still in ok shape. However Cristen advised us that we may want to replace them so that the entire front screens of the house matched. She was totally correct and the cost was minimal as they were smaller windows. Their price was competitive with the other vendors as well as the fact that her screens are higher quality than some of the ones we were quoted. Additionally she has a very good warranty. Cristen also spent the time to educate us on screens. We always like to understand what we are purchasing. I highly recommend CC Sunscreens to anyone who needs screens. CC Screens gets an A+ from us.
