CC Sunscreens

We had estimates from two highly rated Angie's list providers to replace several window screens with higher efficiency screens before summer. I always like to get 3 estimates so was looking for the third, taking time to review the reviews submitted. As I read the reviews for CC Sunscreens, one of their customers was impressed that the company helped coordinate with an HOA. The review suggested this company made the extra effort if needed. I submitted a request for an appointment at 8 pm and just after 8 am the next morning, Christan called and set up an appointment to give us an estimate the following day. She arrived promptly, gave us the background of her company, and educated us on the energy efficiency of the different screen types and colors of screens. She did a rough estimate of the measurements of our most-exposed east, south and west-facing windows (by sight!) and provided us an estimate. Her estimate for 90% UV screens was lower than the other two estimates, and offered a longer warranty period as well, so we decided to hire her to do the work. She took tape measurements and gave us a precise amount and took care of submitting the SRP rebate application. A week later we had new sunscreens, installed very professionally. Since having them installed, we've driven through our subdivision and think the color Christan helped us choose (dark brown) is definitely better aesthetically than the black or tan we were considering. We highly recommend CC Sunscreens!

After moving into our new home in May 2014, we knew right away we needed sunscreens. I did research on the internet and decided to give CC Sunscreens a call. Cristen came out and gave a straight forward presentation with no pressure to purchase. Our decision was to purchase screens for the west and east facing windows. We were so happy with them in March of 2015 we decided to add screens on two other windows on the north side of the house. I spoke to Cristen, she came out and measured the windows. Installation was professional and they arrived when we were told they would. Only one small area that needs improvement is the office could be staffed during business hours. Each time I called I left a message and it was a couple of days before I was able to speak with Cristen.

They came out for free estimate and measurements. Once agreed upon color and price, took about 3 weeks to get in and install.

I received a call back from Christan within 5 minutes of requesting an estimate on the Angie's List site. We setup a time for the estimate. On the day of the estimate, Christan was early! She thoroughly measured each window, gave me a quote, and provided samples for the screens. The house we purchased had NO screens in place and we were unable to open a window without bugs coming in. Screens were made and ready to be installed in under a week. The installer showed up on time, and took less than 2 hours to install screens on every window in the house. This house has approximately 40 panes of glass to cover due to the style of windows and a porch that closed-in to make a room. The screens are highly effective at reducing the temperate, especially in the south facing rooms where the windows were acting like a magnifying glass. We are very happy with the heat reduction!

the company made an appointment within a day and were able to come out very soon afterward. They brought samples we were able to keep and forward to our HOA to speed the approval process. After getting HOA approval, the company was able to install the screens within a week. Prompt, friendly, and professional service. Very pleased with the outcome.

I thought their service was great. We played phone tag before Christmas, and I really wanted them done before. Christain said it was possible when we finally met less than a week before. The screens were ready in just a few days and quickly installed. Price was reasonable, I thought, because one window is arched. The only thing I am disappointed about is I'm not sure they will stop much of the heat. I thought they would help more in making the room cooler. Maybe more discussion on what I should expect, 80% versus 90% and what I really needed for the rooms. All in all though, a company I'd recommend.

sales person was extremely knowledgeable and explaind the Process from beginning to end. She gave information on other projects she could not help with. I am extremely pleased with the job. I am looking to hire them again when I can afford to replace the screens on me porch.

Being new to the Phoenix area, I appreciated Christan's thorough explanation of the sunscreen options and purpose along with the SRP rebate program. The entire process went very smoothly from initial consultation to installation. I had my new sunscreens in less than one week. They look great! Price and service were excellent. Extremely satisfied.

They came pretty late in the day, but were able to install all the screens in a couple hours. Very nice screens. Look nice and they are keeping the house coller.

CC sunscreens came out and measured our entire house, and provided us with a quote for installation of sun screens. She even handled the rebate with SRP and gave us the Angie's list discount. It was a very fair price and the lady was very pleasant to work with. They did the work and it made a huge difference in the cooling and aesthetics of our home. The blinds were of great quality and there was no issues with the installation.

They came out and measure and quoted us the price on the spot. The laday who came out was really nice and helpful. They schedule the install and came out to do the install, they mis measured the 3 of the screens. So they installed what they could and came back again free of charge and installed the last of the screens. We are very happy with the screens and the money we are saving too.

I was extremely happy with CC sunscreens. Initially we were only planning on installing sunscreens on the front of the house but after we had those installed we ended up calling back to get the remainder of the house screened. Each time CC sunscreens came out to our home they were on time, polite, and we were very happy with the service and overall price of the screens. We also couldn't believe how quickly the screens were installed after the install. Super easy company to work with, I would highly recommend them!

Went very well. Christan came over, measured & gave us a great price on suncreens, bug screens, and patio slider. She was very nice. No high pressure. The screens came in earlier than expected. JC installed. It was painless. I WILL use them again when we do rest of home soon.

The price they quoted us was very reasonable and I was surprise at the cost since we never had sunscreens installed on our previous homes. The installation was on time and quick to complete. Will definately recommend CC Sunscreens and use them again for the other windows.

Like all the other raters, i thought they did a great, quality job and i appreciate it. Lots of phone calls, lots of measurements, but in the end a quality job at an outstanding price!

The owner came to our home, measured & explained our options. We were impressed by his professional but cordial manner & his prices were very competitive. He was pretty even price-wise with another vendor (we'd interviewed 3) and felt he'd do the best job for us. We are happy with the results. There was one mistake, the sliding glass door measurements were off and they made us a new one and installed it the next day!! We are still very happy with the screens, well made & definitely making a difference on the coolness of our rooms.

Christan from CC Sunscreens gave us a in home estimate. She took accurate measurements and was very pleasant. Other employees from my company used CC Sunscreens and also highly recommended them. They replaced my old screens with all new framed sunscreens and installed them. I am not sure who the technician was as I was not home when they came to install them but they did a very professional job and I would highly recommend them! They were honest and the price of their service was competitive. They actually lower their price on their window screen to match to match competitor and they got the job done for me. They were on time with the delivery and the installation and they also came back for a minor warranty issues. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. I was very happy with their service. I asked them to come by and take a look at these, and he did it and took care of it and it was fine.

They were here on time and installed 6 screens. The 7th screen got bent, but instead of just putting it on any way they returned 3 days later with a new screen. We are very happy with the screens.

After reviewing Angies List I selected CC Sunscreen to estimate new sunscreens for my home. Called and got a voicemail, but received a return call later. Made an appointment for a Friday March 14 at 2P. He called at 1, said he had to take his kid to the doctor, rescheduled for Monday. After waiting two hours on Monday, called and got his voice mail and asked if he was coming. Never heard a word back. Might have been a good reason, but I never heard it. Other reviewers have had great experiences here, but not me. I was not dealing with Christian.

I am so pleased with my new patio roll down shades manufactured and installed by CC Sunscreens. The customer service from my initial phone call for an estimate until the completion of installation was outstanding. I didn't have to wait long once I placed my order...about two weeks. My patio faces south and I've noticed a huge temperature change on the patio with the 90 percent block shades. I ordered a sand color...when the shades are down, you can still see through to the backyard. I am very happy about working with CC Sunscreens and highly recommend. The price was very reasonable, too, and the quality of the shades is excellent.

I live in a corner block house and want to increase my privacy level of my North side house? windows that are facing the service street. Without install any good sunscreens, everyone can see my activities at night. I look up Angie?s List monthly magazine and discover CC Sunscreens is one of the Super service award winners. I email CC Sunscreens via Angie?s List email service system. Seth is very patience and keep me in touch via out phone, emails and texts. Seth is very flexible my request and arrives on time for measurement and installation. Like other Angie?s list subscriber, I interest Seth?s 15 years product warranty guarantee. I also compare my existed sunscreens that installed a year ago and have 5 years warranty to Seth?s products. After installation completed, I discover Seth?s sunscreens have more detailed sewing parts than my existed sunscreens. On top of that, I even save $5 having Seth?s for me instead of my former sunscreens company. I am pleased with the quality and am very satisfied with the service. I love my sunscreens. I recommend CC Sunscreens for their professional, efficient service and high quality sunscreens.

I called on a 3-day weekend and received a response by the end of the day. Seth was very flexible with appointment times and days; he also called when he had an earlier appointment time open up to see if we would prefer that time. The sunscreens were completed within a week and we received a call for an install time. The installer arrived within the 1-hour window. I was impressed he asked to go over which windows were to be covered just to make sure he had it right. The installation went off without a hitch and the results look nice. Very professional and prompt service. I will try to update once I have received a few summer electric bills and find out how much we actually saved.
