Among other things, the company mixed up our two shipments, though they had been separated and noted by the estimator and then by the movers at pick up. This resulted in additional costs to us that could have been avoided because the two lots were not separately weighed and thus weights were almost certainly over estimated. After delivery, the staff did not always return emails or phone calls. The damage claim, although paid in full with no argument, was delayed several weeks after the promised date."

This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"
