From start to finish, the job was plagued by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. We were charged for tasks, like concrete removal, that weren’t even performed. - Despite the work remaining unfinished, Rooter Ranger pushed to collect payment prematurely, making us question their commitment to completing the job. 2. **False Promises** - The company assured us they’d assist with the insurance process and provide a non-invasive solution for pipe repairs. Both claims turned out to be false. We had to seek external help for insurance, and despite promises, they wanted to damage our kitchen floor and we had to come up with a solution that came with additional cost unaccounted for. 3. **Dishwasher Oversight** - A critical error involving the dishwasher line was ignored until we identified it. This required additional, costly fixes that Rooter Ranger failed to cover or manage professionally. 4. **Workmanship Issues** - Structural mistakes, uneven concrete, and poorly installed plumbing were common throughout the job. For instance, toilets were installed improperly, and the master bathroom plumbing still leaks. 5. **Permit and Inspection Failures** - The permit process was mismanaged, leading to failed inspections. Rooter Ranger failed to communicate inspection results and left us to manage issues with city inspectors. At this point I still don't know if we passed inspection 6. **Unprofessional Conduct** - The revolving door of inexperienced workers made it feel like we were relying on unqualified friends rather than professionals. - We have called leaders, supervisors and directors about issues and everyone we have talked with has since dropped the ball and communicated property or taken any sense of accountability. We still have leaks, we feel we have been ripped off and still no idea we have passed city inspection. "Plumber Abraham Horta is an absolute God send. My husband set all this up (an estimate) but had to go to work unexpectedly. He gave me specific instructions on how he wanted it done (solder only, ball valve for a whole house shut off, I wrote it down as to not mess up). Needless to say all of it went over my head however I explained to Abraham everything my husband wanted. Abraham made it so easy and even asked if we wanted some old irrigation plumbing taken out that was very old. I of course asked my husband and my husband all terrified of the cost for the extra work asked how much. Abraham did it for free and even gave us a discount to lower the total cost which my husband could not believe until the credit card payment went thru. After everything was taken care of Abraham even quickly threw on a fresh coat out paint on the copper pipes to match the rest because we recently had our house painted and had some laying around. This is 5-star service at its best. My husband could not be happier now the problem is my husband trying plumbing projects with that valve now installed. Water softeners also need to be calibrated so that they don’t make your water too soft, as soft water poses just as many risks as hard water. Your water softener size is based on your total household water consumption. In most cases, you can assume the average household member will use around 75 gallons per day.
