Description of Work: Mid-way through a roof repair and new door installations, the previous worker needed emergency surgery and could not finish the work. John Snyder of JDS Improvements was contacted and immediately responded with an on site visit and gave me a fair estimate to complete the work on the roof as well as trimming two pairs of exterior doors. John and his crew were very professional. The onset of the project was delayed, but once his guys started their work, they were efficient in getting the projects completed with high quality work. I highly recommend them, and will contact John again if the need arises.

Description of Work: "I hired them to fix a couple of roof leeks and adjust two doors that was out of alignment. John, the owner, showed up as scheduled to take an overview of the work needed. We then scheduled two workers to come over and preform the work. They arrived on time, fixed the two doors and worked on the leeks. They handled the different tasks professionally and had a pleasant attitude. As one of the leeks was very difficult to identify the source and was difficult to reach, they had to come back for a second time to conclude the project. After we concluded that we had fixed all the problems, the company sent a supervisor over to make sure everything was done satisfactory. I am impressed with the professionalism of JDS Construction and their workers. I will use them again and recommend them to anybody."

Description of Work: They put in a new flooring in the living room/dining room area of my rental condo. Their were some problems, but they were resolved.

Description of Work: They were responsive to our needs, putting in new door handles and holes drilled for deadbolts. We asked for additional work on installing a microwave once they got to the house. The cabinet was too big and they cut that to size for us. They did nice work.

Description of Work: The representative arrived on the day scheduled for the estimate. He was a bit late, but acceptable. He gave us an estimate, but did not answer the questions we sent regarding the estimate. He never responded, so we found another contractor who was a true craftsman, finished the job on time, and completed it with amazing skill.

Description of Work: Remodel bathroom: Install whirlpool bathtub,pluming and electrical, ceiling fan vents,sink and tile. John and CO. were a pleasure to work with, would definitely use them again and plan to. Best Home Improvement people in the area.

Description of Work: laid laminate flooring in front bedroom -put trim down also fixed door that didn't close properly and repairs in master bedroom and closet

Description of Work: John was prompt and prepared to do the job. The job consisted of tearing out water damaged ceiling sheet rock and replaced with new sheet rock, painted it, installed matching trim and a new grill for my cooler. He then went up on the roof and sealed all possible places where it might leak. He made me promise to call him immediately if there were any leaks. He was pleasant, informative and reassuring about the work he had done and any future work could be done within my budget. I am so glad to have found him and will use him again and will tell my friends. An honest home repair person is gold. Thank you.

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak from the dishwasher and John pulled it out but we discovered the leak was from outside plants.

Description of Work: JDS Improvements painted the entire inside of our home and also designed and built our outside deck/patio with a separate Jacuzzi deck. They also built a gate with a lock as extra protection for our grandchildren. They were very neat in their work and always cleaned up their work area as well.
