"Worked with Lisa and Jay from Improvement, LLC, scope of work was to paint exterior of our home and entire block wall inside and out on perimeter of property line. Jay went above and beyond to explain and show concerned areas that needed more prep work such as stucco repairs. He gave his professional opinion and we agreed to get the job done the correct way and not take the short cut. Their team was able to complete the job in a timely manner and communicated with us every step of the way! The final results were immaculate, and we received tons of compliments from neighbors and people passing through our neighborhood. "Francis said it would take 3 days to complete, but it took 8 days. It was wood look tile, and I said I wanted it totally random pattern, but the tiles weren't totally random. �His sub-contractor (Jesus also said call him Jesse) made a mess between the neighbors and my house cleaning tools and buckets. I said I wanted transitions to other rooms like the one already done, but not like them. Took a while to get Francis to come over to look at mistake, then he wanted me to call Jesse, so I did. Jesse� kept saying he will come next Wednesday, but lied over and over. Finally about 2 1/2 months later I got them both to come together. We all made an agreement to sort of fix it, but 2 more weeks of lies from Jesse then no contact. I haven't heard from either one of them for over a month now, so I'm done with them. After years of wanting to get this done, I?m disappointed I spent over $3,000 and it?s not like I wanted. I guess my only choice to get it done correctly is to sue them."
