He didn't show up for our initial appointment. I called to check if he'd forgotten, and he offered to stop whatever he was working on and drive my way, but he was 30 minutes away, and I was taking time off from work to meet him. No apology offered and said he thought he'd maybe left his schedule on his desk the day prior.

The work was really good. I have some issues with the worker. It was not the owner; The owner was good. When everything was done, it was all good

Our installer was a polite skilled craftsman. The tile looks great!

Francis said it would take 3 days to complete, but it took 8 days. It was wood look tile, and I said I wanted it totally random pattern, but the tiles weren't totally random. �His sub-contractor (Jesus also said call him Jesse) made a mess between the neighbors and my house cleaning tools and buckets. I said I wanted transitions to other rooms like the one already done, but not like them. Took a while to get Francis to come over to look at mistake, then he wanted me to call Jesse, so I did. Jesse� kept saying he will come next Wednesday, but lied over and over. Finally about 2 1/2 months later I got them both to come together. We all made an agreement to sort of fix it, but 2 more weeks of lies from Jesse then no contact. I haven't heard from either one of them for over a month now, so I'm done with them. After years of wanting to get this done, I?m disappointed I spent over $3,000 and it?s not like I wanted. I guess my only choice to get it done correctly is to sue them.
