Description of Work: I had a garbage disposal and a water filter which needed to be installed under the kitchen sink. He did both for me. He was pleasant and professional and took the time to explain how the filter worked. I will definitely call Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing and Repair again when I need work done.

+ -1 moreit was great i call at 4 in the afternoon and he was there within 30 mintues it was an emgerency outside faucet repair where we had to shut off the water and he had to replace the pipe even with having to leave to get a part and working in the dark it was all done in a little over an hour.

+ -1 moreMet quickly to review what needed to be done and provided an estimate which proved to be reasonable and expected. When the mobile home was moved to a new location, he responded quickly to activate the job by purchasing the needed materials. Was on the job as early as my movers were in a position to have this work done and it was done within two days. Due to not having running water or electricity to the home, he had to come back another day to verify the work and obtain my approval. I found him courteous and responsive to the erratic timing of my move since I couldn't get access until the mobile home had passed city inspection which left me with only a few days to get the plumbing done, get my carpets cleaned and move in. I really appreciated his work and his responsiveness to my needs.
Description of Work: Replaced defective polubutyane piping in three bedroom two bath mobile home. Removed garden tub and replaced with tub/shower combination. Replaced defective faucet and toilet insides.
