Awesome. This business replaced a water heater for me when I had a mobile home. Now that I'm in a regular house, I thought that I 'd have to find somebody else -- but I called and discovered that Courtesy Plumbing also does regular, home water heaters.

Jerry was prompt on setting up the estimate and started the job just days later. Jerry did a fantastic job on the re-piping. I had experienced very low water pressure and that has improved a lot with the new re-piping. Also had Jerry take out an old harvest gold tub and he installed a new shower in its place. All of the work was done very professionally and he did a fabulous job. My work was all done back in January and sorry it took so long to add this review. Would absolutely recommend Jerry to anyone needing work done. The charges were very fair. $2200 for the re-piping and $1600 for the new shower.

We had water coming up from the ground in front of the house, and I was sure it was the main water line and we were looking at a significant cost for repair. Jerry came out and dug the entire area out, identified the problem as an underground shutoff valve to a old sprinkler system we never even knew we had, took the old valve system out, capped the line, and everything was fixed. And for that 90 minutes he was doing all of that, he only charged us $130! We have used Courtesy Pluming for not only all of our primary home repairs, but we also have 4 rental homes they service as well. They are THE BEST!!! and we would never even consider letting another company take care of any of our plumbing issues for any of our properties.

We wanted to make sure we would not have a problem with pipes bursting and the water heater leaking in the winter when we are not here. He did a great job on the pipe replacement and toilet installation, but I told him that I would be replacing an instant hot water heater on the sink which was not working, so not to remove it. My husband said we didn't need it but I told him it could be replaced through our homeowner's warranty and did not want it removed. I left for a while during the time he was doing the work, and when I returned, found the instant hot water heater out in my driveway, with the line cut off it! I asked him why he had taken it out when I told him not to and he said it was because my husband said to. I told him I was not happy about it and said it would cost me $250 to replace it, since the homeowners warranty would no longer cover it. I told him that I felt that he should adjust his charges, but he refused. He was supposed to come back to install the other toilet, and when we didn't hear from him, I called him to find out when he would be able to do it. Apparently, he had not factored that cost into his estimate, (we had already paid him for everything else), and I asked him if he would make an adjustment for his removing the hot water dispenser that I asked him not to do for the toilet installation, which he said required replacing the flooring underneath it and that he wanted $400 to do it. He became angry at my request and told me that I would need to find someone else to do it, as he was done with me! My husband told me that noticed he was very chauvinistic when he spoke with me during the entire process. I totally agree and did not like his unprofessional attitude that he directed to me. We had to meet him here when he was doing the work as we were staying at a hotel. We arrived when he said he would arrive, (7 AM) and waited an hour each time for him to get here, with no heat in the house and no furniture to sit on, Each time he had some lame excuse, and he never called to say he would be late. With the exception of these issues, the work he did was very good. We had the toilet installed for less than $100 by another person who said the floor under it was fine. (We have had no problems after spending 6 months here.)
Description of Work: Completely re-piped our manufactured (summer) home. Replaced water heater, installed one toilet, installed kitchen faucet and water filter under kitchen sink. Ran line to refrigerator area for water.

Not knowing why this review is 1 year later after work was performed, but will address customers concerns. many trips were made to bid and actually do the work that was bid. The toilets were an addition to the repipe bid, and were to be installed while doing the repipe for a minimum charge. The one bathroom floor under toilet needed to be replaced due to water damage. I believe the hot water faucet added to the fall-out of the whole job. I went with what her Husband requested. I went above and beyond as I do with all my customers. I am usually at the job when I say I will be. As you will read I have an A+ rating

Jerry Frederick was able to come on a short notice. A shower manifold and shower head were replaced along with the various parts that were needed. While that was all I had called him for, I also had a new kitchen faucet I had planned on installing and he also did that while he was here. While my plumbing was not the same size as was called for in the new touch free faucet, he carries all the parts necessary and cleaned up different valves and fittings under the sink while doing the installation. Jerry really knows about manufactured home plumbing. I would recommend him and consider him my new plumber.

Since my house was under contract and this was a condition of the sale, it was imperative that the work be done well, would meet inspection standards, and in a timely manner. Gerry came right away to give me an estimate, and as soon as approved scheduled the work the same week. He cleaned up, installed an inside shutoff valve below the water heater, replaced drywall cutouts with access panels, and generally went beyond "good enough" to especially "well done". I would highly recommend Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing services to anyone in need of these services.

oy disabled sister who lives in a mobile home had water gushing from underneath the home. Luckily she found a neighbor to turn off water, as she cannot walk without a walker, very limited mobility. Checked Angieslist to find a plumber and she called to get an estimate. Jerry the plumber came and replaced a galvanized pipe but said all piping needs to be replaced. He said that other leaks could pop up. This was on May 1st, 2015 Within a few days the had the same problem, water leaking from under house. Called plumber to check ou if it was same pipe or different one, left several messages, NO RESPONSE.She said she periodically called and left messages, but got no response. Finally made contact and he said he would be out on Thursday or Friday (May 21-22) but never showed, never called and does not return calls. It is now May 28th and my disabled sister has been without hot water for over three weeks!! Not sure if it the the "fixed" pipe that is leaking or not but I feel like we are out $95 which is minor compared to no hot walter for over 3 weeks.

This response is with out much truth. Inflammatory& Embellished !! I repaired a leak That was repaired by and ex husband, which DID NOT Hold. It was a pvc repair fitting for 3/4 inch Galvanized Pipe...A Temporary Fix for galvanized. Did inform Homeowner of potential future leaks, as the Galvanized Pipe had seen its Day for usefulness. Other leaks were sure to come. Received a call on the 20th I Believe, informing me of another pipe burst, could I come? I Explained that I was booked up for the next few days with repipes and would NOT be able to help out this time. She said " There is a handy man in the park, I will call him to see if it was the same pipe or another leak." I am in Prescott she is in Peoria. I never received another call back. Then I get this review from the sister. With the circumstances presented, it had to be taken out on someone. This whole problem would go away if the sister would repipe her rental and not just try to repair, repair, repair. It is sad it has come to this. I feel for the renters situation, many in this situation are in a tight fix. It is a big expense to repipe a home. But unfortunately it is the only solution.

I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday and Jerry had the kitchen sink installed before 3:30!!! I awoke that morning to water flowing UNDER the kitchen sink instead of INTO it! We contacted Courtesy Plumbing to make sure they would make a "house call" on a Saturday. Being assured they would, my husband and I ran out and quickly bought a faucet to install, and called Jerry as we were returning from the building supply store. He arrived at our house just a few minutes after we did and got right to work. He accomplished his task quickly and professionally, and he even took a few extra minutes to explain to me the ins and outs of what he had done! I was very pleasantly surprised when the price was half what I thought it might be - especially since it was a weekend! I have his card displayed on my refrigerator - he'll be the first person I call for future plumbing repairs!

Business owner answers his own calls and gave a quote immediately! Did not have to go through automated system or have a secretary take a message. Price was very competitive (lower than bid I got from Costco) and he was able to do it ASAP. Gerry, the owner, came promptly and was very fast and tidy. Only small drawback was he got another call and left quickly, w/o replacing the cover panel on the outside of the home. I called him when I discovered it, and he came back within the hour and took care of it. I would highly recommend him and we will use him again if the need arises.

The first call to Jerry was for an estimate. I had multiple companies to call on, but didn't even want to after talking with him. His estimate was exactly where I hoped it would be. He was knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and didn't come off like a salesman trying to pad the bill. He was able to complete the job in one day, and did it on my schedule. He showed up when he said he would and worked non stop until it was done. It was just him, and he came in ready to work. He did the additional items that I requested which included adding new shower valves to our bathroom that we are in the process of remodeling. He moved the drain for the shower. He also did a few of the little things- just to make life easier- for him or for us, I'm not sure, but it doesn't really matter. He, of course, asked first if I minded. For example, my dishwasher line came in from under the house. When he changed out the line, he ran it through a cupboard to the sink and gave it its own shut off. The bathroom sink valves were behind the drawers. He moved them so they were under the sink behind the cupboard. They were just little things, but they made sense. I have PB pipe, and I am so excited that I no longer have to listen for leaks. No more crawling under the house. Shark Bites profits will be going down for sure, because of my new plumbing. I trusted Jerry from the start and am incredibly happy with the work that he did.

We have an older mobile home that is being put back in service after being winterized in December of 2013. This is our first mobile home, and we have begun the learning process of mobile home ownership, having owned a block home in the Phoenix area since 1998. Jerry repaired 3 leaks under our mobile home, and in the bathroom replaced the flex line and shut off to the toilet, and the fill valve. Two of the leaks were replaced on his first visit. The 3rd leak (a new one) was revealed after he had gone -- likely my fault for not having the water turned on all the way. I called Jerry about the 3rd leak; he came back within the hour, fixed the new leak, and wouldn't accept payment for it, letting his original cost for the original repairs stand. Jerry showed us pictures of the leaks before and after the repairs, and gave us the parts he had replaced. Per our request we will be receiving an estimate on having the mobile repiped and all plumbing upgraded. We had factored in repiping when we purchased the mobile, and feel very fortunate to have met Jerry.

His response was very quick, just minutes after I called him. He completed the job very quickly and inspected other pipes and installed a shutoff valve on the hot water heater inlet line that was needed. Showed me the broken parts that were replaced. Informed me that the hot water heater pressure relief valve has a weak spring and will need to be replaced soon. Told me that I could pick one up at a hardware store and do it myself and save some money. He was very helpful and professional in his service. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I had just purchased my mobile home the last week of December and remodeled the entire inside. I had the original plumbing, that grey stuff, and as I began to install new fixtures on the inside, joints began to break. I made the repairs my self however in February, I received a call from my neighbor that water was flooding out from under my house and that he had shut off the main water line. In a panic, I called three plumbing companies explaining the situation and that because of my earlier experience with the plumbing, I not only wanted the new leak fixed but that I wanted to re-plumb my entire home. The first company went by while I was at work and said to fix the existing leak it would cost $250.00 and to re-plumb the house would be an additional $1,500.00. He left his quote on the back of his business card. The second company to show up was Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing. WOW, was I impressed. Not only did he identify my leak but HE FIXED IT! He called me at my office and said he'd wait for me to get home to discuss exactly what I wanted. This impressed me! After walking the job, Jerry wrote me a proposal identifying exactly what he was going to do including an itemized parts list. Again better than on the back of a business card. His proposal was $1,200.00 with the proposition that he would meet or beat any other proposal. The third companies proposal came at $3,500.00. I chose Jerry with Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing. Now the best part. He started work the next day and was finished the same day all while I was at work. Yes he had access to the inside of my home which I felt comfortable allowing him. Not only did he do the contracted work but he did additional work I asked of him for just a few dollars more. My little dog was caged while Jerry was working and I told him I didn't want to burden him with the responsibility of watching him if he was out. Well Jerry was kind enough to let Thor out while he was working inside which I was grateful for. Jerry's work was professional, clean, on time and on budjet. I have asked Jerry to do additional work for me sense, and will use him again and again. I recommend Jerry to anyone needing a plumber for any reason. Not only was his price fair but his work was excellent and on schedule. And yes, he is also a very kind man. Not a man of many words but a man who gets the job done. USE COURTESY MANUFACTURED HOME PLUMBING for all your plumbing needs. Sincerly, Robert Moore

We have experienced several leaks in our plumbing under our home due to having Polybutylene pipe. We called him for an estimate and within a few days he came and gave us an estimate and told us he could do it in one day. We had received an estimate from the plumbing company who had been coming and repairing the different leaks, they estimated between $4,000.00- $5,000.00 and would take 2-3 days to do the job. We called Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing back and he set us an appointment within just a couple of days. He arrived at the time he gave us and finished the job in one day!!!! He is very polite and professional. We would and have recommended him to everyone who has a manufactured home with this defective piping under their home!!!!!
Description of Work: He completely re-piped our manufacture home.
