I am very pleased with the work done by Courtesy Plumbing. Mr. Frederick arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done. His appearance was clean, he didn't smoke, curse or listen to loud music while he worked . He was pleasant and friendly to talk with, the name of his company says it all. The job was huge and working under this unit is terrible, the ground is very hard, rocky and difficult to maneuver. He also replaced my 20 gal hot water heater with a new 40 gal one. I hadn't thought that was possible without extensive electric work. He explained how it could be done in terms I could understand. I am so happy with my new 40 gal hot water heater! I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it is to not worry about those constant leaks! I so wish we had done this years ago! The job was done by 3:00pm the cost was reasonable and appropriate. I would not hesitate to use Courtesy Plumbing again for any plumbing work.

I reside in California and Jerry made the transaction smooth by trusting me enough to install the water heater a week before receiving payment for the service. Jerry did not know me at all. This was my first contact with him but he did what he said he would do, on time and in a professional manner. I wish it didn't cost as much but I found out that these water heaters have gone way up in price since the last time I had one replaced. I would use Jerry at Courtesy M H Plumbing again. He made things easy.

Professional. Jerry Frederick does what he says he will do, and does it the way it should be done. He does not do what is not necessary. Cost is between company and me not public.

The owner of the comany Jerry Frederick did all the work himself. Very professional man. He was right on time...explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt I was in good hands. Furnished and installed water heater, replacing piping and valves. Cleaned every thing after completing the work and hauled off the old heater and old parts. Very satisfied with his work and would certainly call him again.

Went very well and was completed as agreed with everything cleaned up and hauled off at completion of job. Was very knowledgeable .. answered all questions and explained work before starting. Could not find any fault with any of the work done.. would not hesitate to call him again.

The job went flawlessly. Initial contact was made via phone, explained I needed new plumbing to get better rates on my home owners insurance. This company specializes in removing polybutylene plumbing and replacing with new Pex plumbing. He asked a few questions about the house, gave me a on-off-the-cuff estimate and I liked the numbers. I asked how quick he could get to it and he said the very next Wednesday (I called on a Friday afternoon). On Monday, Labor Day, he called and asked if he could stop by to introduce himself and get a better look at the house. He stopped over in the time frame he quoted. He was neat and clean and professional in appearance and demeanor. He said the quote of $2,800 was appropriate and that he would start Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM. He arrived at 7:30 AM, worked all the way through the day with only about a 10 minute lunch break and finished at 4:30 PM. After completing the job, he checked for leaks, then cleaned up any mess and that was it. All in all, he did very good work, all installations were clean and neat, fittings and valves appropriately placed, no leaks at all. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

He was able to come over the next day after we called and completed the repair in about 45 minutes.

Jerry came to the job with everything he needed to complete it. He did not leave or take a break for the approximately 5 hours it took. Very professional and cleaned up all the old pipes etc. he removed. I certainly recommend his work. I read the review of someone unhappy he wanted them to call back and leave a message. I was in business for 38 years and if I was very busy I would also ask someone to call back and leave their name, number and details so I would have the information....and not rely on my memory. I had no problem doing this with Jerry and he got back to me in a very timely manner. He is very professional and efficient.

He was prompt, courteous and respectful. It took about 2 hours and he cleaned up after himself and took the debris and old water heater away with him. He also explained what he was doing and why.

Our water heater was making some noises and we noticed minor leaks. We purchased what we thought was a suitable replacement but needed it installed. We checked AngiesList.com for a suitable company and found Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing & Repair. We called and left a message and received a prompt return call. Jerry suggested a different water heater, which he picked up and brought with that afternoon. (The difference in water heaters gave us a savings of nearly the entire installation fee!) Jerry paid attention to detail in the work he performed and advised of other issues he noticed. We will be calling him to arrange that service with him in the near future. He is conscientious, clean and knowledgeable.

The work went with little interruption to our use of the house and little evidence of such extensive repair. We would not hesitate to recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Jerry Frederick for any kind of professional plumbing.

I was not given the opportunity to possibly do business with Mr Frederick. I hate to shed a poor rating on his glory! Trust me I would have loved to give him a great rating!! But Im not so happy. He has yet to return my 2nd Call where he asked that I call back and leave a message with what I needed done!! What?! This was a first for me!!! I wanted to possibly hire him and he put ME to WORK right off the bat!!! I called him and he was on the other line. He was on his cell and he had said that he had my number. Customer service would have said "I appreciate your call and opportunity to earn your business and Ill call you right back okay?! Ill help out with the business overload. Ill move on down the list of service providers.

Wednesday night, water heater leaking then came apart with water everywhere. Thursday morning, called Jerry at Manufactured Home Plumbing and he came out within an hour and a half, saw the problem and replaced water heater with a new one. Jerry was prompt, courteous and charges were reasonable. Would recommend to any mobile home owner and would also call him ourselves for any future plumbing issues.

The work was done as scheduled with the removal of all old piping and installation of the new CVPC piping. Premises were left in excellent condition with no traces of this major plumbing project.

I just bought a home and when I got into it and had the gas turned on, I found the water heater needed to be replaced. I got several estimates. Two estimates were for over $2000, one estimate was for over $1000 and Courtesy's estimate was for $750. He said the labor would be $200 and the water heater would be $550 with tax. I asked him if this was one designated for a mobile home and why his bid was so much less. He told me he purchased the water heater at Home Depot and passed the savings onto his customers. I scheduled an appointment with him. He showed up promptly for his appointment and came with all the necessary materials and equipment. He was professional, showed me a couple of defective parts and I asked him to replace them. He was done quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. I am very happy with his work and would use this service again and would recommend him to others. In fact, I asked him for some cards so I could give them to others knowing he is honest, reliable and efficient.

Jerry from Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing replaced defective pipe in my home. Mobile homes had defective pipe installed from 1976 to 1996. Some people were able to join in a class action lawsuit to get their pipes replaced. That ended in 2005, so I was unable to participate and had to have the pipe replaced myself. I had some previous work done by Courtesy and was impressed with the company. So I had them remove all the defective pipe and replace it with new pipe in my 28 X 60 mobile home. He individually wrapped each pipe so it will not freeze. This job cost $2525.00. I asked him to replace a couple of faucets providing access panels and service my 2 toilets which needed valves and other things. For this extra work, I paid $327.00. He also did some repairs, replaced faucets, and gave me some parts for free. Again, I was very impressed with the service from this company. Jerry was punctual, came at his scheduled appointment and cleaned up afterwards. He even asked to use the vacuum to clean up. I would definitely recommend his plumbing and his service to re-pipe mobile homes to others.

He came when he said he would. Had all the supplies he would need. Did things in a timely and orderly manner. Cut a new door for the hot water heater, turned the hot water heater. Closed off the old entry for the hot water heater. Framed and trimmed the new doorway. Used all new connections for the hot water heater. Cleaned up when done.

We are not in the area and worked with the company from a distance. Since the work being done was on a senior persons home we wanted to make sure all went seamlessly and with no disruption to the occupant. At all times they were professional, punctual, their bid was much more reasonable than others and they took the time to explain in detail what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and why. The job was finished on time and the work site left clean. We would recomment them to others in the area who are looking to replace plumbing.

Total explanation of any questions I had. Jerry was very carefull, conscientious, respectful, and extremely affordable. I will never use any other plumbing business for any type of plumbing needs I will have in the future, ever. :)

I needed broken pipes repaired so my property would close, he not only repaired the damage but he replaced all the PVC pipes with expandable ones to insure that they wouldn't freeze and break again.

We had just finished an insurance claim on our home which damaged flooring and walls in our home. 2 days later another leak in the pipe caused another leak and damaged to new remodel. Jerry From Coutesy came and gave us a detailed esimate for a repipe to our home to remove defective polybutylene pipe, and install new PEX pipe thru-out. Jerry came as schedued as we had many other contrators here, performed the repipe in one day and we were back with water. Jerry did great quality work with minimal mess. I would work with Courtesy again and tell my friends also.
