The service has been great. They have always been there when they said they would and they did a great job.

We have a termite pest control plan agreement and we renew with them every year. They have been right on with the service and they will come out and retreat anytime that the service is needed. They did come out one time as I saw something that needed treated. They have honored their agreement for about seven years. They are professional and the service is very good. They will call and remind of the appointment. I went with them initially as their name has been around for a long time and they seem like a very reputable company. If I were to sell my home whoever would buy the home would be included for the service. They may not be the least expensive but the service is well worth it. They come in a uniform and their vehicle that shows what company they work for. The guys who have come to my home have always been knowledgeable.

We have a schedule with them and they always call before coming to our home. They do a great job. The professionalism and quality are very good. They are very friendly and courteous when they are at my home. We have used them for over 10 years.

When they come out they want to sign you up for a 4 times a year plan and I only wanted a onetime treatment. They had the guy show up 3 months later for the follow up treatment. I called them because I wanted them to do a follow up treatment. They had down the pest control service, but I called them for fleas and ticks. They were a little confused. They had a sales person for each region. He was sick and we have a new born so I didn’t want him to come out. I asked to have someone else to come out. The initial service was great, but it did kind of fall apart after that. They never did someone out for the fleas and ticks.

Their service has been good. It is very satisfactory.

I had them come out because of a cricket problem I was having in my house. They said they would come out and do a preliminary viewing which they did. They then had me sign a 1 year service contract for a little under $200 and were to come out 4 times during the year period. They came and did the first visit which was useless and a guaranteed free follow up if I was not satisfied. Not only ( I later found out) was the person they sent completely ignorant on several important facts regarding the work to be done eradicating the crickets, his second visit was also useless. On my own I found a large nest and killed a bunch of the vermin. The company that I later hired, also spotted two nests in my walls and they came flying out in droves when they sprayed those places. The thing that most upset me was that they guaranteed that if I was not satisfied they would come out again for free. This is in writing in the contract. Well shortly after the follow-up I got a bill for 85.00 for that visit and the next month I was receiving letters from a collection agency! I explained both to the agency and the corporate regional manager who contacted me everything and he seemed not to understand. He asked me what he could do to make me content with the situation. I already told him I shouldn't be charged for what was promised to be a free follow up, let alone reported to a collection agency. I can't understand what part of that he did not understand. This was a complete and total disconnect to the point of being ridiculous. That word means worthy of being ridiculed and they should be. I now refer to them as Truly Stolen.

Overall, the service is excellent. We are especially pleased to have someone on call in between visits. They also come out quarterly and spray for all types of bugs. They will even come out in between times if needed. They are a great company.

I received an app.t for an estimate. That went well. I was charged a large one time fee because I didn't wish to sign a contract after another fiasco with another Chandler company. The service man came out, did the work, and gave me his cell number as well as the cell number of the sales rep/team lead that gave me the initial estimate. Both reps from that company assured me if I had any further problems, either one of them should be called to resolve the issue. The problem: no one from that company ever returned any phone calls or answered any messages left for them. I called the team lead, the service guy, the office, and left messages at all locations. On the 4th attempt I finally decided to tell them where they could take their business, only then did someone from the company offer to call me back. After more than 2 weeks of waiting for a return phone call. Funny how it works. Anyway, Truly Nolen, NO THANKS!

HORRIBLE! I called the Casa Grande office Tuesday and they told me I could have an appointment the next day between 8 and 9 am. No one ever showed up. Also, they were supposed to email me a copy of the contract I would have been signing for quarterly service, but I did not receive it. I called this morning to see where the guy was and they told me that my service was actually going to come out of Chandler instead and that they had been told that someone had called me and rescheduled for Saturday...hmmm...funny...they never told me that. Finally a service guy called me back with some lame apology about how they screwed up his paperwork and that he can only come out to my house on Saturday. I told him "No thanks, you've convinced me to go with a different company". They are also not cheap. I guess they have to pay for those funny little cars somehow. There are a lot of exterminators out there...I will find someone who really wants my business!

Technician is very pleasant and reliable. Always calls a day ahead of the monthly appointment to confirm the time he plans to arrive. He requests that we call between appointments if pests appear. No charge for interim visits.

OVERALL, THE BEST COST I COULD FIND IN THE AREA AND VERY SUCESSFUL IN DEALING WITH PESTS.

TRULY NOLEN HAS A HIGH TURN OVER OF PEST CONTROL OPERATORS. EVERY 3 MONTHS THEY WOULD SEND A NEW GUY OUT. I DID NOT LIKE THE CONSTANT CHANGE OF WORKERS.

TRULY NOLEN IS ONE OF ONLY A FEW PEST CONTROL SERVICES THAT HAVE HONORED OUR REQUEST TO HAVE ONLY LIGHT APPLICATION OF CHEMICALS (WE HAVE A SON WITH ALLERGIES). THE TECHNICIANS ARE NICE, HELPFUL, AND COURTEOUS. WE HAVE HAD VERY FEW INCIDENTS WHERE WE'VE NEEDED THEM TO COME BACK BETWEEN MONTHLY VISITS. HOWEVER, THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO RETURN SOON AND COMPLETELY FIX THE PROBLEM.

HOUSE SEALING IS EXPENSIVE, BUT WE LIVE NEAR A FREEWAY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND WERE WORRIED ABOUT THE BUGS THAT THIS MIGHT CREATE. OVERALL IT IS PRETTY EFFECTIVE, ALTHOUGH WE STILL HAVE CRICKETS THAT GET IN THE HOUSE.
