They have always been very thorough. The usually just do the front and back yard and well as around the foundation of the house, but if we every see any critters in the house they will take care of the inside as well (all for the same charge).

Truly Nolen has been our company we call to rid pests! Everyone is professional and the problem of termites, pigeons and roof rats has “been taken care” of for the past 3 decades. We highly recommend Truly Nolen for your permanent pest removal! (They do come and check annually for termites, roof rats, and pigeons.) No longer an issue!

I have been using them for years. They always do a great job.

Service was scheduled for 2:00, and they had instructions not to come if I was not home. They called at noon and wanted to do the service. No answer because I was not home. They came anyway. They rang the doorbell, but no answer because I was not home. They started anyway. They found an unlocked gate and went in my back yard, spraying potentially dangerous chemicals around the house and yard. Before it was dry, they left. My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticide and walk in it. Not only did they put my pets at risk, they trespassed in my back yard and completely disregarded our privacy. This is a low quality company.

The tech came over, analyzed it, and discussed our options. He came back a couple of days later to seal any place the rats could come in, and set traps. The tech indicated that either the rat(s) are sealed in and will be caught in the traps or sealed out. They checked periodically over the following 3 weeks, and it appeared the rats were sealed out, as none of the traps or bait was touched. Next step it to sanitize and insulate.
