Great experience. I setup the appointment on-line, which was confirmed with an email and then a reminder telephone call the day before. The office called before the arrival and told me the technicians were on their way. The technicians arrived promptly, introduced themselves and began work. They were done within an hour. The office called after their departure and asked if the work was complete.

Our dog had tracked mud all over the house one Saturday morning. I went on line to the Stanley Steamer website and was surprised to find I could schedule a cleaning for later that afternoon and also received a discount for scheduling on line. We received a phone call to confirm our order and the cleaners came as scheduled. They were professional and efficient. We explained that we were planning to use them again around the holidays and he recommended the year guarantee that allowed up to 3 more cleanings in the year for one price. We took the offer figuring even if we only used it 2 more times it would pay for itself. We then received two calls from a Stanley Steamer representative after the service was done to check on our satisfaction with the service.

They were easy to deal with, efficient and did a great job.

I booked on line and they came the next day love that They were totally professional 2 person crew. Arrived on time. Finished before I expected. They moved all the furniture. It looks amazing.The price was great for the square feet I would absolutely use them again.

Everything went great and the carpets look good, no stains anymore. They were on time, I was able to schedule on line, and they provided excellent appointment reminders and follow-up.

I used their website to get a quote. The website was fantastic, easy to add rooms, furniture, etc. Once I got a quote, I scheduled right on the website for that Saturday (2 days away). They sent a confirmation email. They arrived on time and walked through the house with me. I had decided to add 2 rooms and even had checked the website for what that would cost. I was interested to see if the technicians gave me the same price and they did. They did not try to sell me any extras, the cost was exactly what the website had quoted. The carpet was relatively new, but there were a few tough spots, which they got out. The 2 men were courteous, polite, and worked diligently. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again. It was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Forgot all those coupon promises with others, my experience is they don't deliver the bargains. Stanley did.

After cleaning, thin plastic pads are placed under furniture legs to prevent spotting on the still wet carpet. Our crew neglected to protect two wood chair legs resulting in a severe carpet stain. A specialist from the company was able to remove nearly all of the stains appearance and, due to the obvious negligence by the company's workers, agreed to refund to entire cost of the cleaning job, which we accepted. But the carpet is now permanently damaged.

Scheduled the date and time on line and they arrived as scheduled. Only difference between estimate and cost was additional cost to clean walk-in closet. They did a great job and carpets looked excellent!

I made the appointment on-line, which I thought was a grand convenience. The two men from SS (Stanley Steamer) came neatly dressed in uniforms. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. They came on time, looked over the house, explained what they would do, what they were using, and what we might add to our benefit. We bought protective spray only for our hall entrance to the garage, $10. The carpets look great! I thought we'd have to replace the section of hall in front of the garage, but now we don't need to.

The employees that came and performed the cleaning were very professional and personable. They did an outstanding job of cleaning problem areas and explained exactly what they were doing during the process. They did their sales pitch for other options but they were not overbearing as they did this part of their job. I will definitely use them again. I have used other carpet cleaning companies that use this same process and their results were not as good as Stanley Steemer.

Company arrived on time as they said they would. Which is the exception rather than the rule in Phoenix. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. We are happy with the result and will use them again.

They did a good job. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they said they could be at the house in 1 hour. They arrived right on time and got right to work. I wish I would have had more time to prepare, because if I didn't move the furniture, they just cleaned around it. They were willing to move it if you told them, but certain things that I assumed they would know to move, like an office chair on wheels, were just left there and cleaned around.

Wife indicated they did a good job, carpet looks good.

Arrived promptly, with an advance call from the company. Removed tar residual on white carpet, courteous service people. Discussed a 6 month maintenance schedule which I will look into once I'm re-settled in the home. Was a positive experience and I'll use them again!

My overall experience with Columbia and Armando from Stanley Steemer was excellent. The company was able to send them out for next day service. They arrived at my house on time and were very professional. The cleaning equipment they used was awesome. It uses extremely hot steam to penetrate deep into the carpeting and lifts dirt that appears to be stuck in the carpet. I have never had my carpets this clean. In fact, before they came out the carpets were in such bad shape I thought I would need to get new carpeting soon, after there visit though the carpet looks close to new. I used an independent company last time and the carpet didn't come out even close to clean. I will never use anyone but Stanley Steemer again. The guys wiped down the tile where water dripped over, used a front door protector, and took care while cleaning. They did a tile cleaning demonstration that was awesome as well. I will be having them back out to do the tile. The price was a steal for the quality!

James Rogers was the lead technician on the first visit to our home. After the fourth service with this vendor, we decided to purchase a package that covers 4 cleanings yearly. My spouse wrote the technician a check that was more than quoted. Leslie was very accommodating to resolve the mistake on the phone. They are always prompt and very professional.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Stanley Steemer. I had used Chem Dry and was only moderately pleased in the past with them. Stanley Steemer got the carpet much cleaner and the carpet was softer once it dried, Chem Dry leaves the carpet a little stiff and "crunchy". My only issue was that they did not use the booties and tracked in some dirt on my hardwood floors, I understood that the booties were standard from other reviews I had read. Also the pitch to get you to buy add ons can gets a little annoying. They try to sell you deodorizers, carpet protector, bundled services of multiple future cleanings. It is a little exhausting.

They called ahead to say they were on their way. Corey and Randy were on time, very professional and did an excellent job. I was amazed the carpets really looked fantastic when they were finished! The company followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

They cleaned the carpets and that was fine. BUT the protecting DID NOT WORK and I paid $70 for that. They came back out and re-cleaned the carpets and sprayed more protecting and I STILL have problems and I live alone and take my shoes off.

It was an excellent experience. They showed up on time, were efficient, pleasant, and thorough. We had cleared all furniture off the carpets ahead of time. This allowed the team to concentrate more on cleaning. After a full discussion, I purchased the annual plan. Given how dirty our carpets were in only 9 months since the last cleaning, I decided it was a worthwhile expenditure. The cost per cleaning is much lower if you buy their annual plan. We have good quality wool carpets, and I felt it was more cost effective to have them cleaned regularly. We have 3 teenagers and 2 dogs, so the carpets will continue to get dirty frequently. They were clearly trying to sell the annual plan, but they were not overly pushy.
