They did a good job, they were organized and kept all of the staff and things. They also cleanup after themselves.

It was kind of expensive because of the tile; we have a big house. Because of the til they did every bit of the tile to clean the tile. They did the grout and a stain over with paint. It looks like they just laid tiled.

They move the furniture we want them to move. The 2 cleaners do a good job and it takes only 2 1/2 hours to clean the rooms needed.

I didn’t really know too much, I only knew them when I first got here, so that’s who I used. I probably won’t use them again, I was a little disappointed in what they did. They were responsive. I just thought my furniture should have come up a little bit cleaned than it did. I don’t know if it is just my furniture or not. They may have done the best job that they could. So, I was just a little disappointed on how it turned out. They just did my furniture.

I have been a customer of Stanley Steemer for over 20 years for different properties. For our new residence I contacted them for carpet cleaning, the crew proposed tile cleaning and grout sealing we have had this service down at a previous residence and we very happy with the results. We proceeded with the work to clean the tile and seal the grout, this was a very large job as the main living area is only tile. The following day the movers delivered our household items, now that the boxes are unpacked, I am very disappointed to see how poorly the grout seal was done. There is excess sealer on many of our tiles, which is somewhat a challenge to remove. I feel that for the cost of this service and now I am continually cleaning up grout seal this this was done poorly.

We used them the first week we moved here and had always used them before we moved. I think we got king of scr*wed on that because they said after they cleaned the wood floors that they needed to put this product over it to protect them and I think it is worse. I think our bill was a lot; it was ridiculous. We won't call them again. They also wanted to clean our tile and we said no. Then it got crazy. They got here quick.

While their prices are higher, when they clean the carpeting it looks like new. They're very good and they're very responsive with scheduling.

They said our grout needed to be cleaned even though it didn't look that bad. They up-sold us for a grout cleaning which made our total bill around $700. After they said they cleaned the grout it didn't look any better. I called twice to complain and they said he would call me back and they never did.

Wonderful. We're hooked on Stanley Steemer! We will never use another carpet cleaning company. They communicated what they were going to do and we very quick, thorough, and professional. They did sell us additional services, like a one-year plan where we prepay for additional cleanings, but it was low pressure and they were services we wanted. We can't say enough about how positive this experience was and how great Kyle and Christopher did.

They called before coming and showed up on time. They did upsale us for the more expensive and time consuming color seal. They said it would take about 4 hours, so we left and ran some errands and it was done 4 hous later when we came back. Floor looks great but a little more then I wanted to spend.

They have their package deal that I like mostly. I have been working with them for seventeen years. Only one time I had to call them back because they did clean a part in a room. Some people say that they are a little bit pricy, but I like them for the quality of work they provide. Overall, they have an A grade.

They were prompt, courteous, fast, and professional. The carpet looked better than it had for years. All charges were clearly explained on their website before the service was performed.

First of all we were able to make an appointment - not a 4 hour window which was a pleasure. The two men arrived on time. They were very professional and did the work in a good time. Our carpet is almost white in these areas and it looked like new afterwards. I would definitely use this company again. I thought the value was very good for the quality of work. Ask for Shawn and Kevin - they are the A Team !

I was leery about using them again in this area, because the reviews were bad, I tried to call a different number but they transferred me back to the office that I didn't really want to use, because of my address. They informed me that they would send the best workers to me. I am disgusted with them. I have used Stanley Steemer for years, but this time the carpet was not done properly. I went through and showed them the highest traffic areas which needed the most attention. I had the scotch gaurding protection put on the carpet, and I do this everytime, this time I do not believe they put the protection down, because the traffic areas are coming back way too soon.

This was supposed to be a job that would last 1 hour (I know is approximate time, but still..). They came in, went upstairs to start the cleaning and 15 minutes later they were done. It was a very average job, they definitely didn't try hard to make those carpets clean. That was the easiest way to earn $191.

It was ok... They do not vacuum first which is silly as the dry dirt is sitting there. Then they spray cleaning agent which wets the dry dirt and then they do the wand steam. they do move furniture and do place blocks or plastic under furniture to protect it from wet carpet while it dries. I prefer a cleaning system with more passes over the carpet, especially they do not vacuum first.

The first time I had Stanley they did a great job, this time not at all they just said the carpet was worn but if I can get a spot out I would think they could too.

I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services but it was very reasonable. They came here quickly and they did a good job, and then they went away. I’m probably going to have them back. I would recommend them to the other members. I will use them again in the future.

I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. They do a great job, and always leave my carpets very clean. They are very professional, and explain what they are doing.

They were very good. They were on time and punctual. They did the job for the price they said they would do and they did a good job.

I thought they were fine, and their work was okay; it was neither good nor bad. I have used them before too. I recently tried somebody else who was a little bit better overall and used a different system which keeps the carpet a little bit drier, but I guess it is all the same. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Carpet was cleaned, deodorized and scott guarded. Carpet is 3 years old and after the cleaning did not feel clean.
