I would not call him for anything anymore. Their estimate was around $400 to $500. I did not feel comfortable with them. They could have improved on making me feel more comfortable by explaining their services.

Went well start to finish. No issues. Scheduled afternoon prior to next morning appointment.

Project went seamlessly from start to end - worked as a team, one preparing and one cleaning. They scrubbed all the grout lines and I couldn't be more pleased with the quick response, the work done or the finished job. VERY pleased !

The overall experience was good. Their treatment remained damp which caused some deep odors to become more prevalent. There staff did inform me that the pet odors could get stronger until the carpet dried so they where very truthful and helpful. Very quick to get the job done.

Stanley Steemer's punctuality and professionalism was all good.

I scheduled the cleaning online, which was super simple and allowed me to choose my exact date and time and gave me the total price. I got a call 30 minutes before arrival. They were really quick -- and got some ugly stains out of my carpet. Best part -- they didn't try to up-sell me with special coatings, etc. The whole process was painless.

I don't have anything to say about the company, nothing that would make you want to use them. They were thorough, but the couch was just as dirty when they left. I would not hire them in the future.

We've had nothing but good experience with Stanley Steemer. They come on time, come with adequate help so they move the furniture. They leave little drying pads where it's applicable. They do a very good job and we've been happy with them. I would continue to use them in future.

I have used them in the past. I probably will use them again, but only with a different team. They did a good job overall, but then they left some stains on my living room carpets that another team just came back and fixed. They did some other services. They did the stairs which are carpeted, put a deodorizer down, etc. I didn?t feel bad about calling them to come back out. I was really surprised at the price, so I would them give them a ?C? on that.

They were professional while they worked. The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them. They were courteous and kind while they were working.

The representative I spoke to on the phone was charming and helpful, and without seeing the house she quoted me the price I was actually charged! The cleaners came at the date and time they were supposed to and they even called to let us know they were on their way. The two cleaners were very polite and careful with our things, moving our furniture and then placing it back exactly where they found it. They did an amazing job, the carpets look new, and we were very satisfied with the entire experience.

Great. I had to move the appointment 2 times and the operated was always "no problem" even though it was only a few days before. The carpets came very clean, one stain they could not get out but I kinda knew that was gonna happen. I also added the carpet protection treatment which was $100 (so total really was $169). Also, I ordered on-line and received 10% off. :) They service techs were very nice, showed up in middle of the 4 hour window the operator said they would show up. And they put up plastic protectors around all the wall corners to protect them from the hoses. Nice touch I thought!

They were wonderful. The fellows that came in were great. They were careful, friendly, courteous, and gentlemen. I did price comparisons with other companies, and I thought that for the job Stanley Steamer did, they were very reasonable.

The service was great. I am very pleased with them. I liked that they moved some furniture and then put it back. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use their services again.

Job one: I thought they were excellent. They had good products for sale as I bought some that works excellent for little spills before a visit from them. They also have phenomenal customer service skills. They were never rude to me and they always show up on time. Job two: I thought that they did a great job. They were very prompt in coming over. They always call at least a half an hour prior to arriving. They explain information very well and sometimes try to sell something additional. They are very nice and knowledgeable at what they do.

They did an awful job. They arrived three hours late, so it was already dark. They were overtired and they did the job in the dark so, of course they cleaned the carpets poorly because they couldn't see properly. I complained and all they said was sorry. The price was expensive for the service I got.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the cleaning they did. I like them, because they are a national company and have a great reputation. I would rehire them in the future to clean my carpets. I would also recommend them to others.

The carpet was really dirty. I have several dogs that were tracking in dirt. The people came out and did a wonderful job cleaning it. I was very pleased with how it looked afterward. I also thought they were reasonable in price. The workers did show up on time as well.

They did a good job with the actual cleaning but I am not impressed with their sales pitch, They were way too pushy which either were cleaning trying to have me use extra services on my carpets. I would not use them again because of that. I think they need to lay off a little and worry about their work more than the sale.

I was very pleased with the job they did on my carpet. It was perfect and I have no complaint. I was very displeased on the job they did with the tile floor. They were lousy with that.

They were very professional and nice. They did the work in a timely manner and the carpets turned out beautifully. They cleaned up and were easy to get a hold of. I would really recommend them to everyone.

I like the job they do on the carpets. I do feel that if I had the time, I might be able to do a better job myself but overall their work is satisfactory. They do arrive on time and finish the job on schedule.

The Tile Grout was very dirty before they started. The original color was an off-white, but it looked almost brown because of all the use. One simple phone call to Stanley Steamer and they were there the next day! At first I just wanted and estimate but they were willing to do the job immediately. I was very pleased with the price they quoted and they were willing to move the furniture too. I had to contemplate getting the sealer done, but now that a week has gone by I'm so glad I made the decision to 'do it' while the whole house tile surface was all cleared off. I would highly recommend this company! Fantastic low price, work was performed immediately, no pressure to do the sealer but available if I wanted it. I even received a follow-up call later in the week to ensure everything was to my satisfaction... That's great Customer Service!!
