Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in two bedrooms and one couch. They were very nice and helpful. Only slight down side was that the lead guy Victor tried to sell full tile and color sealing, but it wasn't a real hard sell.

Description of Work: Our carpet was very soiled and had not been professionally cleaned for years. Three rooms were cleaned by Stanley Steemer in about 2 hours, and the carpet looked so good that several people who saw the results thought that I had new carpet. The cost was $20 less than the quote given to me at the times that I booked the appointment. The two men who performed the cleaning were professional, thoughtful, and moved all furniture out before and back after the cleaning. I wish I had this done sooner since we are moving, and someone else will enjoy the ''new'' carpet. One more thing, the day I called to set up and appointment, they said they could come out later that day!

I USE TO USE A COMPETITOR, BUT THEY COULDN'T GET A TRAFFIC AREA CLEAN (AFTER 2 VISITS). SOMEONE RECOMMENDED STANLEY STEEMER, AND THEY GOT THE AREA CLEAN THE FIRST TIME! ALSO, MOST CARPET CLEANERS USE CHEMICALS TO CLEAN YOUR CARPET---STEAM IS SUCH A BETTER CHOICE (CHEMICAL FREE), ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN CRAWLING AROUND.
