Re-New did our Laundry room for us and we could not be happierâ ¦. They were always on time a very courteous and well as cleaning up every day after the installers left.

Beautiful quality. Even the insides of the new doors were made to match the outsides! The project was completed on time as promised. Follow-through afterwards on a few minor cosmetic issues was a little difficult scheduling-wise but was eventually done satisfactorily after several calls to the owners. Thank you for a beautiful job!

Re-New just completed our kitchen cabinet upgrade in April and we are very satisfied with the service. Robert was very attentive to our needs and provided great recommendations on how to improve our kitchen functionality and appearance. His recommendations not only made our kitchen look great; we now have a lot more storage space with some to spare. We did not get a chance to meet Arlette in person, but she was always very prompt to answer our questions via phone or email. The tech working in our house was very professional, did a fantastic job with great attention to details. Our kitchen was left spotless and ready for us to enjoy.

The Re-New crew did a great job converting our tired kitchen from contractor grade cabinets to a showcase home kitchen. They built a matching movable kitchen island and an entertainment storage center to tie our living areas together. Every day before leaving they cleaned up allowing us to use the kitchen. When we upgrade our bathrooms, Re-New cabinets will be the cabinet providers.

I couldn t be happier with my refaced cabinets. It s like I have a whole new kitchen for a fraction of the cost of replacing the cabinets. I have a smaller kitchen, so it only took 3 days for the install. I would highly recommend Re-New Cabinets.

They came to my home and provided an estimate within 48 hours of my request. There was a time urgency to my job and Re-New Cabinets met the deadline as promised. Their follow up during and after the remodeling was exceptional. Joe Deluca visited the job site three times during the week it took to remodel the kitchen and was present on a Saturday to walk through the completed job to assure I was completely satisfied. Customer service does not get better. Their work comes in on time and on budget, with no surprises along the way with the exception that you may not believe how beautiful your cabinets look when the job is finished. I feel it is my duty to give everyone a heads up regarding the company Re-New Cabinets, LLC. I had wanted to have my kitchen done over for at least 10 years but the cost was just too high. So I decided to have the cabinets refaced. I did get at least 3 quotes and they were all the same request. The request was for white cabinets on the top and dark brown on the bottom. The two corner cabinets would have textured rain glass fronts. I got the quote from Re-New in Aug of 19 and the salesman advised that rain glass would be extra and I said that's fine . Got the quote and in Sep of 19 they came out to measure. Robert, the owner, measured and I again advised him the 2 corner cabinet fronts are to be rain glass. He advised that would be extra and I told him that the salesman already advised me. I gave them a check for half the cost and per the contract it would take a total of 5 to 7 weeks from when we chose the cabinets. That would have put the install at end of Oct or beginning of Nov. We started to empty out the kitchen the middle of Oct. Since I did not hear anything from Re-New by Nov 10, I called and spoke to Arlette, the ownerâ s wife. She advised the bottom cabinets were backordered. I asked why I was not advised and her reply was that it was not in her control. That's not what I asked her. She was extremely defensive and started giving me all sorts of excuses. A real unpleasant experience. We finally agreed to start the install on Jan 6, 2020. All went well until they started to put up the corner cabinet doors. They were clear glass not rain glass. I immediately called the salesman and left a message. Arlette calls me and starts right off by saying, read the contract. The contract says â beveled or rainfall glass is a small extra cost . The salesman and the owner both advised me of that and I advised them both that it was fine and that that is what I wanted. This woman is now telling me that they would need to write up another contract and order it and said that I never approved it . Total Bull! I told her I wanted what I ordered or I will not pay the balance. She then threatens to put a lien on my home and I told her go ahead and I will sue you. I then hung up on her. The husband calls me back and starts in on me. SO NASTY and said he didn' t care that all the other quotes showed rain glass and when I told him I was going to write a nasty review, he didn't care about the either. They still had not installed my handles and one cabinet so I was stuck. The one installer came back on Jan 13 at 3:40pm when I was making dinner. Then the salesman comes and shows me a quote for rain glass of $250. He also advised me that he did remember both conversations regarding the special order and that sometimes Robert forgets to write things down. He also said that Arlette has a temper that goes from 0 to 100 in about 5 seconds. They have no concept of customer service. This could have been handled in such a different way. The next day I noticed that one drawer had no stop on it and kept coming off the track and one bottom cabinet was installed crooked. I called the salesman right away. Well, after many, many calls and 10 days later, the installer finally came out to fix the cabinets. It took him 10 minutes! That same day I received an anonymous letter in the mail addressed in bright blue magic marker. It used my legal name and was sent in a business envelope. The one page inside had such filth written about me and was of course not signed and no return address. Now I am not saying I know for sure it was from Re-New, but I do not know anyone else so sick and vengeful. I know this a very long review, but people need to know and be aware of what is out there and to be very careful. It is a bad combination to have Robert, so arrogant, and Arlette, so ignorant, running a company. BEWARE

We enjoyed working with the entire Re-New cabinet team. They are a good, professional company that know their job and care about their customers. They were straight forward up front explaining the process, they provided guidance and helped us make decisions all the way throughout the process. Both their counter top fabricator and cabinet installer are experienced professionals that do a meticulous job and do not leave until you are fully satisfied. Both our kitchen cabinets and bathroom counter top and cabinets look perfect. We highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with ReNew Cabinets! We were thrilled to see the workers take such special care of our home while they completed the job. The workers were on time, polite, and were careful with our floors and appliances. They always cleaned up after the days work as well. We highly recommend!

Re-New cabinets is by far the easiest and best contractor I have worked with during the ongoing (and never ending) renovation of my home. They were on time, exceeded expectations, and were available whenever we had questions or concerns. Their crew was also professional and left a very clean work area at the end of each day. My new kitchen is my dream kitchen and is exactly what I had envisioned thanks to Robert and Arlette. They have flawless taste and are eager to share their experience and ideas. I am so grateful to Arlette for showing me cabinet hardware that I would never have chosen on my own. The drawer pulls that she suggested made all the difference! Robert also re-worked some of my cabinets and drawers so that my kitchen has more storage and better workspace. He also turned my kitchen island into a gorgeous piece of furniture! Details like that are what makes my kitchen truly custom, and I am grateful that they both took the time and effort to make sure I felt that way when it was all said and done. The end result changed the entire look of our home - 2 bathrooms and total kitchen reface. I feel like I am walking thru a magazine with these changes. Their workers are so awesome. They do not waste their time. And they strive to be so precise. Robert and his wife, Arlette, have some great creative ideas. Robert has years of wood working experience, as well.

Re-new was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Answering questions, providing mockups of doors with stain colors, and providing knowledgeable info were standard. They kept to the assigned time frame. The best piece is the quality of workmanship. Alfonso the craftsman who refaced my cabinets was meticulous and worked till things were perfect. I know have a state of the art kitchen, worthy of magazines, due in large part, to the work of re-new cabinets. I highly recommend them.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION....I hired Re-new to do our cabinets. HomeAdvisor is the only site I used to look at reviews. Use Yelp... the reviews are accurate with my experience. The owners Robert and his wife Arlette are nice people...my wife and I liked them... Our first meeting, Robert was polite, personable, showed up on time, explained how the business dated back generations, gave us some great suggestions on what he thought would look nice. We met his wife the next day at their showroom....nice lady... Robert came back to our house a couple of days later to make final measurements and inventory materials needed. The customer service was great...until we signed a contract and paid half payment to begin the job. At the signing of the contract we asked Robert when they would start our job....his told us that he would be able to give us a start date in 2 weeks. It was 6 weeks when we finally got a start date. If you are interested read my review on Yelp where I describe in detail our experience and other reviews that had a poor experience with Re- new cabinets. Working with Arlette proved to be very difficult at best. She gets very defensive, very quickly and always references to the contract that a customer signs. Confusing to me because I was always pleasant with her on my request to find out an approximate start date... I made it clear my wife and I were not in a hurry, we did not care when they started we simply wanted an approximate time so my wife could schedule a surgery. She would go on and on about how busy they are and customers do not understand what they are up against in determining start dates...again referencing the contract that legally she had 8 weeks until they contractually needed to start. Fast-forward....workers show up...Phil and Alfonso...nice guys...good workers...polite, clean, quiet....but we had problems....not because of them...because of the owner, Robert. I reviewed the job with them before they started... so many differences with our verbal conversations with Robert, as well as the contract he had us sign. Doors were ordered in areas that were open shelving, drawers were ordered where there was suppose to be doors....molding and railing that were paid for were not ordered...eventually we worked thru the problems to come to a solution with the materials provided. To summarize our experience...our agreement was signed around the beginning of September 2019...they started around the beginning of November.... The work was completed for the most part in 4 days....and again, the workers did a good job, but they were not able to complete the project. It is now December 30th 2019...the job is still not completed. I was contacted by Alfonso, Friday November 22 wanting to come by the next morning to complete the job. My wife and I were away at a funeral so that day did not work...I gave Alfonso several options that would work and to this day have never heard from him....over a month later. I listed the items to him that needed to be done, which include....4 dà ©cor panels installed on the sides of the cabinets via contract...we have one cabinet that only has one shelf because they cut the existing shelf too short... one of the existing decor panels they installed is loose...the four screws that hold the built in oven securely in place are sitting inside the oven where they left them. My wife and I are so very disappointed. This was not a 50 dollar meal that did not taste good....this was a 14 thousand dollar project. Upon payment on the workers last day, I withheld 500 dollars until the project was completed. Because of the time that has passed and terrible customer service, Renew Cabinets has completely lost my respect and trust.....I will not work with them anymore and will look at other options to complete my job. Hello review readers. another month has passed and the job is still not completed. Five months from signing of the contract.

Fantastic people to work with.

This review should have been written 9 months ago when Re-New Cabinets finished our bathroom cabinet refacing. My husband and I are thrilled with the work Robert and his crew did for us. Robert has a VERY good eye for detail and was extremely helpful when it came to picking a cabinet style and hardware for our master bath. We did not have a decorator to fall back on, thus Robert's input was invaluable and spot-on. Six years prior to Robert's beautiful work we had used someone else (I wish I had known of Re-New back then) to remodel this same bathroom. The bathroom turned out nicely, but I hated the refaced cabinets the minute they were installed. Hated them! Finally, after six years, my husband agreed that in order to enjoy our remodeled bathroom we needed to redo the cabinets... again (thank you husband!). Now when we walk into our master bath I feel like I'm walking into a bath at the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you Re-New Cabinets for making my dream come true. I'd also like to thank Alfonso for his quality installation, which is a crucial step in making everything come together as it should. I would DEFINITELY recommend Re-New Cabinets for your remodeling needs. Their work is absolutely perfection!
