We are very happy with the end product and would recommend them without any hesitation to anyone considering a complete make over of their kitchen.

The quality of the refinish was poor. The customer service was the worst Iâ ve ever experienced. Cabinets looked good upon install but next day as we were putting things away we saw that half the doors had paint imperfections. Paint pooling, paint not completely covering the door, etc. Contacted Renew that day, after 4 months missing half the cabinet doors we finally got them back. Some of the imperfections were never fixed others not fixed well.. I expected my cabinets to have the same quality as the showroom, not even close. I was very disappointed by the customer service. I felt I was treated disrespectfully the whole time. I tried to persuade them to move more quickly but was told they had a â scheduleâ so quit bothering them. The cabinets are still not showroom quality but Iâ m done with these people. Iâ m sure there are many reliable, quality cabinet companies but this is not one of them. Look elsewhere for your cabinet needs.

It has been a pleasure working with Re-New Cabinets from front to finish. Joe came to give an estimate with a professional, no pressure, when your ready, appointment...that is when I knew I would use them. Next was the measurements and meeting the owner Robert. Robert and his crew went above and beyond to help create my vision for the bathroom and kitchen. Arlette was super inspirational with countertop colors. The crew came in a timely fashion every day, took minimal breaks AND cleaned up daily before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It's not often that I would want to keep a close relationship with a company after the project was over but I truly love all these people and I would invite them ALL back into my home so I could cook for them in my kitchen. We want to share our complete satisfaction on our kitchen remodel/renovation in November, 2022. What initially sold us on going to Re-New Cabinets was their website. In addition to having a showroom to look at cabinetry, doors, colors, pull-outs and the difference of refacing vs new cabinets we also got first hand recommendations from Arlette on what we could do. With Arlette, we were able to see in her showroom, how the lower cabinet doors could be replaced with pull-out drawers that could handle a ton of weight and came out to be more spacious for storage. These lower cabinets were previously fitted with old, tedious pullouts and minor reconstruction needed to be done. Robert, Arletteâ s husband, suggested using cabinet doors in new framing to salvage mail type slots that we utilized and could hide for a clean, finished look. Robert comes on site to define/measures/ professionally diagrams then prices out the project. His suggestions for a new, straight pullout for our trash can/recycling bins turned out way better than the door we used on a hinge. We had another narrower pullout converted for cutting boards put in next to the dishwasher that we picked out that works so well for better storage. We also had glass doors put in and Renew finished the inside so the flow of color completely sweeps through the cabinets and looks uniformed. So, even if you think you have difficulty figuring out what to do or what can be done, ask Arlette and Robert. The craftsmanship of the cabinet replacement doors, drawers and pullouts was phenomenal. The crew who did the staining on uppers and painting on the lowers did a perfect job. We chose the colors we wanted and we received them in the final product. It was amazing. Most importantly, the conversion done by Mario on site could not have been done any better. He was an artist in how he carefully demoed then pulled the whole kitchen back together. The veneer used was top quality and perfectly matched in color to the staining on the doors. Overall, the meticulous staining/painting work performed by the all in-house staff back at the shop and on site is appreciated and were a pleasure to work with. Emily is terrific in helping with communications by phone/email/text throughout the project management with Arlette. Finally, after looking at their website, then going to the showroom with almost limitless possibilities on what we could do by far beat out the other 5 competitors we looked at; and most did not have a showroom, or enough samples, materials or colors to look over. The cost was fair and accurate for all the materials and labor performed. Re-new Cabinets gave us more for less than a competitor we did bring in for a bid that was ridiculous. You can do your research, but Iâ ll bet you go with Re-New Cabinets.

Re-new cabinets completed our kitchen renovation on time and on budget. We looked at a number of options prior to contracting with Re-new, but concluded that the most cost effective and minimum time to get our kitchen completed was refacing our existing cabinets. We went to Re-Newâ s showroom and received a detailed explanation of their process and products. After the initial meeting at the showroom an in-home visit was completed to evaluate our kitchen and provide a detailed price quote. We added some additional extras to the project which included a wine rack, spice rack and conversion of a lazy Susan to 3 pull out drawers. All of them exceeded our expectations. We also decided to replace all the counter tops the granite and Re-new provided great guidance with their granite vendors on the proper selection of color and type. Communication was superior with Re-new with periodic updates on the project progress and coordination of the various trades that were to show up at our house. The owners of the business, Robert and Arlette Lenzi are a pleasure to work with and take a personal involvement in the entire process. Communication with their office staff, both Joe and Emily did a superior job with keeping us up-to-date with all the moving pieces of our project. We would highly recommend Re-new if you are considering completing a refacing project.

We used Re-New Cabinets to renovate our kitchen and we couldn't be happier! From our first meeting with Robert in our old kitchen to begin the process, our meetings with Robert and Arlette in their showroom to pick out all the details, to the crew who did the install, everything was a wonderful experience. It was so comforting to be able to have people who have been renovating kitchens for years give their honest opinions about what they think will work best in your space. Secondly, their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is remarkable. Mario and Homero did our kitchen installation and from the beginning I knew they were going to do a great job when I saw how carefully they set up to contain the unavoidable mess that comes with a full kitchen reno. Their installation work was amazing. You could tell they pay attention to every detail, they worked efficiently, and were very professional. Within just a few days, our kitchen was looking like new. We chose to change a lot of our bottom cabinets to drawers and Mario and Homero completely rebuilt many of our old cabinet spaces to make these changes and did an outstanding job. Enrique and Jaime did the installation of our new granite countertops and I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently they did the install. Everything was done and looking perfect in just a few hours, which was a testament to the time and care they took beforehand to accurately measure everything to ensure the install would go smoothly. I especially appreciated how they drilled the sink holes once the slab was installed and allowed us to choose where we wanted things to be placed (RO, Faucet, Instant hot water) and we couldnâ t be happier with how it turned out. When you choose Re-New Cabinets to do your renovation you will be in great hands from beginning to end. From those in their shop â Rafael, Octavio, and Emily, to the crew doing your installation, you can rest easy knowing there are people working their hardest to make your new space the best it can be! We are very pleased with our new kitchen cabinets. We started this project with a visit to the Re-New showroom. Although small it impressed us with the many different options available and the quality of the cabinetry. We were hooked. Arlette was helpful with the decision making process, assisting with cabinet choice and color. It was a fairly easy process and the installation also went well. Our dated maple cabinetry has been replaced with creamy white cabinets and drawers and we are delighted!!!

I hired Re-New Cabinets to reface my 1970â s cabinets. This company is amazing! They went above and beyond for my job! My cabinets werenâ t centered with the stove and the microwave because the original stove was only 27â . Robert noticed that right off. He said we needed to move the upper cabinets 3â to left. When Mario and Gerardo took the upper cabinets down they basically fell apart. Mario took them to the shop and it was determined that they werenâ t worth fixing. He made me all new upper cabinets at no charge! They made sure everything was top notch! Everyone I worked with, Robert, Arlette, Joe, Jackie, Mario, Gerardo, Patricio, and Demi, the tile guy, were very professional! I highly recommend Re-New Cabinets!

Robert, the owner, has a strong knowledge of the business, and he was able to help us determine the right cabinets for our home. Robert provided us with several samples to ensure that we were happy with our selection and did not rush us through the process. Mario, our installer, was incredible. His attention to detail, work ethic, and discipline were outstanding. We worked at our house for 5 days straight and even missed part of Halloween with his kids to finish our kitchen. Arlette, the business manager, was also very professional and helpful. She always responded to my e-mails and phone calls and made the experience with Re-New very pleasurable. It was a pleasure working with Robert, Arlette, Joe and Jackie through this process. My home is 32 years old and now my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room look brand new, updated and amazing. Everyone was so warm, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Mario who did most of the work in my home is amazing. Did such a beautiful job on every detail. We waited for years to start our kitchen remodel, and Re-New was the right choice. After getting two different quotes, we chose Re-New and couldn't be happier with their work and service. We were unsure what we wanted, just that we wanted the kitchen updated. We went to Re-New's showroom as suggested. Not only were there were so many options, they were a great help with suggestions on color, quality, and new additions like the pull out shelves, knowledgeable in general about the materials we chose. We really appreciated their expertise in the field; they provided several helpful tips. Most importantly, we're very happy with the outcome and quality. We have a kitchen that looks and feels like a new space, and we get to move in all over again. Everyone we worked with from Re-New were so nice and professional. I used Re-New Cabinets to give my kitchen a â facelift.â The cabinets were refaced with new doors and a laminate on the existing cabinets. I also had a cabinet replaced with drawers and one with slide out shelves. Re-New took care of everything. They have many styles to choose from in their showroom. I also had a new countertop and backsplash and new sink and faucet. I can not say enough about how well we were treated by Robert and Arlette and the rest of their team. The installers were prompt and cleaned up after they put in a days work. And most of all they did a beautiful job!

Robert and his team worked diligently to reface 20-year old kitchen cabinets. They did an outstanding job in breathing new life back into the kitchen with the new look and style. We are very happy with the results that we are considering refacing other cabinets in the house. Definitely would recommend.

We hired Re-new Cabinet Company to reface our 26 year old cabinets in the kitchen, hallway, and 3 bathrooms. They just completed the job and they went way beyond our expectations!!! I wanted a modern, European style and they are exactly that. I fell in love with the Italian sustainable product that they used. We had a big selection to choose from and the owner Robert Lenzi was very accommodating. The cabinets are a very high quality and the workmanship of their employees was top notch. It's hard to believe that they aren't brand new cabinets! I highly recommend Re-new.

I had a great experience with the owners, Robert and Arlette Lenzi. My kitchen looks terrific. Their talented crew were professional , punctual, experienced and left the kitchen tidy when leaving for the day. At the last minute, I wanted roll-out shelves, and they were able to take care of it. A lot of other touches were provided by them, such as, the trash can pull-out, quiet doors and drawers, and more. Thanks Robert and Arlette for a job well done!

We are happy with our new kitchen look, thanks to Re-New Cabinets! Nice custom touches were done such as, a spice rack drawer and they built a drawer to use under our cook top that was never functional before. Neat, clean and friendly customer service.

I cannot tell you how incredibly pleased we are with our reface cabinets! About four years ago, we had another company repaint our cabinets. Honestly I thought they had done a good job. But after further review of the matter, I would never have use them again. Enough about thatâ ¦ Re-New was so very professional. I did not go with a painting job picture to your old laminate which is so stunning. The door fronts and drawers were replaced with this beautiful ltalian laminate. Our craftsman was Mario who is absolutely amazing!!! I have had many subs do you work for me throughout the years and then with his professional is Mario! Renew should be so proud to have such an amazing craftsman working for them. Another thing is the timeframe was right on target. There was one small glitch with the cabinet coming in the wrong size. Immediately Ron called to let me know that he had taken care of it and it was installed in less than a week. That in itself is quite amazing! So bottom line is, this is a very good company! Trust your instincts and know that some people just arenâ t happy with anything. Thank you Ron, Arlette, Joe, and Mario! Yâ all rock!

Working with Joe, Miguel, Arlette, and Robert was fantastic! This company provides the best experience for refacing any style of cabinets in your house. The team presented professionalism, top tier customer services, and quality of product. I will continue to recommend this company to my friends and family here in Arizona.

Our rental was recently vacant after the renters of 14 years moved onto a larger home. The kitchen cabinets had taken a beating and needed an update. I had never used a service where the cabinet frames were kept intact while the exterior sides and fronts were updated and then new doors, drawers and hardware were installed. ReNew Cabinets, LLC had good reviews and I found their showroom impressive. Robert, the owner, promptly set a date to come look at the cabinets and discuss options. He helped me with my selections. We finalized the style at the showroom and upon a 50% deposit he ordered the supplies. Shipping is a bit slower with COVID but with a few weeks everything had arrived. It took the installer, Alfonso, five days to complete the job. He was meticulous with everything he did and made sure the area outside the kitchen was protected from dust and sawdust. The cabinets look great. We found the process fast, well done and certainly less expensive then having new cabinets put in.
