.Did a great job. they came on time, and when i needed them back for minor issues they came right out and fixed it all.

This is my first home, so there was a lot I didn't know about roof replacement and working with the insurance company. Bobby was extremely helpful (and patient!) about answering all my questions. When everything was squared away with the insurance company, the job was scheduled and the project was finished in 1 day! The crew was still at the house when I got home from work - what a nice group of guys!, All debris material was cleaned up and removed and the roof looks great. If you need to have your roof replaced, I would highly recommend Porter Roofing!

Porters fixed my roof when I bought the house; then they repaired the roof after the hail storm, then fixed a spot originally missed. The last one of course was free. They were so good my neighbors used them and then when we told them another neighbor had a damaged roof but he was ill and his wife was unable to handle the situation, Porters went to their house and did the repair-free. You can't find more honest or competent workers.

I'm very disappointed that I have not heard back from the company even if it was to say they don't have time for my small job.

Brian of Porter Roofing gave me a bid after the hail storm in Phoenix. I submitted his bid to my insurance company. My insurance company hired an engineer to come and inspect my roof. Brian PROMISED to be here at the appointed time when the engineer came. And I talked to Brian ONLY TWO HOURS before the appointment and he said he would be here. Yet Brian did NOT even show up. I called him twice while the engineer was here. Had I known that he would not be here, I would have arranged for a representative from a different roofing company to be here. As a result of the negligence of Porter Roofing, I had NO roofing contractor here when the engineer hired by the insurance company was here. If he had just told me he would not be here, I could easily have gotten a rep from another roofing company to be here -- very rude and unprofessional behavior that has cost me $$. Brian also did NOT call me later to explain why he did not show up. UNFORGIVABLE. In addition, of the 4 bids I got, the other three were all in the same $ range, but Porter Roofing's bid was over 20% higher. They charge a premium, they lie, and they are completely unreliable!! I will probably re-roof whether the insurance company approves or denies, but this company will NOT get my business. I don't really like giving a company a review like this, but this IS the review that they earned. NOT recommended.

He showed up on time. Actually he was early and waiting for me to arrive. His estimate was right there with the other estimates, but was using superior products. Very happy with performance and workmanship. Completely cleaned up the place and haule away to scraps. Extremely happy. Will definately recommend Porter's Roofing to anyone needing a roof repair.

We have had one strong rain since repair and no leak. I am quite satisfied. Their company also provided a guarantee of their work which was one of the reason I chose them.

I found Porters roofing company on Angie's List. I called them to look at our flat roof that I thought had cracks because we had water damage inside the house. The workers told us that the roof was in excellent condition and that there were only tiny cracks. They suggested we do a recoat in a couple years. Their customer service was excellent. They were honest and didn't try to fix something that wasn't broke. The follow up was wonderful. I won't hesitate to use this company in the furture.

This job didn't start well as we had to wait over a month to get someone to come out and do an estimate for the job. Apparently this was a glitch in the office. Once I connected with Maribel everything started to become much more professional as she kept on top of communication problems. The roofing job itself was excellent quality. I was very impressed that this company has a quality control person who follows up on the work and any other issues involved with the project. You can tell that they are concerned about making improvements where needed and your satisfaction as a customer.

Could not have been more pleased with the service. Maribel was great to work with and the service rep, Randy was very professional. We had to leave town and trusted these folks to do the work. They did and everything is well.

They gave me a fair price and they were local. They are the company that I could trust and so I used them. There was nothing that they could improve upon. I would use their services again in the future.

They were great! I called a few companies and they were the cheapest. They were in and out in 2 days. They did break my skylights, but they repaired it with no problems at no additional cost to me. We didn?t pay anything up front. We didn?t pay until after the work was completed, which I really appreciated.

They came out to do an estimate on roof repairs. The salesman gave me a written estimate with a price of 1800.00. Everyone else was closer to 10K. Beware!

Porter Roofing was recommended to me by a friend; Brandon Swiggard contacted me promptly and inspected the roof, confirming that indeed there was hail damage, but not enough for a total roof replacement. He contacted my insurance company who sent out an estimator. Brandon met with him and together they assessed the damage. The insurance co. accepted the claim, sent us the money, and then the problem got tricky: our tiles are no longer manufactured, in fact, they have not been for over a decade. Brandon from Porter Roofing spent a lot of time and many phone calls to all tile yards and various other companies. (One of them, Glendale Roofing, said they had the tiles but when we followed up, there were no such tile, and the contact person became very irritated at me and yelled in a highly unprofessional way). Brandon continued the search, eventually it was decided to "harvest" some of the less visible tiles and used those to replace the broken ones, while similar tiles that he had found were used to replace them. That involved a lot more labor which the insurance co. accepted and paid. Yesterday the last tile was set, a patio overhang was freshly roofed with 2 layers of Ruberaid flat roof system including a drip edge. All replaced and repaired pipe jacks were painted, and the roof looks like new. It was a pleasure working with Brandon and Porter Roofing. UPDATE A few months later, we put the house on the market.The inspection showed that the patio cover was poorly done, which was not visible to a lay person like myself. There were problems with drainage, and we had to reduce the bid we had on the house by $900. For that reason we must reduce the A we ignorantly gave. It is difficult for a lay person who cannot crawl on a roof to determine if the work was done right.

We found Porter on Angie's List. The quote process went well. They arrived on time. They went up on the roof and looked around and gave us a quote in 30 minutes or less. They were one of the few companies that wanted to come out and actually take a look and give an on-sight quote. We had pictures taken by a home inspector that we were able to give Porter on the roof damage.

They said they could not bid at this time.

The job went well. I wasn't home when they did the repair. I wouldn't have even noticed the roof problem if the inspector hadn't pointed it out. I didn't really have the inspector back to check it. I would recommend this company because they have a reasonable price. The guy I talked to seemed knowledgeable.

Prompt appointment for estimate, price was fair and they honored the Angie's List 'coupon' on their listing page. Very easy to work with. There was one small communication snag, I needed to call them to find out what day they'd scheduled the job for. Not a big deal though. Crew arrived on time at 7:30am and were cleaned up and gone by the time I got back from work that day. Quality of work is good (and there's a 5 yr labor warranty). All in all a great experience. This is my first house and I expected contracting a roofer and getting the new roof to be a much more complicated process, but it couldn't have been easier.

Denis was great. He showed up at 7 in the morning to meet with me and provide me an estimate before I left for work. His price was a bit higher than the other estimate I had, but he explained where his higher numbers came from. He impressed me with his attitude to the work. His team started work exactly as promised and finished ahead of schedule if anything. They cleaned up after so you'd barely know they'd been there, but for the brand new roof.

The two workers who showed up were very professional, detailed, and very easy to work with when I asked them about payment. They removed a very large area to make sure they covered the section that leaked. I won't know for a long time if it leaks. Porter Roofing did offer a 2 year warranty.
