They came when they said they would and they left. They were fast. I hope the roof is okay but I can't really tell because we haven't had any rain to see if it still leaks. We got a guarantee so it should be okay. They came in a timely manner. I don't really know about the quality of work yet. As of now, we would use them in the future.

Done in two phone calls--initial call returned promptly w/date to estimate job. Follow up call gave price and date of availability. Left check in pre-arranged place and came home to find job done. That's as good as it gets; no hassles, job done when promised and at a fair price. I intend to use this company for any future roofing requirements.

The roof now looks like it has a coat freshly fallen snow. They applied the elastomeric coating up the insides of the walls that extend above the roof ( I have a Santa Fe style home) for added sealing. They moved my heat pump unit to apply foam underneath. It kept raining for several days when the work was scheduled, so they were cautious and delayed application, until there was no threat of rain or even humidity. The men did a great job of cleaning up too. I was extremely happy with their work.

Very qualified, honest, and did the work. I had two other estimates that tried to scam us. Randy came out and did the estimate and was reasonable. We went with them and I would highly recommend them. They were respectful and it was across the board a positive experience.

I am pleased. They corrected the problems with the roof to my satisfaction.

They did a very professional job. The first day they had fifteen guys that took off the roof and the next three days they put a new roof on. They did a very good job.

Porter Roofing came across very honest and straight forward compared to another roofer I had contacted for an estimate. They were very professional. They first arrived on a Monday or Tuesday and the work was finished by Thursday. I have not had any problems with the roof since then.

The crew was supposed to be here at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning. Over an hour later (after two calls to the office) I found them browsing at the neighbor's garage sale. Once they got to work they did a good job. But the crew lacked respect for the value of my time.

Porter Roofing did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and got the work done when they said they would. The new roof looks much better than the old one did.

He was very good. He had gotten the gold star for the Chamber of Commerce. He was prompt and charged a fair rate. He was honest and told my father that he didn't need a new roof, where other contractors might have taken advantage of the situation.

Randy Halfhill brought in his 4-man crew as scheduled and performed the work (very well) over about 4 days (as per schedule). Their price was competitive and they used excellent materials for the job. I will definitely refer Porter Roofing to others and use them for future work (I hope none). They gave me a 10-year labor warranty on the work. The only surprise was a 3% extra charge if you pay using a credit card.

I would definitely recommend this company!

Called to get an estimate and the receptionist said she would have to call back the next day. She called first thing the next morning and we made an appointment for the next week. Randy showed up exactly on time and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. Said he'd call and let me know when he could do the job. Waited a week and didn't hear a word so I called him. He had a crew out the next morning. Overall it was a pretty hassle free experience which is what I like!

I missed the initial appointment for an estimate. I was home but was working in the back room on some very intensive projects on the computer. My front doorbell is wimpy. I did not hear anyone & my brain blipped the appointment until later when I found the business card at the door. I phoned the name on the card, apologized, & was told I'd get a call back as soon as he got back to the office. No call back. I called AT LEAST 6 more times to the office number & was told EACH TIME I'd get a call back- I got nothin'. They must not want my business.

Porter Roofing came out to do an estimate in a timely manner. We expected to hear that we would need to replace our 26 year old shake roof, but the representative said that the roof was in very good condition and just needed some repairs. They came exactly when they said they would, and the work was done very satisfactorily. We would not hesitate to recommend this roofing company.

DAY OF SERVICE THE WORKERS ARRIVED AS PROMISED PROMPTLY AT 7:15 A.M., AND COMPLETED THE WHOLE PROJECT BEFORE 3:00 P.M. LEAD WORKER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. EXCEPTIONAL JOB CLEANING UP THE MESS, NOT A SINGLE BIT OF DEBRIS WAS LEFT IN THE YARD, IT WAS SPOTLESS.

DURING BUSY WET SEASON LAST WINTER, THEY WORKED IN MY LITTLE REPAIR JOB. THEY DID JOB PROMPTLY AND WITH NO FUSS. I'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

IT TOOK A GOOD WEEK FOR THEM TO CALL US BACK. WE DIDN'T CALL ANOTHER BECAUSE OUR NEIGHBOR HAD USED THEM AND RECOMMENDED THEM HIGHLY. THEY DID THE JOB EXCELLENTLY AND DID TAKE THEIR TIME SO IT WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
