Joe came to do repairs that were started and not completed by another repairman. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the unit. Couldn't be happier with the result! Will definitely recommend and use again for future repairs.

My service technician Joe called me within a couple minutes of my request for service, and he showed up at my house to assess the issue I was having with my refrigerator within an hour of our call. Super fast and reliable communications made this go so smoothly from start to finish. Joe was very knowledgeable and respected all Covid protocols to keep us both safe. He had my issue assessed within 15 minutes and we had to order a new control board for my frig. It took another day for the part to arrive. Joe kept contact with me and showed up exactly as planned and fixed my frig right up and then noticed another problem that would manifest in the future and may be why the board burned out in the first place. I had a fan that was faulty so it wasn't cooling the compressor as it should. I was very thankful that Joe took the time to really check all things thoroughly because this fan was not the issue but had caused it. It was not obvious and unless he took the time to figure it out, I would have been facing the same repair again soon. Overall I was thrilled with every aspect of my service and I would not call anyone else but Joe at HomeTech.

The leak was fixed, my understanding of the leak was the freezer was always or mostly in the defrost mode which appeared to be a leak. The (Maytag bottom freezer) freezer pan would catch the leaking water and than freeze into a big sheet of ice which had to chipped every three days or the door would not close tightly. Long story short it ended up being a sensor. The old ice maker was replaced with a new ice maker and now make lots of ice. I have had this Maytag bottom freezer frig for 7 years. The freezer never did get real cold and the ice maker never made a lot of ice. I think the sensor that was replaced never did work right. Since the sensor has been replaced the freezer gets real cold which helps the ice maker make the ice. When the repairman called me, I explained the problem and he knew right away what it was. Great job! I paid almost $1200 for the frig so the repair price of $500 was fair and if the frig last for 13 years without a problem the labor price will look even better. My last frig I had worked for 20 years that's why I'm hoping for another 13 yrs.

Do NOT hire this man! He is very unprofessional and he took our almost $300 and didn't fix the washer!! After the initial visit and estimate, Joe set up a return visit to do the repair and then was a no-show. When he finally responded the next day, he said the part hadn't come in yet and that was why he hadn't come. Very unprofessional to not contact us to let us know. He then did the repair and it still didn't work so we called him back. He came and we paid for another new part that he replaced and it worked for a cycle and still wasn't 100%. He didn't respond when we texted again. Now the washer has gone back to not working at all and he will not call or text back. This man is a crook! Buyer beware!

The washing machine needed a part that needed to be ordered and it would take 3 weeks so I bought a new. Machine. Joe is a very nice person and I would use again

Joe was amazing! Before he came out to service my dishwasher, he walked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone to see if that would solve the problem. He was incredibly helpful in helping me every step of the way from finding my breaker for the dishwasher to locating the float inside the dishwasher. He had me take photos and text them to him while we were on the phone. The steps he had me take over the phone corrected the problem. He didn’t charge me a dime for his help. He even instructed me on how to care for and clean my dishwasher. Joe went above and beyond. I immediately put his contact in my phone for future use because he is the ONLY person I will ever call for help and I will recommend him to all my friends and family. My profession is as a consultant to businesses on how to provide an exceptional client experience so I have very high standards when it comes to customer service. Joe exceeded all my expectations!

Joe was very professional and discovered the freezer side coils had frozen. He used a steam machine to defrost the coils. He was friendly and nice to my dogs (8) and even tried to make friends with them!! He gave me a senior discount and I was more than happy to pay for his service. I would recommend him to anyone.

I didn't realize there was a problem until Friday evening when I pulled something out of the freezer that had already thawed. After asking for an estimate, I received a call within 15 minutes. We discussed my concern over the phone and the possible repairs that may be needed. He came out the next morning, on a Saturday; Easter weekend! I am grateful for his quick response and willingness to come out on such short notice.

Just perfect! A bit expensive, but he was here about 1.5 hours, came prepared with the appropriate part, and agreed gladly to wear a mask. I was extremely grateful for his promptness and professionalism.

Great. Joseph arrived as expected, installed the oven in a very efficient manner. It was a "drop in replacement" so relatively straight forward. He was polite and considerate about any debris left around the kitchen. His bid was lower than other installers I contacted.

Joe was very professional and knowledgeable in the work that he did. He had outstanding character and communication before during and post installation. He explained everything that needed to happen, additional considerstions and recommendations to continue having a good experience. Having had an excellent installation experience, the icing was that the rntire time, Joe was very personable and courteous in ways that were very unexpected. I definitely will work with him again. Regardless of the work, if he is anoption, I would highly recommend him. Thank you for being amazing.
