LEATHER LIKE NEW

Description of Work: They completely restored our leather sofa and chair. Our dog and chewed a hole in one of the back cushions about 2" long. The cushion is attached to the sofa so there was no simple fix. Instead of saying re-upholster, they suggested that they take both pieces in, rebuild the base, repair the damaged cushion and clean and restore the finish. This is a set that is 12 years old. All is as promised, the set looks like new, is as comfy as a net set and they even brought in a loaner sofa for us to use while they gave our set their professional TLC. What a group. Description of Work: Fred took our 33 year old Red wingback chair and refreshed the leather, repaired scratches and worn cording and added new filler to plump up the seat. The chair looks like new. We are very pleased and hope to have our sofa done in the future.

Description of Work: Had contact with their office on Friday and was told that Fred would call on Monday. No call until late Wednesday, when he said he'd pick up the furniture on Thursday morning. No show, but called later to say that he'd pick it up between 1:00 and 4:00. By 4:30, we called and canceled. He offered no apology. He only made excuses about how busy he is and he's only one person, and hung up on me. Thirty minutes later, Tim called to say that their truck had broken down that afternoon and that they had been trying to call us all afternoon, and that he'd still like to come and pick up the furniture. (There was no call from them on our caller id.) I politely declined, and he thanked me for the opportunity.

Description of Work: Had 15-yr. ld leather sofa & loveseat refurbished, extra padding on pillows, and redyed. Due to miscommunication between my husband and the company, the color of the leather when returned was not the same as when it was picked up from house. Spoke with Fred Reinboldt, the owner, who picked up the furniture a second time, stripped the color and redyed the pieces. There was a reduced charge, which I had agreed on in advance. The pieces are back in my house and look like new. I have already recommended Leather Like New and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: Leather Like New did a great job in repairing our leather couches. Fred explained in detail the type of leather we had and the best solution for the repair. We received a quote and Fred stuck to the quote even though he did some extra work. We were on vacation when the couches were ready for delivery and Fred was great in working within a timeframe to make sure we had someone at home to receive the couches. Very happy with the service and quality of work.

Description of Work: I used Leather like New to repair tears in my very high quality leather chair. I thought the arm had been cut but according to Fred Reinboldt it was cased by oil and salt from our hands. They did a beautiful job and we are very pleased with the work. They were very clean and professional and came on time and returned the chair in two weeks. I give them an A+.

Description of Work: recovered a 40 year old leatheret/vinyl seat cushion from an desk chair, which finally ripped apart. They matched the color and pattern as well as can be expected. craftsmanship and quality of the materials used were equal to the original. A great job overall.

Description of Work: Fred hit it out of the park again. he always does an incredible job. I have recommended him to friendsds for years & they always rave . . .once again I get to rave!! My beautiful couch was looking awful, my husband likes to sit on the floor and to do so he slides down the front of the couch, it was a mess. Fred restored it and it looks like new, really, I can send you pictures. PLUS his Leather Protective Cream spray is the BOMB!! Now I just need to get him into my calendar so he can do a once a year tune up.
