Russ Durfee came out three different times to work with us, assess our needs, and set us up with a system. Jose Stein showed up right on schedule and installed everything carefully and professionally. Now that we've had the system for a month or so, we can say we are most definitely happy with it. Our water is noticeably more comfortable in the shower, cleans laundry better, and leaves very few water spots.

KineticoAZ provides quality products and services. They are professional, timely, and they don't charge you for "do-it-yourself" services such as replacing RO filters. I would highly recommend them.

The gentleman (Russ) was very nice and punctual. He did a water test and taught us how the systems work and why you need one. However they had no interest in talking in detail about anything else other than their top non electric systems which were quoted around $6500! Well they did mention they have lesser systems, but didn't want to elaborate on them. When I go to a car lot, the first question they ask is what is your budget? What are you looking for? You don't show someone looking for a Hyundai a Lamborghini. This essentially is what Kinetico did. We were shocked at the price. When Russ followed up a few days later I told them they were far out of the budget. He then got his manager to give as a "deal" on an ordinary electric system which was about $3000 total. I nicely told him to tell his manager that if he had done any budget discovery and gave me that quote in person the first time I would have probably have signed the contract right there and then. But since we felt like they were just pushing the most expensive unit down our throat we went elsewhere and signed a contract with another company a day before his last follow up.

Above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Jose Stien is a Master Water Technician. he remained in stealth mode I never knew where he was. No disruption to us moving in. He really is an amazing young man. Perfect 10 from this household.

Dave my salesperson spent about an hour with my husband and i testing tap water, bottled water and Kinetico water. We were amazed at the filth in our water. We booked the install. It went smooth. Dave following up a month later. We noticed a difference in right away. Love the water in my dishwasher and washing machine. No build u on dishes or clothing. Taking a shower is amazing.

The installer was freindly (although I don't remember his name) and knowledgeable. We have a fridge in the garage, where the softener is, and I wanted to be able to run a line from the softener to the fridge. The installer offered several options, including adding an extra tap into the main softener line.

I'm writing to give praise to one of Kinetico's employees who came out to our house on 9/28/16 to check on our K5 Drinking Water system because the filters became exhausted after only 7 months from initial installation. His name was Todd, and he was phenomenal with answering our questions, servicing and remedying our issue, and making us comfortable with our decision to purchase the system. At first I was questioning my decision to purchase the system, however after talking with Todd, he put me more at ease and really helped Kinetico maintain my trust. He was also very patient and forthcoming when we asked him some poignant questions comparing the marketing literature to actuality. Todd had the opportunity to "sell" us again, but instead used the opportunity to keep us informed and to fix our problem (which turned out not to be a system problem as first thought) without charge. We will continue to stay loyal customers of Kinetico because of the great education and service Todd provided, as well as the impeccable tasting water. We will also send our friends to Kinetico, should they inquire about a good water company.

The installer, Monte, took out our old Sears Non working after 8 years system and the under sink R/O system that was somewhat working and replaced it with much smaller units. The install of both was neat, soldering was Very neat. We have been a Kinetico fans for over 20 years. That is why we knew what to replace the builders non working system with. I have had a Kinetico water system on my homes since 1985. This is the second system I own and Kinetico has always been prompt and curteous whenever I called them. This is for a regular service call not because of any problems with the system. I love my system! I use less soap for everything and in my laundry my whites are white. I would never own any other water system except Kinetico!

Within 15 minutes of leaving a message, asking for the service department to call me back I received a call. They were able to schedule the work required the next day. The Kinetico system I installed three years ago has worked flawlessly. I would recommend anyone to be open to looking at the Kinetico. It has worked great for me. Info move again, I will definitely install a Kinetico again.

I've been an owner of a Kinetico Water Filtration System for several years. The system has been very reliable, the water quality has been excellent, and calls for service have been responded to immediately and professionally. My father in IN has had a Kinetico system since 1987 and he loves it. We just purchased a new house and needed a water softener system. So I had a Kinetico premier series water softener and RO installed in November of 2015. Jon Owens the sales rep was great. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Our RO system was rough plumbed in the garage but when they installed the cabinets they didn't cut hole for water line. Jose did a little detective work to see if was actually run and where it was approximately. He drilled a hole under the the sink and found the line. Jose Stein did an amazing job. He was polite, quick, explained things well and cleaned up after himself well. I love our system, soft water with no chlorine smell. We had terrible tasting water before our RO system was put in. Now we have great water with CLEAR ICE!! I have never seen that before. I would recommend Kinetico to anyone.

Jose did a great job he was the installer. Mike, the manager, almost push me away from this project. He offered no help.
