It way exceeded expectations. The Salesman; Michael Stoian and Installer; Jose Stein Valencia, were absolutely the best in the business. Very attentive to our needs and wants. We are recent transplants from Minnesota, where we were Kinetico people for 16 years plus. We were apprehensive when we moved here, because we left the greatest water system and drinking water behind and weren't sure we would find anything close. We were super elated to find Kinetico on the internet, and equally excited to have the new systems installed and working. The old system, the previous owners had, was slow, and didn't work very well. The drinking water, (when it finally came out of the faucet) tasted like swimming pool water. Now we have the best water in the world again. Thank you Kinetico. Michael, and Jose!!

I called Kinetico on Wednesday afternoon when I came home and discovered water had leaked all over my kitchen from the RO system. The rep was very friendly, empathetic and explained how to shut off the RO. She scheduled a repair tech to come out the next day. The tech, Junior called me at 7:00 pm on Wednesday to let me know he would be arriving between 12:00 and 2 pm on Thursday. Junior showed up right at 12:00 and replaced the line in about 30 minutes. He was nice, courteous and told me if I have any problems within the next 30 days, he'll come out free of charge. It was too easy.

We were looking at different water softener system for a while. We lived in Arizona for 6 years and didn't get water softener until I got pregnant. We also looked at getting the drinking water system as well. We looked at eco water, and getting the system ourselves and have the plumber install it... we looked at options from just spending $1000 to $6000. We ended up deciding on Kinetico based on other reviews and their customer service. We worked with Brian. He was very professional and courteous. The installation didn't take too long. We got the softener and the drinking system. I'm so glad we got them. It's been so convenient to have drinking system set up and peace of mind that the water is good quality. It also makes our ice and water tastes really good. With a baby coming our way, I know it was a great choice to go with Kinetico even though it was one of the priciest option out of them all.

Brian is our sales representative and; José was the lead installer (there were 2). The crew showed up on time and, after some introductions, a work order review and a walk through to confirm equipment location, they went to work. They were very organized and worked steadily through the morning and late afternoon. After a "customer training introduction" they left. A definite plus for them and the company is the documentation we have on the system. Two weeks later Brian returned and tested the water for both systems, the water softener from two locations and the r/o from the kitchen dispenser. All tests were good. R/o was 18 ppm. Something to remember (per Brian) with a new installation is the pipe age. Ours is a house in the in part of Sun City (I know, what part of SC isn't old..) so material particularly calcium will work through the pipes as it is loosened by the water softening operation eventually minimized with time... so... the project installation went excellently well! There were 2 systems a softening and a purifying.. unfortunately this site does not have a water purifying category.

Professionally replaced. Showed up on time, made no mess and job looks great. They followed up after the job was done. Trained me twice on system use and how to perform maintenance.

Jon Owens recommended the Kinetco Water Softener & R/O System for our home. He is a pleasure to deal with and we high recommend. Install was professionally done and will have our first service to replace filters.

The whole process went very well. I had noticed some of my neighbors had a water softener, but the pipes just went up the side of the house in an obvious place. Even when painted, it didn't look very good. So I really wanted the pipes for our system to be buried at the front of our house and then go up the side wall in an unobtrusive place. The installers did an excellent job and told me what they were doing each step of the way. The whole system works great! Our water is clean, clear, and we like it very much.

Couldn't be happier with the performance of my Mach 4040 system which was purchased in 2007. We met Jon Owens at the Home and Garden show at the Arizona State Fair grounds at that time and its been a pleasure seeing and working with him since then. I recently serviced my system with a charcoal change and added a Super Kit system pre filter. Ran into Jon at the recent Home and Garden show and its been a breeze getting the service scheduled and performed at a very reasonable price. My system continues to produce excellent soft water and couldn't be happier with the service from the original sale to service visits. Service techs have always been professional and work quality excellent. Keep up the good work!

Their technician, Jose Stein, arrived on time, and all the paper work was done in advance by their sales teams and instructions were very clear. I had existing filtration system that needs to be removed and hauled away, José is very professional and knows his craft very well. It’s a big job and he was able to complete it himself in a few hours. Very happy with the work.

We purchased these RO filters from Kinetico and installed them ourselves with the brochure that was given to us for self installation. Went well and now good water to use for cooking and washing food.

I've been an outstanding customer since 2013 with Kinetico. After 5 years of renting with them the GM, Mike Mattox wouldn't even offer me an acceptable deal on this used outdated equipment. I'm saying its outdated since the Kinetico tech was the one who advised me. I would not encourage anyone to purchase a Kinetico softener or do business with them. I am one very disappointed customer. Furthermore, Mr. Mattox blatantly lied when he said he offered me an upgraded system. It wasn't until my system was removed that I learned from the Kinetico tech that my system was outdated and at no point after that did I speak to Mr. Mattox. If Mr. Mattox knew anything about sales and customer service he would have met me somewhere in the middle. Surely, a GM has room to negotiate. This company takes advantage of women. If I was a man Mr. Mattox would have negotiated a reasonable deal. It's obvious that customer loyalty and referrals is not what Kinetico is about.

Frank called back right away and set up an appointment to meet at our home the following week. He was prompt and courteous and was very informative providing water quality details on our "specific" type of water we had in "our" area. based on our water quality a "whole house" water filtration was much more than we needed (very costly too) so we went to replace our current tired soft water unit and Reverse Osmosis System with new. The installation technician arrived on time for installation, however there was a bit of a hiccup in communication with the amount of pipe he needed vs. what he had. So he left for a trip to local hardware store to retrieve and then back to work. It took a total time of about 3 hrs and all went smooth with install and education on how to use the systems with materials provided. I would use this company again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for how they can improve their household water quality as Frank appears very knowledgeable about the various types of water in the Phoenix-Met. area, and options for improvement. The units work great!

Fabulous work was performed and works like new

Junior did an amazing job installing the system. He was on time, polite and professional. We are amazingly happy with the system and very happy we purchased it. The only complaint I have is I feel it is an overpriced product.

They have been around here forever. I had them for 20 years at my other house. They did a great job. Their equipment is a little high priced but it is definitely top quality. That is why we do it.

James from Kinetico came to our house and gave a very helpful demonstration on what the softener and drinking water station could do for our house. Had us scheduled for an install in just a couple of days. Installation took about 3 hours and did have one issue at the end when the fitting for the house water supply line broke off in the fitting for the faucet. Kinetico arranged for plumbers to come out to repair the broken fitting and they paid to replace the faucet that was damaged. During the repair the manager, Mike, was quick to respond to my emails and phone messages and addressed any concerns I had and worked hard to get through the issue. Despite the one issue I would definately use Kinetico again. I am very happy with the water softener and amazed at how good the K5 Drinking Water Station works taking the awful tasting Goodyear water and making it taste like bottled water.

This stop was to purchased filters. I really like my water softener. At times it can be a little challenging to change out the filter for someone who is not used to doing it. Overall, a great product and does not use any electricity. =-)
