Flawless install and a great system. They are very customer service oriented. You will pay a little more but it is totally worth it given the lower operating costs and ridiculously long life of their softeners. Definitely recommend them.

Very well. Kinetico cares about customer satisfaction. Install looks great. Follow up with rep to make sure system is working up to expectations is a nice touch. More testing done to prove the results is assuring since it is a big investment. Glad we went with Kinetico.

I had several issues along the way with the Kinetico install starting from the landscaping to the water dispenser on the refrigerator door not working to having problems with our brand new kitchen faucet. Everything was being blamed on the age of the house - my house is 6 years old!! This was not a smooth process and unfortunately we ended up needing a technician to come out to our house. The best part of all of this was Todd, he was amazing!! Todd was super helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions in addition to giving us some helpful tips along the way. I'm very lucky that we are in his service area and I'll be sure to ask for him each and every time we have a need. I wish we could have just dealt with him from the very beginning and I bet things would have gone much smoother.

Junior from Kinetico serviced our water softener and osmosis system today. Junior went above and beyond today exhibiting both great professionalism and attention to detail. I moved to Arizona from Idaho where I had a Kinetico water softener and RO system for a few years. I loved the system and immediately had a water softener and RO system installed in my new home. Dave took really good care of us from the front end of the sale to the back end follow up. Joey, our installer, was the best I've ever seen - amazingly conscientious and meticulous. The Kinetico systems are not the cheapest available, but water quality / purity is critically important to me and systems that can really do what Kinetico does are more expensive. I whole heartedly recommend Kinetico and the sales / installation team in Arizona.

I was very impressed that when I set the appointment, I was first told about how much it would cost so I wasn’t shocked at a $400 bill. I knew it wasn’t inexpensive but it was nice for a heads up. Junior showed up right on time and did an awesome job taking care of the system. Have been with Kinetico about 10-years or so and the service has always been top notch. Junior explained what he was going to do and about how long it would take. Done right about when he said he would be. I like that they tell me what to expect up front and have always taken care of any issues we’ve had. I’m sure there are “cheaper” companies out there but as they say, “cheap isn’t good and good isn’t cheap” so I’m happy to pay a little more for top quality work. Kinetico has always been fair with me and I have no hesitation recommending them to my friends or a stranger. You won’t go wrong and they will always treat you right.
