Installer came early on day specified. Completed work quickly and professionally. Went over procedures the owner must know to maintain system.Was clean and efficient.

Extremely professional, were there when they said they would be and constantly followed up. Install happened and they had to dig up part of our front yard, and when they left you would have never know they dug it up. I was very pleased

Overall, we were very pleased. We investigated other water filtration systems and felt like Kinetico was the best for us. It was the most expensive by far, but the best (had other water filtration company reps tell us Kinetico was the best also). They were prompt and did an excellent job with the installation. They even ran a separate drinking water line to the freezer so we could have filtered ice. The only down side we have found is that you do have to refill the salt in the outside filter approximately once a month and we tend to forget to do it. Otherwise, A+ overall.

New home owner with a Kinetico System so wanted to get it checked out. They sent Todd S out who covered the system, checked the water, and did a overall check out.Explained how the system worked, what to look for, and what to do if there was an issue. Very thorough and professional! Great service!

He was very informative but the price is really expensive. He's very pushy.

Jose came out on time, and performed a fairly heavy amount of work. Had to come into garage from outside, install system, and run drain back out of garage. Installed RO system in kitchen, and ran new line (including hose bib) along the far side of the house. Did a great job, walked us thru the system, cleaned up, and all works as promised. We have had Kinetico in 2 previous houses so expected, and got, a quality system

One installer, worked quickly, cleaned up, no mess left behind. Explained the system in detail, made sure I knew how to shut off the water in case of a problem, how to bypass the system if needed. Would use them again!

While he was here he also checked my system and check the salt levels, which he did not charge me for. He was a great young man, nice young fellow. No mess, very clean. I asked if I needed to get towels, but he said no because he had everything. After commenting to him I did not like the size of the unit and he rearranged and gave me some more remove. He removed the cover that was just for show for the extra space.

Sales was professional and non high pressure. Took time to see what system fit my needs and had systems at different price ranges.

They sent someone out and sized us up to see what we could afford which I felt was odd. I ended up not using. I did not like their approach.

Kinetico offers promotion of free water test. Called company and agent came to house.Took water sample and provide on the spot wate analysis Verbal report given difficult to follow and not record left. Found need for new water filtration systme of indeterminate cost. Waste of everyone's time - most of all Kinetico.

Called Kinetico. Dick came out and told me what I needed. He did not explain the system very well but I purchased because of the name. I wanted something that was recognized as a good product. Jose came at 8:00 AM the next morning. He was very informative told me how it worked and what it was to do. Very friendly, tidy, and quick. Jose said someone would be contacting me in the next few days. Dick had told me in the beginning he would bring me some extra salt because I ask if he could take $47.00 off my bill the day I signed the contract. He said no but he would bring me 3-4 extra bags of salt after it was installed. He also said he would be back to see me a few days after installation. Well, no one came. I finally called on Jan. 10 to see if anyone was ever coming. They did not have any record of my purchasing the unit. I was even asked if it was a Kinecto I purchased. Anyhow, Karen came out the next day and went over some things about the unit and checked the water to see if it had any clorine in it. It didn't but I already knew that. You can feel the difference. Karen said someone else would drop off the salt that it was to heavy for her. It has now been two more weeks and I still haven't heard any more nor do I have my promised salt. I see where Home Depot sells their units. I'm sorry I didn't buy it there. At least, Home Depot stands behind anything they sell. I am very happy with the softener and filter. I think I did buy a very nice unit but I certainly am not happy with their service. They cashed my check but didn't know I bought from them. Not impressed with the company.

I was initially very dissatisfied with the service as I had been advised I would be contacted the night before the day of the appointment as to the time, however I did not receive a call. Since I did not receive a call I went to work and the service man came to my house and left a card with a message for me to reschedule the appointment he also left me a phone message that he had not called the night before as he had the wrong number. Kinetico was very accommodating in rescheduling the appointment to fit with my schedule. The serviceman contacted me the night before and was on time for the appointment. He was very professional and apologetic about the mix up with my first appointment. He gave me an estimate on the work to be done and did not charge me the $135.00 service call fee.

Don't purchase a Kinectco product your held hostage to their service. The service man that came was fantastic I appreciate and respect his honesty.

This past incident was horrendous- after I told Bryan of the non shipped order, he voluntarily told me he would send TWO sets of filters. Today ONE set arrived. I emailed Bryan about the 2nd set, he then had the nerve to tell me that the 2nd set was an (unsent) "apology" but that now he "would not send them b/c I expected them"! Apparently I did not show Bryan enough appreciation for his incompetence, and he became angry with me for reminding him of HIS promise to me. There was no note or email of apology, and nothing to inform us that WE would need to contact him for the "apology" gift. Obviously Bryan had NO intention of paying for the 2nd set, & assumes his customers are stupid. It is difficult to convey the disgust this pathetic customer service leaves me with- the worst part is the BLATANT RUDENESS Maricopa Water just showed (in writing) to a long term paying customer. Avoid this place! They do not deserve or care about you or your business.

The Kinetico guys were very quick to respond and do an amazing sales pitch. I don't doubt that their equipment does a really good job, but I really couldn't justify spending well over $4000 on a water conditioning system. I ended up using American Home Water to put in a water softener with the top of the line Clack valve (the key to any water softener) for $1100. Perhaps Kinetico is better (I'm not 100% convinced they are), but I can't believe they are four times better...

We submitted an online inquiry on Monday and received a call the same day. On Wed evening, Jon Owens came out to test our water and give us an estimate. We were already existing Kinetico customers from a previous home so we knew what to expect. Jon served as a hydrologist in the Marine Corps during Desert Shield/Storm and is an expert when it comes to water treatment. He pointed out that the builder reduced the size of the copper pipe coming into the house and that we were not getting all the flow we could. He tested the water and gave us an estimate for the recommended system based on the size of the house and the number of people in the family. We received a $50 discount for being existing Kinetico customers. Once we agreed to the system and the price he contacted their installer (at 8PM) and got us scheduled for Friday morning. He spent a great deal of time with us that night going over how to get the most out of soft water in our washer, dishwasher, and everyday cleaning. We also liked that fact that Kinetico provides samples of Ultra soap products upon install and the customer can order up to $300 in soap and household cleaners at no additional cost. Yet another feature we liked was the option of having a smaller brine tank. Our other house has the full size tank which is fine when mounted on the garage floor. Our current home has a shelf in the garage for the water softener and hot water heater. The smaller brine tank is at a perfect height so we don't have to climb up to see how much salt is left. The installer showed up shortly after 8AM on Friday as promised and was finished in just under 3 hours. The installation area in the garage was left clean and the old de-chlorinator system was hauled off. They also gave us 4 bags of salt. We immediately noticed that there was better flow volume from all faucets and shower heads. After only one dishwasher cycle the unsightly mineral deposits on the stainless steel dishwasher door were gone. Drinking glasses that had an etched look to them are now clear. We also like the fact that the new softener has a easy to turn dial that we can select from "In service", "Off" or "Bypass" if we don't want soft water to outside spigots. This has been handy when we had some landscaping done and they needed to water from the hose. The RO faucet on the counter comes in many colors and finishes and my wife liked the fact that we could match the brushed brass look of our other kitchen fixtures. In our last house we went through roughly 1 bag of salt every two weeks. It has now been 3 weeks since the new system has been installed and we are still on the same bag of salt, even with my in-laws here for a visit. Yes Kinetico is way more expensive than other companies but for the service and quality it can't be beat.

They have the most courteous salespeople. When they made the appointment to install the system the technician was on time, did a good job and cleaned up after himself.

We did not make a purchase. The sales person came 45 minutes late. Her comment that, "I'm not going to apologize for the price," was just not appropriate. The product may be wonderful, but the price was three times higher than competitors.

They're just really nice folks to deal with. We were so pleased with Kinetico in Illinois we used them again. They are trouble free systems. They come out and check your home and see what your needs are. They tell you what you need and kind of let you decide as far as what system you want to go with. They analyze your water too.

We received an estimate from Kinetco. The presentation was lengthy, but very detailed. The price was very high - over $5000 for a water softener and RO for the kitchen.

I love my Kinetico! I switched a few months ago from an electric water softener that used so much salt and water. My water bill went down and I?m spending less money on cleaning supplies. I had to replace my glasses because of the hard water damage, and haven?t had any problems since I got the Kinetico. Also, haven?t seen any soap scum on my shower door. My salesman was very nice, not pushy, and gave me several options to choose from. They have cheap systems to high priced ones and I chose one in the middle that removes chlorine from my water too. They came back to make sure my system worked. Would definitely recommend them. I plan to buy their drinking water system after the holidays.

While I'm happy with the work (RO system replacement), I'm not happy with the price (very high). Also, I felt that the service guy was more interested in selling me a new softener than actually providing a reasonable repair estimate. Specifically, I think he priced the repair estimate very high so that it was almost a "no-brainer" to just replace the unit ($3K). I'm sort of conflicted about Kinetico. They seem to be the "gold standard," but there's a lack of objective data (eg Consumer Reports) available on the different brands (Kinetico, Culligan, Sears, local shops, etc.).

We didn't decide to use this company. Their product is good, but it's overpriced. Their responsiveness was good.

I have bubbles in my hair now; I only have to use a few drops of shampoo in my hair. The interaction was good. I thought the price was high; but who knows?
