"We’re sorry our product did not fit with your budget. In our industry, Kinetico’s pricing is fair and competitive. There are long term savings: no expenses on timers or motors; no electric costs (works off water pressure); savings on operating costs since the equipment is so efficient; and the unit will most likely last 18-20 years, whereas electric systems typically last 4-7 years. If you move, you can take it with you and the warranty is transferable, unlike many of the other warranties in our industry. In addition, multiple Kinetico products have been rated a Consumers Digest Best Buy. The Kinetico system also offers unique benefits such as twin-tank, continuous flow and an option to include whole house filtration to remove chlorine, foul odors, and tastes. I have always heard and known that you get what you pay for; with Kinetico I got far more than I expected. The kids don't have dry itchy skin now. The shower is clean and no squeegee. I thought I only wanted to have a drinking water system; but now I am so glad we decided to get a Kinetico non-electric whole-house water conditioner. I also got the Bio-Pure Purefecta system because of the 99.999% bacteria and virus system. The best thing is it tastes great and they came back and tested it after a month and it's way better than my bottled water. We tested five different bottled waters and none compared to kinetico wow! I would say to anyone even considering water to check out kinetico like we did, they were GREAT! Sales Rep A+, Installer A+, Service after sale A++. Overall Quality A+!

Overall they did a neat, clean and professional install. They were on-time for every appointment, sales, install and follow-up testing. They showed us all the steps to maintaining the system and have offered to return to walk us through the first filter change. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

HAPPY WITH OUR WATER SOFTENER. DISAPPOINTED, HOWEVER, WITH THE WAY OUR WATER LINES ARE SET UP AT THE HOUSE. WE ONLY GET SOFTENED WATER ON THE HOT WATER.

THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THEY WERE ABLE TO HANDLE THE INSTALLATION WHEN OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T. THEY RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM AND FOUND A PLUMBER WHO COULD WORK IN THE SMALL ATTIC SPACE.

THEY ARE ONE OF THE MORE EXPENSIVE WATER SOFTENING SYSTEMS, BUT IN THE LONG RUN SHOULD PROVE COST EFFECTIVE. THE QUALITY OF THE WATER IS EXCELLENT, IT USES LESS SALT THAN OTHER SYSTEMS AND IS NON ELECTRIC.

WE HAVE OWNED VARIOUS BRANDS OF WATER SOFTENERS, BUT KINETICO IS THE BEST. SALT USAGE IS VERY MINIMAL AND DUAL TANK UNIT ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE SOFT WATER ALL THE TIME. MARICOPA WATER PROCESSING SYSTEMS IS THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR KINETICO AND I THINK THEY REALLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT. SERVICE PRICES AND PARTS PRICES THEY CHARGE ARE 15 TO 20% HIGHER THAN ONES IN CHICAGO AREA. I THINK IF THEIR PRICES WERE MORE REASONABLE, THEIR BUSINESS WOULD EXPLODE IN PHOENIX AREA. THEY CHARGED US $49 TO CHECK SOFTENER IN SHOP BEFORE SCHEDULING RE-INSTALL. THIS WORK TOOK ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE ORIGINAL INSTALL AND CONTINUE TO BE PROMPT AND DO A GOOD JOB KEEPING THE SYSTEM CLEAN AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO TAKE CARE OF AN UNDER SINK REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM, PERFORMING STANDARD FILTER CHANGES.

THIS COMPANY DOES PRETTY GOOD WORK, HOWEVER, THEIR OFFICE STAFF IS NOT VERY CUSTOMER-FOCUSED. THEY WILL ALSO ONLY MAKE GENERAL TIME-FRAME APPOINTMENTS, REQUIRING THE HOMEOWNER TO BE AVAILABLE FOR SIX HOURS AT A TIME.
