Description of Work: We have had Kinetico water softner and RO for about 10 years and have wonderful service every time we have dealt with them.......we normally have to visit their office about one time a year for new filters for the RO system. Each time, we have had really good service; everyone is very professional and polite. We have never had any problems with the system in all the time we have had it.

Description of Work: Replaced 15-year-old Kinetico system. The Kinetico folks from management to sales to installation are the best. The new system is a major upgrade in technology which I expect to last at least another 15 years. For Arizona water, I would definitely recommend Kinetico and Maricopa Water Processing. Very pleased and satisfied.

Description of Work: Had presentation, water testing and quote for Kinetico "hybrid" system with softener and R.O. drinking water system. Tech/Rep was very good but the quoted price for our system was over $6400. Will be looking for a more cost-effective system.

Description of Work: The technician replaced our reverse osmosis filters and checked the whole house system to make sure it was operating properly. We've been very satisfied with the water softening system. The service we receive is prompt and professional. It is not cheap, but we feel it is worth the cost to maintain our water softening system properly.

Description of Work: Provider was initially much later in follow up than promised. When they did follow up they apologized and were concerned that they may have entered email incorrectly. They have since followed up and even brought a replacement filter as a way of saying sorry for the late follow up. The follow up was excellent Jack took us through both the softener and the R.O. system again. This was initially done when installed but it is much better after you have had the system for a while and can use it and better digest the instructions. We are very satisfied with our system.

Description of Work: Kinetico no longer provides service for their QUAD units and indicated I needed to purchase an entire new unit. If the product is so good why would they not provide service for their units? To replace the unit it was going to cost me over $3000.00!

Description of Work: They came to fill water softener with salt in home that we just bought, they said the unit looked kind of old and we would need a new system that would cost over $4500, they gave us no alternative choices, they also put a new cartridge in our reverse osmosis system and charged us over $300 for this. We contacted a second company for an estimate and they put in a new system including a charcoal filter and a new reverse osmosis system all for about $1800.

Description of Work: Initial meeting with sales rep went well. Very informative and thorough, lasted almost two hours. Work was done on time. Professionally and done neatly. Only negative was that sales rep never checked back, called or contacted me to see if work was done satisfactorily or if system was working to our expectations. Just kind of felt that the sales rep only cared about selling us the unit and nothing else.

Description of Work: I had the representative come to my home to give me a quote on a water system. He tested my water, he looked over my water closet, and the attic and we talked about my needs. He gave a very detailed presentation of what the system does and how it can benefit all my needs. He gave the written quote and I said I would think about how much of it I could do, if not all and then call him. I called him and ask to pared down the amount of area to cover and let me know. He did that and got back to me with another written quote by Monday a.m. I felt that I needed to wait on this job financially for a while and save up a little more money so I let him know. He was very nice about it and thanked me for my business and said when I was ready to just let him know. I felt that he did such a great job and was so professional in handling my concerns, especially considering that I ended up having to hold off on the job for a while. I most certainly will use this Company when I get ready to put this great system in my home and I want this same sales person to service my account as I feel he is very trustworthy as is his Company. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
