Jaime was in and out in no time. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He used a plumbing snake to get the gunk out of the drain and fixed a leak by replacing the overflow gasket in the tub.

Service was performed promptly and well. There were no problems.

Jaime was very prompt and did good work. He was clean, efficient and his pricing was fair.

Jamie was able to schedule work for the same day I called. He was on time, worked hard, did a good job, and charged a reasonable price. He replaced a larger valve that looked like a real headache. Good experience, and I would call again.

I found J.I. Plumbing on Angie's List. When I called to make the appointment and told him what I needed done, he said the cost would be $295 total, $85 for the disposal installation and $210 to replace the two hose bibs. He was able to come that same day and showed up right on time. He installed the new disposal, replaced the front hose bib and fixed the leak in the back hose bib by replacing the handle - not able to remove/replace the old hose bib in the backyard because the fixture is too close to the house to use a welding torch. Work took two hours. I used an Angie's List coupon for 10% off for first time visit so the total was $265. He did a good job. My only concern is the price seems a bit high.

This plumbing company was called late Friday afternoon and Jamie was at our house prepared to go to work within an hour. Using special equipment, he had the toilet unclogged within 10 minutes. The aerators were removed from my faucets and cleaned out very quickly.

Late Friday night we submitted an online interest form. He called on Saturday. We didn't get back to him until early Monday morning. He was able to go out that same day to perform the test. He called to discuss the results and also gave additional helpful insight. Jaime was very responsive and helpful. His price was also $25 less than the competition - another highly rated Angie's List provider.

I accidentally flushed the toilet paper holder down the toilet. Jaimie was able to get to my home within an hour of my call. He attempted to dislodge the holder by vac and snaking. Even after he determined that it was no longer there, he stayed a while and continued to test the toilet to make sure there was no blockage. Jaimie was very courteous and professional. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to come over and that he did not perform unnecessary and more expensive services. I would definitely hire him again.

Great solution!! Instant hot water!! I first hired him to do plumbing repairs/replacements at home we were selling in 2011. Prices are fair, workmanship perfect. He is an honest business man with tremendous experience. He has to travel quite a distance now to care for my main home, and I'm so glad he will come this far.

Jamie said he could be here at noon and was right on time. He wasn't sure if he retrieve the faucet handle where it broke which would have required a much more costly fix, fortunately he was able to. He also repaired the main shut off valve and it is very easy to now shut off the water to the entire house if necessary. I was pleased with the service he provided.

The plumber (Jaimie Innes) was here an hour after I called him about my garbage disposal not working. He installed a new 1/2 horsepower disposal. I really appreciated the prompt and efficient service.

On the early morning of 1/30/14 discovered a lot of water on the tile near floor the powder bathroom, laundry room and water heater. Freaked out as we noticed the water seemed to be coming from the space between the tile and baseboard behind the wall of powder bathroom sink. We verified this as the spot where there might be a leak but unsure if it was the pipe on the wall or beneath the floor. Looked in Angie's list and found J.I. Plumbing with all A's and very satisfied customers. So, decided to call them first! Gave them a call and Jaime answered the phone right away in a courteous manner. I explained the situation and he said he would not be available until later in the afternoon at 4 pm. I was a little dismayed at this so called around other plumbers as our experience before was that you call them but they never called back/showed up at all. Jaime arrived at 3pm and we rejoiced! He looked at the problem area were the leak was and after a few minutes was positively sure it was a slab leak. We would need to hire a leak detector to determine the exact location. After checking with insurance, Jaime provided us with a reputable company ?Precision Locating?. The leak detector company came next day and located the leak in about 1 hour ($200). The leak was somewhere in between the slab and the wall. They did an awesome job as well. Jaime would come back the following week to repair the leak. On Monday, 2/4 Jaime found the leak after thoroughly checking pressure with some gadgets. Anyhow, the good news is that he could re-route the hot water pipe that was buried under the floor through the ceiling out into the hot water heater and to avoid costly demolish of the floor. Since this area was all near each other it could be done in such a cost effective way. Our total bill was $927.60. He also replaced the water heater which was clogged with a new one and added some new manifolds that were caked up with hard water. Also, replaced the main water shut off valve which was badly damaged by the hot sun and would not turn. To replace water heater and the 2 new manifolds the charge was $898. Jaime was honest, reliable, prized within reason punctual, very personable, clean and methodical. He took his time to do the work and did not rush out of the house like other service people we?ve had in the past. He made sure all the water fixtures were working properly before turning the water back on and kept us informed of the whole process. He is a third generation plumber so could probably do plumbing with his eyes closed! I will keep his number on my fridge from now on :-)

I was able to text a picture to Jamie and he got back to me with what he thought I could do on my own to take care of the problem. I was able to follow his advice and resolved the problem.

Repaired a leak in an outside waterline. As I was leaving the house for work, I noticed water bubbling up from the ground by the front sidewalk near the street. Once I got to work, I started researching plumbers and finally chose J.I.Plumbing. I called them and he was able to go to my house, identify and fix the problem within a few hours. Since I was at work, he kept in contact with me by phone to let me know what was happening and fixed it for the cost quoted. He was very nice and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He was quick, efficient, and fit me into his busy schedule the same day. I would definitely recommend them to others and plan on using them on future plumbing problems/projects.

The price was a little high, but the service was great. On time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Jaimie responded to my call promptly when water was gushing out of my kitchen sink. I picked up a new faucet from a supplier that he recommended and he replaced the faucet with the new one the next day. He has to drive at least 45 min to my house and always responds promptly. The job was professional and he left the site neat and clean. I am very happy with his work.

Jamie tightened and locked disposal unit to the sink ( it was not when I reattached it) underneath and found a screw in the unit and got it out. It now hums as it should or used to and he cleansed the unit so it does not smell yucky now. Job well done in a small amount of time. Very satisfied!!

J. I. plumbing was able to fit us into their schedule on short notice to install a faucet. We were very happy with the results, and the promptness of fitting us into the schedule.

A really bad first impression by a rude phone operator. He demanded to be taken off our hands free speaker phone. This persons behavior is shameful and unacceptable of a business rated on Angies list. Extreme;y unprofessional.

My wife and I are in our 70's, and like so many others, on a fixed income. Our toilet would take forever to shutoff when it was flushed. We worried we were waisting water, and about the cost of our water bill. We found J.I. Plumbing, LLC 0n Angie's List and they met all our requirements: Close to our house, Straight "A" ratings, and they offered a senior discount. We called and set up an appointment. They arrived right on time and the plumber, I've forgotten his name, was very pleasant. It didn't take him long to fix the problem, and he left the area just as he found it. We were a little surprised at the price. I'm sure it's a fair price, it even included a 10% senior discount. I guess now'a'days everything is more expensive than you expect it to be. J.I. Plumbing LLC their motto is "Service With Integrity" And they are the plumbers we will call from now on.

The repair went was and he did the work as quoted. My only concern is that the previous day I called them because the pilot light had gone out on my existing water heater and I was not able to light it myself. He came in promptly and immediately lit the heater. He could not explain why it went out when i asked. The very next morning I went out to my garage and saw a puddle around the water heater and of course the pilot was out again. When he came back he said that the leak had most likely caused the pilot to go out. I knew the water heater had to be replaced at this point. My question is why was I not told this on the first visit. i could have saved the cost of a service call. Other than that this company does respond very quickly and i would probably use them again.

Was the only plumber we could get to respond promptly to our leaking water heater on a Sunday and came shortly after call to circumvent leak so we could still use cold water and then returned as promised on Monday and completed installation of a new water heater. Gave precise pricing and detailsof service and completed all professionally.
