Jaimie came out extremely quickly. The toilet was loose and the tank was leaking. He had to replace the wax ring, the broken flange, and the toilet seals. (The hard water had taken its toll.) Even after it was first installed, that toilet was not as secure as it is now. As for the valve replacement, I no longer have water in the cabinet under my sink, so that went well. I am quite happy to pay a plumber that returns calls, shows up on time, and does quality work.

Jaimie got back to me soon after I left a message; he came the next day and fixed our problems quickly and was very professional.

First of all, Jaimie was very prompt. He did a great job in replacing the hose bibb. I was going to do it myself but I didn't realize at the time I bought the wrong item. It pays to hire a professional. Very satisfied.

On Friday we called him to replace another of our toilets to a taller model, replace one sink we purchased in our master bathroom, drain our water heater to remove all the calcium buildup and repair a shower valve. He scheduled the appointment for first thing Monday morning, showed up on time and did another EXCELLENT JOB. Great customer service, great prices. First of all, Price was rated as N/A as we didn't choose this company for our needs so no money paid or service performed. We will NEVER hire this company and would recommend anyone to BEWARE of dealing with this company. Otherwise, buyer beware! I started off calling to get an estimate. Jaimie would only provide an estimate over the phone and not in person, of which other reputable contractors provide free estimates IN PERSON to insure they would see what the job would entail. So, I received an estimate over the phone from him based upon other estimates received in person. He quoted me an absurd amount of money, based on other quotes received. After I hung up with him, he sent me a text saying he was sorry and actually misquoted me. In that text, in which I still have, he provided that quote, which was actually very competitive after being revised at that time. Most people would send via email, but after our conversation, he didn't have my email address. So, after receiving the text, I asked for an received an estimate via email, of which Jaimie sent out the next day. After receiving other estimates, items came up. I called to request a revised estimate based on what I found out. Jaimie REFUSED to send me a revised estimate and said, "Just write it on the estimate I provided via email" - VERY ODD RESPONSE. Was it too much work to provide an updated estimate or pure laziness? My goal was to get an accurate estimate to compare so we could make he best decision for our project. Jaimie acted like our project was not important to him. Based on our last conversation, we didn't feel comfortable and had no confidence in Jaimie completing our project, even if he would have the best overall bid. Another company has now completed our project, much to our satisfaction.

He arrived on time and examined the leaking faucet. He said fixing the faucet was possible only if we could get the part from the faucet manufacturer. I made the decision to purchase a new faucet. He gave me advice as to which faucet I should purchase and said he would return the following day to install it. He installed it and it works great.

Jaimie was: - Punctual, - able replace the valve as well as a supply hose. (The valve worked as expected and the cost of the service was very reasonable.) - very personable and very easy to talk to. We found our permanent plumber!

Faucet was hard to fix. Ended up charging too much for labor for the extra part he had to get. Looks like he under estimated the first time he reviewed and priced the work badly.

Called JI Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet and also check the outside water pressure valve as I had noticed somewhat increased water pressure in the house. Jamie was punctual and arrived on time. He installed the new motion-sensing kitchen faucet I had purchased and also installed a new pressure valve on the main water intake to the house. He does take his time and does a very thorough job. His attention to detail was excellent. Almost like he was doing the repair in his own house. J I Plumbing may not be the cheapest, but Jamie definitely did high quality work. I will use Jamie again for my plumbing needs.

Jaime is very professional, he works quickly and has extremely good troubleshooting skills. The gas leak was somewhat subtle but he found it and rectified a somewhat dangerous situation. He knows the tricks of the trade including how to get old fittings. I would have him work on any of my plumbing issues.

In summary, another great experience! Jaimie was able to fit me in at very short notice, bailing me out from having to washes dishes in the bathroom. Considering the tight space to work in and maneuver pipes in, it was all done within 2 1/2 hours and at a reasonable cost. I'll definitely be using this company again, if I have any more plumbing jobs.

I'm on vacation visiting my step-daughter's to see how she is doing in her new fixer upper. Upon arriving late Saturday afternoon, I learned she was in major need of a new kitchen faucet. In fact, the current faucet was beyond repair for weeks and she was in despair. We couldn't start enjoying our vacation until this faucet was fixed. So I decided to fix it myself. Sure enough, the main shut off valve was in poor condition to the point that if I turned it to the off position, it would still be partially open. I needed a new sink so I cranked it hard with the adjustable pliers and finally reduced the water to a drizzle. I then got to work installing new valves for the new kitchen faucet. By the time I finished the install, the kitchen faucet was ready to test for leaks. However, the rotary dial on the shut-off would turn, but not open the main. I thought, great, here I am in a new part of town, not knowing anybody who could help on a Saturday night, let alone all day Sunday. I felt terrible knowing my step-daughter's problem was only made worse because of me. So first thing Sunday morning, I found this company on Angie's list. This company was able to answer my call without delay on Sunday morning and they arrived the same day. Not only did they fix the shutoff valve, but they also agreed to check and fix my faucet for leaks, which allowed us to use our new faucet with confidence. All of this work was performed promptly and the price was spectacular, especially since it was on a Sunday. JJ Plumbing came to our rescue, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Excellent experience - called on Sunday and didn't expect a response until Monday but Jamie called back in just a few minutes and came first thing on Monday morning. On time, professional, and spent extra time explaining some basic maintenance processes to me. Would definitely use again.
