Great. Very professional.

Jeff was very professional. He promptly returned my initial call to request service and came out to evaluate within the next few days. He researched new lighting options and called with options and pricing. Once we decided he arrived promptly on the day scheduled for service. He and his team did the work as requested and within a reasonable time. In addition, Jeff looked at some other issues we were experiencing with the pump at the time and tried to assist even though this was outside the scope of agreed work. In the end, the other problem was actually something covered under a warranty so the repair was handled under my warranty process. Jeff rescheduled his work to ensure that he would be finished before the warranty work commenced on the same day. Given his punctuality, professionalism and flexibility to accommodate our needs, I would recommend his company for pool repair needs.

Jeff replaced our filter with a DME filter after the old one gave out. He had to re-plumb quite a bit of piping as well. He worked us into the schedule quickly and communicated with us very well. Will definitely use him again.

Jeff remained in constant contact to let me know when my new pump had arrived so that he may make an appointment to install. Less than three days later the pool was up and running. He explained the programming on the new pump well so that I was comfortable with it's workings.

I spoke to Jeff on the phone on Thursday afternoon. He asked me to send a picture of the salt water chrlorinator that I need removed. Based on the picture, Jeff provided an estimate via text message and scheduled to come out on Saturday. Jeff and Keith arrived on Saturday morning as promised. They went straight to work on cutting the plumbing and removing the chlorinator. After they were finished, you can't even tell that a salt system was installed. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and the cost. I would use them again.

We've used Hayden's Pool Service for the last 2 or 3 months. Jeff provides great service and he is professional. The price, quality, and responsiveness are excellent.

The electrical wiring to our pool pump had a short, so the pump had not run for a couple months. The pool was quite dirty. I drained the pool myself to save a few bucks. The pool looked like new once the job was completed. The day it was scheduled to start was extremely windy, so Jeff called to ask if I minded him coming the next day. I didn't mind at all, especially at the thought of acid being blown up into his face. Jeff was very polite, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. Needless to say, we have hired him to clean our pool weekly.

Very informative and knowledgeable. Received estimate on Friday and work was completed on Saturday morning. Clean up was excellent.

Jeff is a great guy. He first came by to give an estimate. I had others who gave higher estimates and were not as knowledgeable as Jeff was. He is professional person in his field and I would hire him again. I will tell my friends about him as well.

I turned to Jeff, when my former pool service was unable to send a repairman for four days. He answered the phone immediately, and came to my home within four hours to assess the problem. The next day he arrived with a replacement unit, installed and calibrated it and it has been running without problem ever since. I switched over my weekly maintenance service so he now performs that as well. I have found him to be punctual, and an excellent communicator both by phone and email. He takes care of small repairs as the need occurs, always being careful to get my approval. I would recommend him for repair or routine maintenance.

Jeff keeps the pool clean and working. He doesn't find broken things all of the time and does the job very well. I'm extremely happy with how everything is going.

My auto water leveler needed replacing and Jeff made sure I knew how to turn the water off to my pool until he could get to my house. He came and did the work within two days. I also needed my bi-annual filter cleaning and he conveniently did that at the same time. He is truly a professional and even without having his full great pool service anymore (not because of him but because I had to cut some corners financially), he keeps me on his list to make sure my filters get cleaned as necessary. I would definitely recommend him

I was actually referred to Hayden's Pool Service by another company on Anglie's list. I am very pleased with the service. Jeff has taken great care of my pool. I recently purchased this house and the pervious owner's didn't take care of the pool too well. Jeff had to reaplce a few things but he got my pool up and running in no time. I highly recommend him. I have had his monthly service now since sometime in May 2012 through today (8/16/12). I do not ever plan to change pool service providers.

Jeff was very professional. The day that I called him (found his service on Angie's List), he asked me to first check to see if the GFS was accidentily tripped. I checked and that was not the problem. Jeff set up an app't for the next day to come and analyze the problem. He called the next day to tell me he had two othwer stops and asked if he could come on hour later which was fine with me. He arrived on time and removed the lens cover to discover that water was inside the fixture.He cleaned the lens, wiped it dry, replaced the bulb and new gasket and reassembled the light fixture. It worked. later that evening, I turned on the light and it was much much brighter than previously. Was very satisfied with Jeff's professionalism, honesty, knowledge and would not hesitate to use him again for any pool needs.

We would highly recommend Jeff's pool service and plan to use his company again in the future! On the 4th of July we suffered what we feared was a catastrophic pool problem when our Barracuda and our pool filtering system stopped working. We had been repairing tile around our pool and a lot of grout and other bits of hard material entered our pool filter. It began making odd noises, and no longer had suction. We were extremely concerned, given that in our heat you cannot leave a pool without an operating pump, and we had no idea who to call, how long it would take, or how large the project would be. We looked on Angie's list, and proceeded to call 3 companies, all with A ratings and good reviews. Jeff was the only one who called us back, and on the afternoon of a holiday no less (one company never returned our message, and another called back the following day). Jeff worked with us over the phone for about 30 minutes, trying to see if we could get the system restarted. With his help we were able to identify a broken part, but when the system still didn't work he said he would get us in the following day. Jeff called as promised, as he was on the way to our home, and even managed to get us in earlier than he thought he would be able to. He was able to fix our problem, as well as give us advice on some other related pool issues. In addition to the problem at hand, Jeff did some other more minor touch-ups to our pool equipment without charge. We were completely impressed with Jeff's expertise and professionalism - and it goes without saying - thrilled that he would take his own time on a holiday to try to troubleshoot our system, and get our problem fixed so quickly. We're glad to have found a service that we can rely on.

Jeff was referred to me by another company that I found on Angie's List that didn't have the time to help me but didn't want me to be left stranded either. I just bought a home with a really old in-ground spa that had stagnant water sitting in it for a very long time. Jeff came by and assessed the situation. He only needed to drain it, clean it, fix an O-ring, and refill it. Whew! I assumed that this old system would need a lot of work, but was very happy that he got it working so quickly and without a lot of expense. He even took a late night call to answer a very important question....how soon can we get into the spa! I will definitely use him again.
