Jeff was great. Showed up on time and had it done quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves. Would hire them again.

He responded almost immediately when I left him a message. He said he was out of town. He explained that. He said as soon as he got back into town he would get ahold of me. The day after he got back into town he was over rebuilding the pump motor for me. Those things aren't cheap. He offered me three different options: good, better, or best. That to me when they give me options means a lot more than when they present you with a flat price and say it is either this or nothing. He showed me what he did. I went out and looked at it. Every time he has been here he has cleaned something up or found something that was wrong and fixed it. I'm sure he hasn't charged me for some of that. We kind of bonded the first time he came out. I left a message. He was out of town traveling and he called me back in like 10 minutes. The first time he came out on his own. The second time he brought one of his helpers.

I called numerous places and Jeff Hayden called back even though he was out of town. He wasn't able to get anyone dispatched until Tuesday but texted me prior to arriving himself. He repaired the PVC and also noticed an issue with my salt cell, which he came out the following day and repaired as well. Excellent service at a fair price, I highly recommend Hayden's Pool Service!

Jeff arrived on time, gave me an overview of the pool for the house we recently purchased. He comes out weekly to maintain the pool, and completed the semi-annual filter cleaning. We are very pleased with his service.

Jeff was very nice and provided me two options to repair my broken pool equipment. There was no pressure to go either way and I felt as if I was free to choose either. The repair looks great and the equipment looks better than it did before the break.

I called Hayden Pool Service (Jeff) first, because I had had a very satisfactory service experience with his company three years ago. He was able to schedule a repair the next day, and since I had sent him a picture of the leak, he was able to quote a firm price. He showed up on time, with the appropriate parts, and was done with the repair in about 45 minutes. Nothing like being able to leave town for a few days knowing that a potential problem has been resolved! (The problem from three years ago never came back either!)

Jeff is awesome! He came out and gave us a free estimate on replacing our old sand filter (which was leaking and not repairable) with a new cartridge filter. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. He told us the best one we needed and his pricing was more than fair! I've checked out alot of companies. We hired him and he was able to come out and do the work just a few days later. He went above and beyond by replumbing the whole system and painting everything so it looks Great! I would definitely hire him if you need a good honest pool guy!

Really enjoyed working with this company. Jeff contacted me very promptly after I left a message. He understood exactly what was needed and worked us into the schedule for the following day. The tech arrived with the correct parts to do the job, and he completed it very quickly. He addressed all my questions & concerns. Definitely will call them again.

Jeff quickly deduced problem was with gear box and not with pop up devices in pool when he noticed two pop ups were failing. When the gearbox was examined, he was correct and pointed out that one of the rubber pistons control both pop ups was not retracting. Work done on the PVC piping was done perfectly. Professional. Punctual. Craftsman. Fair. Honest.

Jeff and Brandon were great to work with. Jeff is very knowledgable and helped me understand my pool and issues with the pool pump. I hired him to drain, acidwash, refill, and add startup chemicals to my pool. He patiently answered all my questions and we worked out a mix of things I could do and what he would do for me. I highly recommend Hayden's Pool Service.

Jeff was able to come out last week at the last minute and get everything ready to go for Monday when family visited our new home for the first time. He kept all his promises and kept in communication when expectations had to change. He was very professional and got us up and running with the minimum amount of hassle. We will be using him for our pool maintenance from now on.

Jeff was very easy to work with around my schedule and did a great job fixing the leak in my filter. He initially came out 1/19 to replace the o-ring (because that's what I thought it was) and found that the pressure guage was also cracked and needed replacing. He was able to pick up the necessary parts that night and came back the next morning to finish the service. I would absolutely call Jeff again with any pool repair needs. He was extremely easy to work with and at no point tried to sell me anything I didn't need (rare quality).

Jeff helped us understand the workings of our pool and spa. He was very knowledgeable and had no trouble figuring out our equipment. He was patient and took the time to make sure we understood all the systems and was able to make some repairs on the spot. We would definitely work with Hayden's again.

We are very impressed by Hayden's. Jeff was able to come in right away and diagnose our chemical issues and balance our pool right away. It was an extreme relief to have this done as we had been struggling most of the summer before we hired Hayden's a few months ago. Jeff does let us know if he believes there needs to be a repair or extra chemicals added before he does anything. We are extremely satisfied with Hayden's.

Jeff was amazing! He gave us many different options about what to do about the cracked pool pump. He never pressured us in to buying something we weren't comfortable with. We ended up getting the top of the line pool pump that Jeff recommended and we couldn't be happier. He was able to come the next day and install our new pump. He really takes pride in his work. I would use Hayden's pool service again in a heartbeat. We love our new pool pump and the services that Jeff provided.
