Description of Work: Scott checked to see if we have a slab leak and verified that we do not. He then suggested other possibilities as to why our water bill was 3X higher (i.e. pool leak, sprinkler system, etc.). He also suggested that replacing the toilets with more water-efficient ones would be a savings in the long run, but also said he could fix the problem with the toilet without replacing it, if we wanted. Scott was very professional. There was no charge to his initial visit and he spent time outside and inside our home. | |We later decided to replace the toilets and contacted him. We were able to purchase the toilets using his discount. He then replaced the toilets for us for the price he quoted before the installation. | |We now consider him our plumber. | |PS: The pool company determined that the leak was behind the pool light.

My faucet was uncommon in that it used a hands free motor which might have required more install time, but Scott made sure to do it in under an hour. He is also very clean. He made sure there was no dirt left in his work area and cleaned up old dirt left behind from removing old faucet. If requested, he will dispose of your old faucet for you. Scott also wears shoe covers when entering your home which I find to be very considerate.
Description of Work: Remove old kitchen faucet and install customer supplied new faucet.

+ -1 moreOur RO system came with the house we purchased, and not having had one in the past meant we knew very little about them. Scott was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. It took him about 15 minutes to inspect our system and give us a price which was extremely reasonable. After procuring the needed tank, the maintenance was completed in under an hour. He explained the entire system to us and gave us tips on maintenance and what needs to be done with it, when, so we can keep it maintained. We really appreciated the professionalism.

+ -1 moreEZ Flow Plumbing did a great job. I had a tub that had no hot water, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and determined what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't have the part on hand (it was a very obscure part), but obtained it promptly and returned a few days later to fix it. The cost was less than what I expected. He was very professional, courteous, and prompt. He showed up when he said he would, so I didn't have to sit around waiting for him. I will definitely use him again!
