We selected them from Angie’s List after reading the reviews. They responded immediately. Service techs Greg & Jessie are very professional and explained our options. We choose a new unit, and in was installed early the next morning. I would definitely recommend this company and we will call them again for future needs

Richard explained my options as to a repair service call and 3 different priced options for a replacement. I opted for the replacement with a 6 year warranty. The job was explained and done professionally by Richard. I will use EZ FLOW again if needed.

Went poorly, EZ FLow would not give me any indication of the price. They said that the plumber would assess the work, quote the work, and then I could decide then if I wanted it done. The plumber shows up, he quotes me $325 to replace the wax seal. I said, it's one hour and a $20 part, why so much? Mike Cantrell, the plumber, didn't disagree and said that's their fixed price for the job. Why they didn't provide the fixed price over the phone is just poor tactics, they bring a plumber to your home and then overcharge you to have the work done. Needless to say, I sent them packing. Called another local outfit who said it would be $185 and they could be out today. Be cautious of EZ Flow's poor tactics and price gouging.

Andy at EZ Flo was PHENOMENAL!! He was so super to work with - you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He did everything as promised for the price promised. He sent me updates on his progress and even juggled his tasks around my painters. Prices were very fair and the work was exceptional. He explained everything in just the right amount of detail and I learned some great stuff about water hardness from him. This is probably the most positive experience I have had with a plumber.

Rich was great. I got a text so I knew he was on his way and he explained to me what happened and what needed to be done. A quote was given before any work was done. It ended up needing to be replaced. He hauled our old one away and installed a new one within a few hours. Very friendly and talked to me about how to care for new one.

Scott runs a great company. He and his staff are very attentive to detail, and very courteous. They wear cloth boots before coming into the home and clean up after their work. He is very accessible via email text, or phone. Scott went out of his way to make sure the job is well done and to the satisfaction of the customer.

EZ Flow was responsive, professional, and well priced. Overall a great experience.

Scott Reisack contacted me promptly after reading my review of Aug 22 about the slab leak job. He offered to dig the area up again and redo the piping to my satisfaction, I declined because it’ll be quite messy again. He also offered to give me some money to compensate for the inconvenience I had to go through and the dissatisfaction I felt about the work. I declined that as well since I really don’t want money. Then he offer me a 10 year warranty on the job, which I accepted. This shows that he really tries to do a good job for every one of his clients, to their satisfaction, and he stands behind every job that’s done by his crew. I appreciate his genuine, sincere efforts to try to make things right. This is a very positive part of the way he runs his business and I like to let anyone who is looking for plumber to know that. I understand that sometimes an owner of a business cannot control the outcome of the work by his employees.

Very professional business. Got email & text when plumber was on the way. Rich arrived EARLY and quickly fixed the problem along with several other "issues". Very knowledgeable & friendly. I would use them again & highly recommend them. GREAT JOB!

EZ Flow realized it was simply the sprayer that unhooked and needed to be reconnected. No money was charged for them coming out or even for fixing it! They have all of my rental property's business now (I'm out of state otherwise I would use them personally).

Fine. He's very easy to talk to! They've been so considerate and I've had them out 3 or 4.

just ok as I learned from a different plumber that not only did the EZ Flow plumber give me incorrect information but the entire system was broken/not working (ven after replacing the filters)

The work was done well and we have no complaints or issues to note.

He came, looked at the problem, told us a simple fix and didn't charge for the help. Super nice fellow.

I talked with Scott on the phone and got a price. I called back later to schedule the work and they were able to install when I wanted. Showed up in the middle of my time window. Scott did a great job getting thing done quickly, safely and professionally. They only offered one water heater. I was wanting a better option, than the standard heater but that's all he offered. I could've paid more for a longer warranty on it but that's the same heater, not built any better. Very happy with the work they did.

Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs.

It was quick and faucet is doing fine.

The repair involved cutting away sheetrock and repositioning the copper pipe from the pressure relief valve to drain properly. The provider (Scott) also coordinated repair of the sheetrock.

He installed a new ring in the bottom of the toilet. He is terrific. I cannot say enough good about him. I am thankful for him and I never had someone care as much as he did.

I really like this company a lot. They do excellent work. Unfortunately, if you have an emergency on a Sunday you are out of luck. Have you ever had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday? No hot water on a Sunday? This is my regular plumber and was turned away on a Sunday - they do not operate on a Sunday. So I had no choice and was forced to go with another company. Sad but true...

We had a number of plumbers make bids on the job. Several even refused the job because it was too difficult. Several things especially impressed us about Scott from EZ Flow. First, Scott was very meticulous in his cleanliness. He always wore boot-covers when he entered our home. He taped off all of the areas and immediately cleaned up each section. He was very clear about how he would pursue the work and what sections of drywall would be cut. While his estimate came is a bit higher than some others, his plan was more sound and practical, plus he matched the competitor estimate. He delivered on his promise and did a great job. Everything looks very professional and clean. Unlike all of the other bidders, Scott had a drywall company that he recommended and supported. They did a great job patching and texturing the necessary cuts. The second job was at a nearby rental house where he replaced a water softener. It looks great and was well priced.

Everything went fine. great job. faucet works great.

The technician inspected all of the tools. He pointed out some long-term damage where the toilets will probably need to be replaced. He also did a minor repair on one of the units.
