Eddie & Son Lath & Stucco

They showed up when they said the would. Performed an inspection and within a couple of hours gave us a quote which was very fair. They completed the work on time even though i asked them to do more than they had quoted. When he gave me the bill it was the $ amount he quoted, $1,500, despite the extra work they performed. I gave them an extra $200 because i was impressed with the quality and quantity of the work.

AC and his crew were amazing! Not only was their price the best quote I received, they went well above what was in the original scope of the project. I changed my mind a few times throughout the project and they rolled with the punches and didn't charge extra for additional work. I even had them come out after the project was paid for and completed to make some changes and they didn't hesitate to help. I would recommend them to anyone needing any stucco work done. On another note, they were one of the only contractors I could find who would to a whole house new stucco job. And they turned out to be excellent!

He came out on a Tuesday the 13th, looked at what needed to be repaired and gave me a verbal estimate right there. He told me he would let me know when he could do the work. The next Monday, when I didn't hear from him, I sent him a text. He said he would be by at 7:00am on Tuesday the 20th to do the work. He came out and did all the repair work with no problems. He cleaned up everything and the stucco matches the exterior... You can't even tell any repair work has been done. Once it's painted, nobody will ever know it's not original. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need arises, at least I know I have a guy I can trust.

I am so happy. I spent months trying to find someone to return my calls and willing the job. Eddie & Son were awesome. Super fast to respond via phone and text. Were able to come out to do the work within a couple of days. (Way faster than I was expecting.) The work was completed quickly and the final result looks awesome.

AC came out and inspected the cracks/woodpecker holes in the stucco. Being new homeowners (and the house needing painted), AC recommended that I go out and get stucco to repair the small holes myself. And he also told me not to repair the hairline cracks at this time since, when we hire painters, they would take care of those issues as part of the package. AC was honest, knowledgable, and gave us terrific advice to save us money by doing the repairs ourselves. Even though we did not use him for the repairs, we would absolutely use his company if/when future repairs are needed. AC is a real gem, what a terrific individual and wonderful company!!!

Eddie met with me to bid the work I needed to have done. He was punctual and courteous. He clearly explained my options and the price for both. The day that the work was done his worker was prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. The best part is that they did a fantastic job and were able to match the finish of the existing stucco. LOVE IT!

I can not say enough good stuff about AC and his father Eddie. They were prompt, followed up and it was a fair price. But best of all the job that they did was absolutely fabulous. We did a major remodel about 10 years ago and the contracter was horrible!!! So I am not used to someone doing a great job. I wish I had known them when we did our remodel!!!! I would highly recommend him for any stucco job and his father for any handyman stuff (I don't know what kinds of handyman stuff he does but he did a great job on our fence repair!!!!

I called the company last Friday. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and told me to text him a photo of the area I needed repaired and he'd send me an estimate. I sent the photo the following Monday. He got back to me on Wednesday and gave a $150 quote for the small spot to be repaired. I said let's go ahead, when is a good time to get it done? He replied anytime on Friday would be good. So I set up a time with him and took time off work to be there. Today, at the appointed time, his father showed up and told me he thought a bigger area should be repaired, for $400, and he couldn't do that today. I decided I just wanted the original area taken care of, could he go ahead and do it today? He said he didn't have time to do it today. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe at noon. But would it be ok if it was some time after noon? That is when I said no, I'm done. I took time off work to be there today, and he wasted my time, and I could not even be sure he'd show up tomorrow. Trust is broken.

Eddie and his workers showed up on time. They got to work right away and finished it all in one day. They did an amazing job. Did exactly what they said. Cleaned up the area perfectly and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them. Their pricing was amazing. We got two other estimates and both were the same as Eddie but they did not include building the wall. So his price was perfect.

Very impressive service and response. A rare commodity to have a contractor meeting their promises on response time and quality. The repair is not visible after painting. We are in the process of selling the home and our realtor was extremely impressed! Would definitely use again

AC was responsive to my requests. They came on the day they promised, did the work and left the area clean. They gave me the chance to inspect the work before making payment.

Eddie was very responsive to my need to come promptly and rebuild the parapets in which my son had just discovered severe cracks that were letting water penetrate in my home structure. Eddie came to size the job and provided me a bid two days later via email. I found his bid very competitive and I hired him. Eddie initially scheduled his crew for two weeks hence but then called when he figured out he could start earlier. The crew worked diligently for over 6 days, the last day being a very long one. They could not quite complete the cleanup on their last day, but I paid them anyway. Eddie, true to his word, sent Francisco to complete the cleanup in the next week: he did a very thorough job. It is my belief that the materials used are high quality (I am of course no real expert on the matter). He matched the color of the existing stucco, making two trips to my home to get my approval after the first sample turned out to be too light in color. Eddie had done a similar job on my son's parapets last year. On the basis of my son's recommendation, I hired him too. We both are very satisfied with the results. Eddie speaks an accented but quite clear English. I had no problem communicating with him or his workers. Eddie kept me appraised of the progress and schedule, in person and by telephone.

Excellent response and integrity! Eddie was personable, fair, industrious, and knowledgeable. His workmen arrived when expected and cleaned up areas well when done. A pleasure all around! I enthusiastically recommend Eddie and Son Lath and Stucco!

Eddie was very knowledgeable, and his scheduler very responsive. They repaired damaged stucco, and cement work, and repaired all the work in good order.

rEddie was personable, trustworthy, punctual, and extremely conscientious. He completed the project I requested in a timely manner and superbly, even exceeding my expectations. My neighbors have commented on what a wonderful addition the new mailbox makes to our home. He built it strong, and then put stucco on the outside. He added 4x4 tiles near the top edge, and 6x 6 tiles embedded on the sides. He taped everything perfectly and spray painted the entire mailbox surrounding the tiles. Then he hooked up a light and place it on top of the mailbox. It is awesome. I would hire him again with absolutely no reservations.

While discussing the wall, I mentioned that my little shop building had flooded in the Monsoon rains of summer 2014. Eddie suggested the solution was to build a sump and install a pump. It was a very clever idea and executed perfectly the photos tell the story.

This is a good company that stands by their work, and wants to please their customers.

Very pleased with the work. They made an appointment and kept it. Work was done in a very timely manner. Finish was great. Responded to all e-mails right away. Job turned out great. Would highly recommend them. Job site was clean when they were done.

Great. Eddie really took his time with me before the estimate. We looked at the house together and he answered all my questions. His crew was great as well. Great work, always showed up bright and early, were neat and friendly. They were very easy to have around my home for 3 days.

I met with Eddie and showed him the patches I needed done. It was not a large job, but he welcomed the work. After dealing with many providers who have a minimum, it was refreshing to find someone willing to take on small jobs. I think that that's smart of a business, because that means good referrals like this one. It probably took about a week to schedule the work, but Eddie and the worker (sorry, I forgot his name), arrived at the designated time. The work was done efficiently and with no problems. Clean up was good. I'm very satisfied.

The initial appointment was for an estimate on the work. the gentleman showed up on time and gave a accounting of the cost as well as possible issues due to location of hole in relation to duct work. He also offered possible solutions if we wold not be able to move duct work and they were not able to correctly patch the hole with the ducts in place. The second appointment was after acceptance of the the estimate and the work was to be performed. Again, they were on-time and the gentleman that performed the estimate was with the actual repair worker. to ensure that what we had discussed and agreed upon was actually done. The work site was clean as was the area around the site when the job was completed. Overall we were very satisfied and would use them again.
