Found eddy on angieslist, had a rating of A and I learned why. He arrived on time both times we met. He is a man of his word. I thought he was a little high in price at first. However, the quality and workmanship was worth every penny. He is Honest and heardworking. I would use him again without hesitation.

Eddie and AC showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up the mess and were very professional to deal with. I would hire them again.

Eddie restuccoed our large Kiva fireplace. He did a great job (did the work himself), and the price was very reasonable. He was very punctual and neat. He covered all the surface to avoid any messes. He was very meticulous and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Eddie had new flashing fabricated, then installed it, did some stucco repair, and fixed the other leak by caulking two roof vents. He was here several times, including weekends and Labor Day. He was very professional throughout and came when he said he would.

The job turned out great; looks very nice. The only glitch was the clay tile scuppers (drains for rain water off the flat roof). They said they could get the scuppers and install them, but when they came to do the lath work they still had not found a place to buy them. I had to do the search and buy them myself and then I called to tell AC (Eddie's son) they were on site, ready to install. He said he would put them on. But when the day came to put the stucco on, the scuppers were still laying on the ground, so I ended up installing them myself just before the stucco crew laid on the stucco. To be fair, Eddie said he would install them, but it would have required chipping out the stucco and making a repair. I did not want that, so I went ahead with the install.

For the money, I didn't feel like the work was quality. I still have not paid him. The painter here didn't feel they did a good job either. I am disappointed because the walls he did are already cracking.

He was fantastic! He showed up when he said he would, he got everything done as quickly as possible. The whole job was done in less than a week from when I first contacted him. He was very neat, and the price was good. I have recommended him to friends, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

I only called Eddie because he had a very high rating of his work on Angie's List. He arrived the following afternoon and gave his price and a time frame for the work. He determined that the work could be done the following weekend if he could work Sunday. I felt his estimate and schedule was very reasonable and arranged for the work to be done that weekend. The men that installed the paper and wire could not find my house (3 out of 4 people have that problem) and got a late start Saturday. The job was completed in a very professional manner as promised by late Sunday afternoon. The patio and surrounding area was cleaned up and debris disposed of properly. I will paint the area when the stucco has aged properly. I feel that Eddie Correa is an honest man and will make every effort to live up to his commitments. I would use him again if stucco work is in the plans.

Eddie was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt with the estimate and returning calls. He and his son showed up on time, and completed the work in a few hours. Everything was left in good shape, and the stucco looks great.

As a licensed General Contractor (Midwestern Pride LLC - AzROC151131) We found it refreshing to deal with a punctual, fair, and CLEAN stucco contractor and will use them as often as we can in the future.

The finished product looks excellent. It's obvious that these guys have done this a while. They were always cordial, helpful, and honest. Even though there was a crew, the entire surface area looks as if it was all done by 1 individual, very even finish. The place was left as clean as it was found. I'd hire them again.

Eddie came promptly to look at the job and give me an estimate, then came three days later as promised to do the work. He did a fantastic job, even taking off some plywood cladding that had been incorrectly installed over the framing before he applied the stucco. He matched the texture of the existing stucco almost exactly.

The only negative thing I would have to say is that I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything at all until the entire job was complete. After the first day Eddie asked me to pay $1,000. I thought that was fair considering all the work they had done, however, I just like to make a deal and stick to it, not change the terms in the middle of it, and I wish he would have told me he would want a partial payment from the beginning.

I provided materials...he did all manual labor. Very dependable and showed up on time.

The experience was very good. Mr. Correa showed up right on time when coming out to give the initial bid. He and his crew arrived promptly on the day they said they would start and completed all of the work in 2 days. After completing the work, they cleaned up any messes they created. I decided to hire them again for another job the next weekend.

I can't even begin to describe in words the quality of work these two can do. First of all, they show up when they say they will. They are very customer oriented, polite, friendly and professional. Their work ethic and abilities were great! I would not hesitate to call on these two guy for my next job.

We called Eddie for an estimate and he came out to Mesa that day to give us an estimate. He knew we were in a time crunch because the house was due to be painted soon. He was able to work us in within to days of giving the estimate. He showed up on time, with another helper A.C. They both were extremely polite and helpful with any questions we had. When we asked Eddie to fix the additional cracks, he did so without hesitation. They finished the job in a timely manor and cleaned up wonderfully. We already had him give us an estimate for another job we need done.

Perfect. The job was done over a weekend. Fast clean work at a fair price.

Eddie is a wizard at stucco and concrete fabrication. I designed the contours that I wanted for the new fireplace. Eddie and his son welded a rebar frame to match, covered it with mesh, removed the old brick where necessary and covered it with a smooth stucco finish. The entire process took two days. While ripping out brick work in the living room is necessarily dusty and dirty work, the cleaned up perfectly. The photos show the rebar frame and original brick being removed, the scratch coat, and the pause for the holidays before trimming the bottom over the new floor.
