See complete discussion of the project and results detailed out above.
Description of Work: During the installation of a doggie door the window pop out had to be cut and so I needed the stucco repaired after the doggie door was repaired. It was a very small job but even so the contractor responded very quickly to my email requesting an estimate. The cost was $150 which was the minimum charge. A picture of the area was requested and I was very quickly provided a quote After I accepted the quote we scheduled an installation date approximately 10 days later. It was stated that the arrival time would be between 8-9 AM to perform the work on the scheduled day. The crew actually did not arrive until about 10 AM and we did not receive notice that they would be late. My understanding is that another job ran over which is why they were late. There were several individuals who came and this seemed like overkill for our small job but may have been due to other jobs on the schedule that day and that was not a problem. The work was completed quickly and acceptably although the blend into the existing stucco from before it was cut to install the doggie door will noticeable even once painted although not totally obvious. I would consider using he contractor again for other projects. Their quote was lower than two other contractors who I requested bids from and they also responded the most quickly to my original email via Angies List describing the job and requesting a quote. Overall I am happy with the work.

Eddie showed up when he said he would to provide me with an estimate and finished the job when he said he would. I am a general contractor and have used Eddie before. I am always impressed after every job that he does for me and would recommend him for any stucco job, big or small. Believe the reviews that you are reading about him and give him a call, you will be glad that you did. Also, he is very reasonably priced and as professional as they come.

It took some time to get the job scheduled, since Eddie had to have his contract roofer available. But once work started, it proceeded well and rapidly. Steve, Eddie's tile roofer, really knows his business and upgraded the underlayment within the estrimate provided. Eddie and Steve both explained what materials they were using and why. They explained the causes of the previous leak damage and what they were doing to rectify the problem. The original builder's roofing contractor had done a poor, cheap job that did not meet city code...for example, some tiles and capstone tiles were not overlapped as city code requires. You could really tell the difference after they were finished. The roof looks extremely well-built now! Other contractors working on my house have all commented on the high quality of work performed. They did their usual excellent & thorough job of clean-up and repainting of the trim. This is the second time I've used Eddie & Sons for a job, and once again, the quality of work was outstanding.

Everything went well: timely, professional no problems. No cracks in the stucco. Matched the existing style to a tee. Thank you Eddie!
Description of Work: I added an addition to my house. Eddie did the final stucco exterior coating and insulation boards. He used the polyiso boards that I provided. He patched up all other areas on the house that needed it, and found a few and took care of it. Eddie is the best seamless professional service. My life would be aqlot easier if everyone was like Eddie. He hires people who know what they are doing.

I got Eddie's information off Angie's List. He came over. I had prepared a list of the 10 "jobs" and we walked the property and discussed the job. Eddie took the list and within two days faxed me a bid. In the interim I had contacted another contractor from Angie's List and he came over and we walked our property and discussed the same10 items. The problem was this gentleman didn't do everything on the list such as pouring a 10' x 10' slab for a storage shed. He said he would email me a bid for those items that he could do and I said fine. I received contractor #2's bid before Eddie's and so when I did receive Eddie's I had a basis for comparison for some of the item plus I had a general idea of what price things should be from research and Craigslist, etc. Eddie's bid came in exactly where I guessed it would be ($2500.00). I discussed it with my wife and called him to confirm and discuss a start date. Eddie started on the date we agreed, showed up between 7:00 and 7:30 every day. Eddie was here 90% of the time and two of his guys, Carlos and Tomas were here 100% of the time. Not only did Eddie do what was agreed to but did quite a bid additional stucco repair at no additional cost. I have already referred Eddie to my neighbor and Eddie is going to be working there a couple days next week. Having contractors around is always awkward but Eddie bent over backwards to make us happy and he succeeded. Obviously, the fact that he is licensed through the AZROC is an additional layer of insurance that things will turn out right but in this case it wouldn't have been needed. All in all, this was a very positive experience.
Description of Work: After living in our home for 25 plus years, we decided it was time to either make repairs or bulldoze the place. I had a list of ten masonry "jobs" that ranged from putting dividers in as long planter to create three separate areas to building two five foot walls to repairing numerous areas where the stucco had deteriorated to smooth coating a concrete bench to installing a locking mailbox in a concrete "post", etc..

Great experience. During a remodel of the house we discovered a roof problem we had not anticipated, which was also going to disrupt our schedule badly. Found Eddie on this website and called him, stressing that time was of the essence. He showed up that afternoon to view the job, and by 10:30 the next morning it was completed, and nicely, too. All things considered, his price was fair. The work was carefully done, and they were very neat, no mess, even during the tear-off. Eddie was good about staying in touch with us, and was very pleasant to work with, a nice guy. I'm keeping his name on hand for the future.

We had successfully used this company in the past. The works were scheduled in March and as agreed they started on time April 16th, removed the old wall, dug a new trench, poured a new foundation, built a new 5 ft wall that was afterwards plastered. The work was completed within two days and as previously experienced they were attentive, demonstrated great craftsmanship and cleaned up well at the end. They even helped us to move the heavy new price of equipment in place which allowed for unimpeded progress of the works. At the end of a long second day we spotted that one not immediately visible part of the wall was not plastered and without hestitation this was also completed. Overall the wall looks very good and should paint well in a month time when completely dry.

Excellent work. Quoted and stuck to it. Helpers enough to get the work done. Cleaned up each day and left the hole in the wall closed that first evening, yard clean when finished. took away the trash at each phase. Easy to communicate and work with. Would Advise for similar home upgrades. i remembered to do this review when calling him today to request he install some new doors for us.

It went well despite it took longer than expected due to waiting on tile since stores didn't have same tile and had to order them.
Description of Work: Eddie and his work crew did nice job with stucco on one side of wall and also fixed problem we had with bathroom. Master bathroom had a water leak and had multiple contractors and plumbers early January and February. Eddie took on this job and despite some problems we had with tile work, he persevered and completed job. Our bathroom looks nice and he was on time and friendly despite it took a lot longer than we all expected. My husband and I will definately consider using his service in the future.

He came over promptly to provide me an estimate, provided me with several options on how to approach the issue, and completed the work as expected. He and his crew did a beautiful job - my garden wall looks great and my HOA is no longer nagging me to get it fixed! They came when promised, and did an excellent job of cleaning up - other than my garden wall looking better then it has for a while, you couldn't tell they'd been there!

Eddie exceeded my expectation as far as the finished product was concerned. He not only completed the 50 feet that was ordered, but provided another 10 feet to the neighbors property line at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone that needs a good block layer.

I contacted Eddie and requested a quote. He stopped by a day later walked the damage and said $250. I asked if he could hit the cracks caused by settling. He said for an extra 50 he would do all of the cracks. His team showed up a couple of days later and repaired all of the hail damage and cracks. It was hard to tell how good the job was until I finished priming and painting (he could do the painting, but I like to do the painting). The work was great. I couldn't tell that the side of my home had been covered in quarter-sized holes. The cracks were gone as well. Even after a year it still looks great.

Eddie was extremely responsive when I asked him fo come by the house to provide a bid. He called back prompty and gave me a very good price on the work (approximately 2/3 of the cost of other quote). They spent a solid week at my house doing the drainage holes, grouting and stucco (except for Sunday because he goes to church on Sunday). I could not be any happier with the work that was done at my house. Eddie's crew worked very hard and did a nice job. He even did some extra work at no extra cost. I plan to have Eddie work on the front walls next. You can trust this guy.

He did a great job. His care in finishing the masonry was outstanding. He even topped off the fence to ensure it would last longer with an extra layer of cement but he did a really great job finishing the mortar in between the brick and we had an issue with the property line in one corner and he was very careful about adhering to that because it involves a odd little job from where the fence was before. He just did things with a lot of great care. Everything stood out and the property owner behind me we shared the cost on the fence and had a nice flag stone patio and they cleaned it up to a condition that was better than when they arrived after they finished their work. To work closely with them and be specific about what you want because they do try and meet that and they really try to give the customer what the customer wants so you need to be specific with them and detailed and they'll deliver. They were quick to let me know they needed me to work with them on something.
