Excellent work and fair price. I love my new walls! and there is so much more insulation now! They still have to complete the paint, as we are waiting for the walls to dry, mostly with the recent rain, but I am truly happy with their work and would highly recommend Eddie for any stucco work. Thanks!!!
Description of Work: They placed stucco on the three external walls of my Arizona room - is a large area of about 15 X 32.

I got my estimate within 24 hours. He estimated my wait time to be a week. A couple days later he offered to do it that day. He went to the store to get additional materials. He put plastic down to make cleanup easier and he covered fixtures that were in the work area. He did a professional job and made the texturing match the rest of the wall. He cleaned up nicely. My wife was thrilled with his work!
Description of Work: IHe was patching a hole where I had cut out almost 20 square feet to check on fire damage. He removed enough additional stucco to blend everything in properly.

The job was well done. The workers were on time and did a fantastic job. We were very pleased with the work. We had the stucco on our addition done to match what we already have. They matched it perfectly and you can't tell where the old stucco ends and the new stucco starts.

Fantastic work, extremely pleased!
Description of Work: Eddie did some previous work for me, so when I needed my exterior wall repaired, I chose to call Eddie. Eddie sent his worker Jose to do the job. I can't say enough praise for the quality of the work. I am probably more fussy then most; the job was done in a very professional way. Quality materials and workmanship. The wall looks brand new. Hooray, I am so....happy. Thank you, Eddie and Jose. :) I am a very satisfied customer! Also great price for the amount of hours needed for this job.

AC and Co showed up on time and worked as a team, start to finish. I was impressed how his workers sing while they work--it's a clue, you know? The job was challenging because there was a lot of conduit, water pipes, block modification & repair. In other words, the house was a mess. When they got done I have the best looking house in the neighborhood. People who said they would "never" get stucco changed they're mind after seeing mine. The color & texture are awesome. My power bill has dropped 15% and would probably be more but I've turned the thermostat from 80F to 74F. I'm totally sold on AC and Eddie's Stucco. For sure they'll be doing my rental house in a month or two.
Description of Work: A 1948 brick house was insulated with 2" foam and covered with DryVit Stucco system. This was the "value for the dollar" price vs. cheapest price. AC told me if I wanted a cheaper price to go with the Western Stucco system but I declined because Dryvit is more resilient to cracking, and it also has more surfacing options. I also opted for a more expensive heavy-duty mesh to protect the stucco from accidental damage.

The crew laid down some heavy paper and tape to protect the decorative pavers below the stucco work. The final stucco application compares very favorably with the original design. The concrete sidewalk looks really good. I'll prime and paint the stucco after it cures for 30 days.
Description of Work: Repair about 40 feet of stucco at the base of the house replicating the angel vail stucco design AND add 7.5 ft by 3 ft of sidewalk. As this was a small job it was difficult to find someone willing to take it on. Eddie was more than willing to handle my project.

The repair in the wall is almost undetectable and the brick work in the back yard is beautiful. Just call Eddie.
Description of Work: Eddie and his crew repaired a 30x36 hole in our garage wall where an a/c unit was removed, stucco outside, rock and texture inside plus they built a 50" diam brick and mortar ring for a statuary in back yard.

Bought a house last year. Discovered that the front, bay windows leaked. Called a roofer about possibly needing some sort of eave over the stucco and windows. Was told to contact a stucco person as that would be the cheaper way to go and would most likely take care of the leak. Called Eddie. He came out that day to evaluate/estimate. He agreed with the roofer that the problem was probably a sub par stucco job. He came back a few days later to do the job. When he tore out the old stucco and paper, he showed me the problems with the previous job. It was unbelievably shoddy work. He completely redid the work in a few hours.

We had Eddie come over to look at the job, which was to fill in a recessed area in our family room fireplace that measured approximately 2 feet by 6 feet. He came over the same day we called and was on time. We knew what we wanted the end result to look like but weren't quite sure how best to achieve it. He suggested some different ideas and from talking with him for a few minutes we knew he was an expert craftsmen and knew his trade. We scheduled to have him come out a week later. He and his assistant worked most of the day. They meticulously covered their work area and protected our furniture before beginning the work. They were courteous and professional. The end result was beautiful. You can't even tell the area ever existed and the stucco work was top notch. They also repaired a stucco patch on the exterior of our home that been previously placed over a doggie door. Again the work was excellent. We would use them again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Filled in a recessed area (approximately 2 feet by 6 feet) on our family room fireplace and applied stucco to entire fireplace surface. Repaired stucco where doggie door had once been on exterior of house.

AJ (Eddie's son) came over when promised, to make an estimate. I asked about a few options and how certain things would be handled. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me a verbal approximate estimate, following up with a formal quote within two days as promised. After I signed and faxed the estimate, he called to say they would start the following tuesday (about a week later). He called on monday to ask if they could set up the scaffolding that afternoon, to be able to start the work first thing tuesday morning. I OK'd that, and arrived home to find that they had not only set up the scaffolding, but removed the trim boards and scraped the paneling as well. Tuesday they started with the foam and wire, and applied the first coat of stucco. Wednesday they applied the second (texture) coat. Friday they primed and painted (AJ had told me this might not happen until the next week, but I guess the stucco cured fast in this summer heat.)As the attached photos show, it looks beautiful! The texture matches the existing stucco really well, and it is blended into the existing stucco so well that (even though I know), I can barely see where the old stucco meets the new stucco. It is almost impossible to tell that the house was not built this way originally. I am very pleased with the results, I would be happy to use Eddie & Son again, and would recommend them highly. (A neighbor had similar work done by another contractor, and the texture is not well matched and the line between old and new stucco is easy to see.)The workers were very professional and cleaned up the area each night. While they started work (with my permission) at 6:30 am, they waited until about 8am to turn on a radio, and all day kept the volume low enough that we could barely hear music inside the house (the construction noise was much louder than the radio, showing respect for the neighbors.)The only complaint I can think of (and it's minor) is that they put some construction debris in the blue recycling can as well as the black trash can. So I had to fish that out and put it in the black trash can.
Description of Work: The front part of the house above the garage was constructed in a "board and batten" style (wood paneling with 1x8 trim), while the rest of the house was stucco. The sun and rain (and woodpeckers, in a few places) have not been kind to the wood over the years. Contractor removed all the rotten trim wood and covered the area with foam, then stuccoed that portion to match the rest of the house. Finally, they primed and painted the new stucco to match. As part of this work, they also removed the false corbels and beams on each side of the garage door.

Eddie was early (I'd advised it would be no problem if he showed up earlier) and went right to work. He finished quickly and came back later in afternoon to texture the repair. Eddie explained everything as he worked and provided useful, experienced, professional feedback/advise regarding the construction of my home.
Description of Work: Called that Sunday and left a message, Eddie called right back and scheduled to come Tuesday @ 8:00 AM after estimate to patch 1x2 foot hole in stucco wall of home to cost $200 approximately.

I emailed Eddie and Sons and told them about the holes we had in our back porch area due to having to reroute the hot water line. It had leaked under the floor so we had it capped off and rerouted. I was tired of hassling with contractors that didn't show up or call back. So we decided to tackle one piece at a time of all the repairs by using multiple service companies with different specialities. Eddie emailed me back in just a couple hours and asked for some details and asked if I could send a photo via email. So I took a picture with my iPhone and emailed it to him. He emailed back with the estimate. Then we emailed back and forth to set up an appointment. He was always very responsive and easy to work with. The service man showed up right on time for both visits and did a fantastic job. He didn't leave an invoice, but said he would email one, which he did the next day. Overall it was easy to schedule via email and everything went smoothly. Wish I'd done this about three months ago.
Description of Work: We had two holes in our exterior stucco because we'd had a hot water line rerouted a couple months ago. After hassling with the insurance company over a claim and trying to get estimates from contractors, we decided to try just a stucco repair service and do the painting and the inside repairs ourselves. Eddie and Sons was fantastic. They came out twice and did two layers, plus the under layer of foam to fix the holes. After the second layer dried, I painted it myself and it matches perfectly. They matched the texture wonderfully.

Eddie was a gentleman throughout and I recommend him highly. No problems whatsoever.
Description of Work: Eddie built a small, 30 inches, block wall around one end of my pool so to prevent leaves from blowing into the water. He showed up the same day I called and gave me a quote. The next day he had someone here to begin the job. After the wall was completed he said it was necessary to wait a week or so until it was painted. He showed up last Saturday to paint the wall himself. It's finished, looks great and I wish I had had it done long ago.

They came on time, did beautiful work efficiently, cleaned up well (including going out of their way to fix the bad hose bib), and sent me a very reasonable bill. This repair was as quick and painless as humanly possible.
Description of Work: Repaired stucco on house and block fence which had been damaged by hailstorm. Old pattern was matched perfectly; after surfaces were repainted, it was impossible to tell where stucco repairs had been done. Eddie also replaced the washer on a leaking hose bib they needed to use for the job, which a handyman company called specifically for that had refused to do. Although this was completely out of the scope of Eddie & Son's work it was done neatly and effectively, and still works today.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was able to schedule everything via email and the work was done the following week on exactly the timetable they gave me. It took one morning to stucco and another morning to paint. The results were nearly perfect (it's hard to match everything perfectly on a 40 year old house). I am 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing stucco/paint work.
Description of Work: I had water damage to the base of an exterior wall, approximately 25 feet long. They re-stuccoed the base of the wall then repainted the entire wall to match the rest of the house (as best as possible).
